Lagos Airport hotel is perfectly situated, just a stone throw from Allen avenue. It is quite massive with lots of rooms, so there shouldn't be too much worries about it being overbooked. If you're going in with a vehicle, you'll be required to get an exit tag from the reception, then make payment before they will allow the vehicle leave the premises. The staff are quite friendly and there are a number of them situated at different locations around the hotel. Though the rooms are quite old, but they are spacious and very okay. As a guest, you also have access to the Olympic standard swimming pool. I've used their pool a few times and I can say for sure that's it's the second biggest pool you will find in Ikeja. The poolside is cool and the environment is serene. There are also spots around there where you can get varieties of things to eat. This is a highly recommended place anyway. You should definitely try it out if you're planning to spend a night in Ikeja.

Nice but old. The room i stayed had an old stale smell. Power was available 24/7. Would be great if the stains in the bathroom could be removed. An all together not too bad experience for staying. In an active part of Lagos, with courteous staff

I went there for the pool but the rooms a great too. It’s an old hotel that has been maintained exceptionally well. The pool closes at 6pm not Nigerian time. Swimming cost N2,000. They have a standard pool which attracts professional swimmers so you may get someone to teach you when you come. They also with great staff.

We didn't lodge, just went for a swim so I can't say much about the hotel itself. The pool water is clean, actually cleaner than expected. The service is as expected of an old Nigerian establishment that isn't maintained much, they can do better. Had already gobbled up the Suya before I remembered to take a photo. If you need a floater might as well just bring yours from home.

This is a vintage hotel with very nice services spiced with a taste of Lagos. However, the rooms are old and not very classy. Perhaps, as much as I expected. The rates are very fair considering the location. I would love to see a more secured door, bathroom with shower, no smoking floor or Tobacco Control warning on the floors, etc.

It's quite expansive with good rooms and beautiful poolside. The location is super too but the entrance should be more secured with electronic device instead of the old way of lowering chain down. Thank you

Hotel is situated in the heart of Lagos capital city. Customer service is good. They have good car parking space and pathway for people with disabilities. They hotel room I was lodged had white towels however no travel soap or paste so ensure you bring yours along. They have a lift however for those whose rooms were upstairs but wasn't functional while I was there. It's a good place to have a birthday party or conference. The Hall we used was well comfortable and came with everything you need for an event. Laundry services are also available.

One of the oldest hotels 🏨 structures currently in Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬ and I was proud to be a guest there. The maintenance culture despite the old infrastructure is dope. The swimming πŸŠβ€β™‚οΈ pool 🎱 deepest depth is about 40m deep. Keep up the good works.

Great location. Best part of the hotel though, has to be their hosting RCCG The bridge. 😊

Didn't really stay at any of the rooms but I can say the facilities are well cared for and it's at a good location from the airport, basically in the heart of Lagos.

I came here for Conference and I had a bad experience, I had lot of bags, porter were nowhere to be found, I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to help myself to the room, and 2 porters walked pass me, saw me struggling with my bags and never rendered any help.the man at the pool told some guys to assist me with my bags and they said I don’t look like someone that would tip them afterwards( this was said in Yoruba) not knowing I speak and hear Yoruba fluently. Secondly, I was given room 309 and the AC wasn’t working, I called severally and they were non challant about it. They decided to change my room for me but it took hours. Definitely not coming back here.πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

It's a very old hotel now, used to be one of the best. The rooms still have the old windows unit air conditioning system and its furnitures are a little old too but in a satisfactory condition. Good location though and the hall was satisfactory.

Had a training at this hotel, hosted by SMEDAN and the treats the hotel gave was unique. Indeed, they are old in what they do and they actually do it perfectly. Good lighting, good halls (olumo and osun), good air conditioning and more.

It was a good time at the Lagos Airport Hotel, I went there for a conference and the hospitality was impressive. The hotel is nice and situated in a seren environment where it's easy for you to navigate your way around Lagos. Their customer service was topnotch and they pay close attention to details. Impressively, they serve Breakfast for each room daily and that's a plus. If you needed a cool place to have a nice time with friends and family, or to hangout, the swimming pool is cool as well. Consider Lagos Airport Hotel.

I feel they should work on this their main entrance of a building with room and also a hall of about 200 capacity and the entrance is this small, safety wise I don't think it's good, the wheel access is too small

Amazing Place with nice rooms and various conducive halls for meetings and events. I so admire the cool and fun swimming pool environment. I love the spacious car parks they have. Awesome and warm reception from the staffs

Can't say much for the rooms... I went for the pool. Its olympic standard and well maintained. The changing room /toilets could use an upgrade though. They have a kiddie pool too. The food vendors had affordable food too. Can't say the same the swimsuit rentals though. Overall, a great experience with friends. It gets a bit crowded towards evening though.

Had a great two-days stay at this hotel in the heart of Ikeja. Their customer service is well commendable. The hotel has a good space for car parking. The hotel is also kids friendly.

Home away from home situated in a siren environment, 100% safety guarantee and kids friendly. Nevertheless some of the rooms needs renovations & some touching.

  • 3/5 Ifeanyi A. 11 months ago on Google
The hotel is in a good location, fair security but the price is very high compared to the quality of the rooms. It is a very old hotel and the furnitures inside the room are old. I was disappointed after paying 31,000 for a standard room, downstairs at the extension side only to notice the state of the furniture and the beddings. The price is very high and needs to be reviewed, However the environment is spacious, well mannered and professional staffs and the location is in a safe place

The hotel is ok, The AC in the room is very good , the room is big, no hot water in the bathroom. The hotel is very big with a lot of parking spaces, they have halls and business in site. It’s proximity to the Airport is 14minutes so it’s pretty close. The food was nice although i order it so it was in a takeaway pack.

I don't know why people waste money on this place.. imagine how a room of 35 thousand naira is looking like a motel. The water heater was not working , they had to use a bucket to bring out water. The furniture is so old and unkept. Rubbish

House keeping is poor during quarantine period. Same food is supplied by Kitchen section for seven days. Till the last minute they did not know whether the passport of the customer is with them or not. They are even telling that missing passport is not a new thing. After revealing I left in to city without getting passport as was asked to come after two days to locate the missing passport.

Staff were generally very pleasant. Menu needs to be more varied, and had limited choices. Aesthetically the hotel needs a loving touch in and out. It can do with a more modern look.

Interesting place, the dj at the swimming area plays very loud music which I found intolerable. I imagine there are people who prefer it like that though, I just didn't. Also, the restauranters demonstrated terrible customer service which I am tempted to believe is a norm.

Attended an event at the Oromiyan Hall. While the hall is still okay and presentable, I will say the restrooms can do with some face lift. A hotel of that status should always be regularly renovated and the amenities should be upgraded to modern standards. Imagine I can't imagine a whole Lagos Airport Hotel still having '80s styled urinals in their restrooms.

Quiet environment, however the rooms are old and stuffy, had to change rooms because of the stuffiness/ smell. Noisy air conditioner ( window unit) Food tasted too ordinary and the assorted meat was really tough. They could do better with the cleanliness. I do love the quiet and secure environment. The location is easily accessible.

This is the kind of place you sleep at for 1 night & never come back. The place is rather gross, the water runnin throughout the hotel is brown & smells of metalβ€”the sink, the shower, everywhere. It smelled so metallic I thought I was bleeding somewhere. There are random nasty stains throughout the room (on the balcony curtains, above the headboard close to the ceiling, even on the toilet paper holder in the bathroom). Gross. Just gross. Please, there are other hotels in the area less than a 15minute walk away that are much nicer & not dirty. Go to one of those. The only upside is the receptionist lady is nice & sweetly smiles when you walk in. Please love yourself enough to not lodge here
