Decent place within a decent environment. The rooms are decent two. Breakfast is complimentary, and the kitchen call guest every night to ask what they will be having for breakfast the next day. It has a clean swimming pool. Turns out this area sees more traffic than lodges. The environment is safe and the staff are very since. They moved my room in my absence because there was a leakage in my bathroom. All my belongings were moved into my new room and kept carefully in place, nothing missing. I have lodged in better hotels however, I will still recommend Adis Prime for anyone who wants a decent place in the centre of town. It is situated close to banks, the government house, Oyo State secretariat, supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs.

The location in New Bodija was perfect for my needs. The staff were very helpful and professional in all their dealings. The room was good; clean with well made beds and hot / cold showers, a.c.,wifi - everything just as advertised. Lots of security presence and protocols too. I highly recommend this hotel and I certainly will be back!

My stay at Adis Prime was truly amazing. I couldn't help but share my fantastic staycation experience with my friend. The space, ambiance, and the staff were all wonderfully accommodating.

Well the hotel is fantastic one, at least standby light and the wifi 24/7 and also the staffs service is very OK especially one lady Omolabake. I must commend you guys for the neatness of the room and the environment. Kudos to you.

Overall, it is a great place in a gated neighbourhood They also have a courteous and helpful staff. Security is guaranteed. Complimentary breakfast is nice. It is very close to the university of Ibadan (about 8 minutes drive), for those of you who would be writing the licensing exams. I stayed from the 9/07/2023-14/07/2023 I strongly recommend them.

It’s hard to not love a place with the most professional staff, from the gate, to the food, to the management, to the reception and the housekeepers. The rooms are beautiful and clean; they are also minimalistic designed giving off a sense of comfort and safety. It’s also located in a good spot with access to supermarkets, restaurants, banks and other facilities. Additionally, it is not far from the airport, just few minutes drive. I totally recommend Adis anytime!

The hotel has accommodating staff. The room is spacious. They have a comfortable mattress that allows their guests to sleep well. The hotel gives a variety of complementary breakfasts and well-prepared meals. In my view, the hotel is decent and meets one's expectations, where the hotel ensures your needs are met. I will surely recommend this hotel to other guests. Moreover the hotel is situated in a quiet urban area.

The room was quite lovely. The environment is serene. Customer Service is top notch. I spent one night there, in the room with a twin bed. It was an overall lovely experience, exactly how a hotel should be.

We really enjoyed our stay at Adis and we concluded this is our new hotel in Ibadan. The rooms are so spacious, the bed so comfortable, customer service is also okay. Their food is also nice. The toilet and bathroom also okay, no odour at all. The location is also very good. Overall I will give a 9/10.

I stayed in Adis for a wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. The rooms were sparkly clean, standard and everything works perfectly from service to basic functionality in the rooms(beds are super comfy, AC was perfect) . Pool area is lovely, I definitely regretted not bringing swimming wears along. The owner is a true delight and host with the most! A friend stopped by and was also impressed. It’s in a super quiet area that allows for maximum “home away from Home” feeling. Their food is great, loved the Gizdo and rice. I would definitely stop by again and again, when next I’m in ibadan. It would be a true disservice if I didn’t leave a review. Thanks Adis!

I'm new in Ibadan and Adis Hotel Prime is the first place I visited, my stay was worthwhile, their service is top-notch, and the food is very delicious. I will always recommend Adis Hotel Prime because it a home away from home.

It was a family weekend getaway; Super and amazing restaurant service, the food tastes fresh, homely, and filling not some refrigerated usual hotel meals. Neat environment, and serene atmosphere. Good value for every penny and time spent. We're sure going to be a good advocate and we will visit again soon. However, the bed can be a bit bigger likewise there ought to be a sitting couch in the room for the prime standards.

I enjoyed every bit of my stay in this hotel. I had a restful and refreshing night (which was pretty much needed), and my giz-dodo sauce, and rice dinner was topnotch and everything I expected. I look forward to my next business trip to Ibadan just so I can have some more Adis Hotels Prime experience.

I stayed in Adis Hotel last weekend. It is a great place with a lot of plus from me. The food was truly surprisingly great. I have no complains about the quality of the food at all. They have courteous and friendly staff as well. I honestly would have given the hotel a 5 but for the major thing I believe the management needs to improve upon. This for me is the cost of the rooms which I beleve are a bit over priced as a few basic things for the premium they are charging needs to be improved upon. Some of these are: 1. There are no side lights and reading lights in the executive room I stayed in. 2. The professionalism of the staff needs to be looked into. If I'm paying above a certain threshold for a room in a hotel, one expects some level of professionalism of the staff in terms of the way the dress, the way they look, and comport themselves. All these are things that the management of the establishment needs to improve upon. 3. When food is served in the rooms, there should be a bill the client signs off on to agree that they have ordered the meal to avoid dispute at the end of the stay. It may not be an issue now but may be later on. 4. There are two locations of the hotel however, the search on Google is defaulted to only one location. I believe both locations should highlighted so the client can select the location they are going to. All in all it is great place I will recommend to anyone as a cool place to stay in Ibadan. The environment is great and secure. The place is clean and neat. Food is great. I will certainly visit again if I'm in Ibadan.
