Sabitex is a really great hotel. Talking about power, the food, their rooms, the friendly staffs all with a friendly prize. You’ll love it there

Staffs well behaved , warm reception. The room toilet doesn't look so good... The toilet and sink water stinks... Bathing water had some black particles in it, mosquitoes flying all around in the room .

The staff are not up and doing at all. Rooms were given without toiletries and towels! They were even pressuring a non smoker to stay in on dirty room meant for smokers! Clean environment though!

Good room but terrible things inside. The spring of the bed was worn out and that gave me bad body ache when I woke up. The bed spread and pillows had holes in them and there was mosquitoes in the room. Time for breakfast and it took them over 30mins just to make a damn omelette and bread. It finally came and we were asked to return the tray it came with. The stainless steel the hot water and teabag/sugar came with had dirts and that’s on them and they brought one Hollandia milk. Not even a milk in a cup or something. Terrible place I’m sorry. Pictures attached.

Great hotel with good ambiance... Well secured with all facilities you can think off when it comes to hotel with class... It has good customer service with friendly staff that makes you feel home away from home. You will sure like to try it out there at Sabitex Hotel.

Its good for an over night sleep in...the rooms aren't bad , poor lighting in my bathroom...can't say for other rooms... It's an OK hotel...didn't have a nice smell...maybe it's the choice of room spray or I'm just picky...its an OK hotel...

Not the best customer service, but for the money's worth their rooms are large enough. Be particular about staying in a room with the AC working well. If the AC malfunctions after an hour or under ask for a change, don't settle for less.

The hotel facilities were okay and the staff was friendly too. The noise on the other hand was not funny. I think rooms on the right should be avoided because you can hear sounds from the churches around, guests or people discussing in the car park and cars on the highway. Wifi was good too

Poor front desk/reception service. Staff was unprofessional in handling complaints of obvious negligence on their part. Poor notification of guests on services they're entitled to e.g complimentary breakfast. Negligent on health and safety of guests as there was no provision of absorbent foot mats in the bathroom to prevent slipping accidents, despite several requests made over a 4 day period to both housekeeping staff and reception. Management was belittling and dismissive in response to complaints when contacted. The room itself was ok, nice AC. Available TV channels had good diversity.
