The parking lot is ok but they still have to improve on their booking Hall and facilities.

Their transportation fair is good but the staff and management in awka are not serious there. They will tell you that there bus to Lagos leaves by 7:30am but it will eventually leave by past 9am. With many delays and controversy between the cashier and the passengers making payment. And the environment of the place is dirty and unkept. Though their drivers are good.

He uses new vehicles for his business, and air conditioner

Libra is one of the best leading transport companies in Awka. Their logistics is a top-notch.

I booked online for the business class bus from Awka to Lagos, at the terminal, they had only the regular hiace bus which was 4,000 cheaper. It has taken 4 weeks and Libra hasn't refunded the excess. I don't recommend booking thier vehicle online.

We didn't leave at the stipulated time due to low passengers turning out but we moved and filled up the bus at their terminal at Asaba.

I wish I can give them no stars. Worst place to book tickets
