It was a very nice and clean hotel. The ambiance once you walk in was amazing. You were greeted upon arrival. There was so minor problems that I wish the hotel offer in the room and that was a iron and microwave. However that was minor but I really enjoyed my stay.

It was a nice experience right from the gate to the reception,. The staffs are professional and detailed. The room setup is great and awesome and lastly, the food, hmmm! I think they need to improve alittke bit on the food ...overall it was a great experience..

Okay this is the first time I'll give a hotel 5 star on all sides. The staff were humble and welcoming, the food was great though pricy. The scenery especially at night is something compared to beautiful Italian architecture and lighting. Also hidden and secure. You'll like it there

Had a training there and buffet lunch. Great space. Great food. Great staff. Ample parking space for the size of the hotel. All covid protocols were followed upon entry into the space. Had a calm atmosphere and just passing by the pool area looked so serene, I'd definitely love to visit again with friends or family.

So Radisson was nice, however I think their room was smaller compared to hotels in the same vicinity. The hotel could get busy and depending on where your room is located it could get noisy if there are events downstairs. That said, the hotel was quite neat and employees are their great strength. They were fantastic from check in to housekeeping to meals. Now let's talk about meals. Breakfast was ok with nice dessert, but I thought variety especially for lunch and dinner was at the minimum. There wasn't just as much. Some meals were not very tasty. Felt like it was a mass production thing. They had the nice touch of adding tiger nut, tamarind and zobo drinks which I thought was a great idea. They were generous enough to also provide an extra roll in bed for my son at no extra cost (I've had to pay for this at other hotels I have reveiwed). Now parking could be a bit of a problem when they have events so that's something to take note of. The wifi was great. One of the best I have used if not the best. No buffering, no stuttering. It was really good. In all it was not a bad experience. Now the question..Do i think I'll come back here....YES

I Was there for a conference organized by the organization I worked for. Strong WiFi, good food services, good services, great restroom, Luxury, lift is available and so is staircase. (I only talk about things I experienced) when next I make a visit, I'll make sure I explore more.

The place was not so bad but also not so good the food was poor I ordered food that came 2 hours later than promised and the food was horrible the fried rice had almost no colour but practically no taste same with the extremely peppery stew and the chicken was cold inside and the blood from the chicken was still there,the staff was rude the rooms were upclose but I'm not complaining yet. They wouldn't give an extra soap and the housekeeper took my watch and the reception were also very rude The food in the restaurant was the only great thing and the art works were nice!

Spent two nights here for a birthday get away with family and friends. Exceptional customer service from the drive in to our check out! Pool side The pool side is an Instagram picture setting, beautiful design and ambience, and was a great place to hangout during our stay. Pool and environs were spot clean. Absolutely loved! Rooms The room itself was standard quality with just the right furniture. I'm picky about bathrooms and I had no complaints with theirs except they could be more generous with the amenities (towels, bathrobe, personal hygiene hotel stables) but that was quickly fixed with a call to housekeeping. Loved the rainforest shower head and shower settings. The facilities were really clean and well maintained. Restaurant Absolutely great food, nice options, staff were quick to replenish food sometimes bringing it right to your table. Beautiful ambience, great for family dinners or celebrations. I hugely recommend! My family and I had an amazing experience with multiple family dinners and amazing pics during our stay. Staff were quick to remove used plates and cutleries from tables, maintaining absolute hygiene throughout. Customer Service This is a total 5 star 🌟 rating! Special shout out to Miss Debbie from Customer Relations, and Restaurant Manager Mr. Linus, Mr. Moses and his team. They are the definition of excellence in service! I had my daughter's birthday lunch celebration here. From selecting the best position for the set-up, to coordinating with the decorator, to ensuring the buffet included some kids favorites (they specifically added french fries and donuts to the buffet options for us), to making sure all guests were attended to with the utmost professionalism. They kept checking in to see if they could be of more service. We had such a great time. They also granted us a late check-out when requested. I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is captivating. Serene enviroment. COVID-19 protocols are strictly adhered to. Spacious reception with different sitting arrangements all through. The pool side is magnificent with a fountain connected to the pool, giving it a different feel. Assorted drinks available on their menu list. Quite affordable. The rooms are really on the high side. Truly first class and a 5-star hotel.

No single complain found. From the moment you step in it is pure luxury. The food tasted delicious..the waiting time took more than 30 mins but it was worth the wait. The parking space was huge and every technological appliances in the room worked perfectly well.

The hotel is situated on Isaac John street at Ikeja GRA Lagos. The environment is great, enclosed and adequately fenced with high walls which severes intrusion from the roads. Has trees planted in the compound hence giving cool breeze to the environment and keeps ambience cool even at night. The parking lot is quite extensive as well. There is a sanitizing booth at the entrance of the hallway, with a biometric camera that captures ones face before entry while sanitizing one's clothes. The hallway decor is moderate with beautiful hanging light costumes. The front desk positioned by the right upon entry and waiting area/lounge, bar to the left. Down the hall and to the right, exits into the outdoor space by the pool. The outdoor space is with table and chair arrangements with average-sized canopies by the pool for easy dining, and hangout with friends and includes the smoking area as well. This space also houses the gym on the corner. I did not spend the night, so I have no details about the accomodation. Although the dinner I had during my visit was just at an average, it is a nice place altogether.

A perfect place to unwind for a couple of days relaxation and chilling with the family. We loved it. The only slight issue was water leaking on the bathroom floor, but this was quickly fixed. Overall, we had a lovely and relaxing time👍🏼

A visit to this hotel from the first day has got me stuck. Beautiful environment with a welcoming smile from the staff. I work in the pharmaceutical industry and couple of times we had program at this hotel and must tell you that they are time conscious. The meals during break hour will make you want to keep coming here. I have also had dinner and breakfast with my family here and it was truly a delicious experience. I recently attended a birthday dinner at this hotel and was thrilled to try out their dinner buffet. The welcoming ambiance and friendly staff made a great first impression on me. To add to the elegant atmosphere, there was live music during the buffet that truly made the evening memorable. While some of the food options were not as tasty as I expected, I was pleased with the dessert cakes, that was an highlight for me. Additionally, the Zobo (Hibiscus tea) was a pleasant surprise, as it's not a drink that's commonly offered at buffets. Despite the minor issues with the food options, the courteous staff and great ambiance more than made up for it. I'm now considering a weekend getaway to fully experience the hotel and hoping to see more diverse and satisfying food options during my next visit.

I love their meals and services It's a good place for a personal or family retreat. Just that it doesn't have enough play space for kids except at the parking lot (maybe). They've also got halls for small groups/technical meetings. Give it a shot !

I booked into this hotel last minute. My impression on arrival on January 5, 2023 wasn't pleasant. My booking was not what was provided. Had to pay to upgrade. However, the hot water in my room wasn't working. Called severally for assistance to no heed. On the following day, I made another complaint and the gentleman I was Mr. Gambo. He was a professional, he apologized profusely and arrange to upgrade us into a better room. He made it a duty to ensure that we were very comfortable. He deserves a praise and a raise.

Had 3 different programmes in one of their well equipped board and meeting rooms. Good location in the heart of Ikeja GRA. Courteous and professional front desk. Delicious cuisine. One of the best buffet I have had in Lagos. I will recommend for Strategy and Board Meetings, Training and AGM.

Stayed for a night and I’ll tell you this. I’ll be back every other month. Best place I’ve stayed in ever! It so calm and peaceful. The staffs are very smooth and cordial. Can’t want to return in January.

Went for their buffet on a Friday night and I have to admit that it was subpar. The pasta was over cooked and the fried rice was not as tasty as I would have liked. I usually looove buffets but I was so happy when this buffet came to an end. Never going back again.

Decent space. The team at Family Life Care Center had some really nice chips and chicken wings at the lounge. We'd usually do buffet, but they didn't serve buffet on that day... Portion for each person was large enough for two!! Well worth the price

Great chef. I love the water fall experience at the entrance. Conference halls of different sizes. The Security personnel are available to direct you at the car park. Very cool place to relax.

This is the second time I am staying at this hotel after my good experience last time. I felt the service levels have dropped quite a bit over last time. It took forever to check me in despite me coming in at 5 pm. The two reception folks were casual chit chatting with the guy before me for 5-7 min and despite me waiting there, they didn’t feel that one of them can address me on the next desk which was empty. The soap and other stuff that they provided were horrible. In fact, they are not the same “quality” provided in other Radisson hotels and not the same that they showed on the TV screens at the entrance. Gym was ok, and equipments were in good shape. There was though no one inside for me to get some glasses from the water tap. It’s a low cost, low value and low service hotel so only stay if you need a lower price hotel that is safe.

This hotel can be a little rough around the edges. But pleasant enough for lagos. Internal rooms are quiet, external rooms present significant noise from car horns. The food is nice, but not amazing. Staff ate friendly and attentive. The pillows are dreadful but the bed is large and spacious. Aircon is very cold but noisey. Rooms look nice and the shower is a very large, spacious monsoon shower.

First time visiting. What suppose to be a 3 nights stay easy became 7 nights instead. What this hotel does above all other hotels in Lagos is their superb ability to communicate low to high management and vice versa. I had a couple of issues that I expressed to different staff about my dining experience & that same day I got answers to them to find out that it wasn’t intentional rather I had to explain exactly what I wanted to order. Everyone from the gate attendants to the front lobby hosts and food staff are phenomenal at what they do. I felt like family & I cannot wait to return. I gave the rooms 4 instead of 5 stars because microwaves are not provided nor are they available on request; a huge concern for parents with small children who need to warm up beverages or foods at odd hours of the day/night. I hope the hotel considers this especially for people bringing young children. I highly recommend this hotel & I’ll return.

I came in for an event .The seat of the cab I boarded was unknown to me was wet. By the time I got into the lobby , I didn’t notice the huge mess on my pants . About three staff of the hotel came to me discreetly to inform me about the mess on my cloth. They led me to another space, got me changed into a warm toilet robe, then they went to dry clean and iron the pants before bringing it back . The staff treated me with honor and excellence. A particular staff Mr Femi was really outstanding too. I was so overwhelmed by this gesture of “extra mile “ effort . And this is what it should be spending time in such a 5star Keep up the good work guys

I’ve been here twice and I’m greatly impressed by how their standards didn’t change! The first time was for the dinner buffet, and the second time yesterday, was the lunch buffet. Both times I had great experiences.. the food was great, the staffs were well-mannered and I won’t also forget the Chef there: Chef Ali! He’s a professional! Thumbs up for giving your time to help I and my friend choose the desserts we had, because there were varieties and we were confused😂. Welldone Radisson👏

Should you be on the lookout for a place that offers great buffet service, then Radisson should be your choice especially if you are within Ikeja And of course, you get to take beautiful pictures too.

I was in here for a training and the service was pretty decent. Tea Break okay and enough as they actually served it. Lunch buffet okay as well and service personnel were courteous I would recommend Radisson Hotel for meetings/trainings as that was what I experienced there.

Great ambiance! Friendly and polite staff and rooms are spacious with king size beds just the way I know you will like it. They really observe all Covid-19 related protocols and hygiene is top notch! I will upload a video soon but I can already feel I am in for a great weekend! Promises to be money well spent! And did I mention that it’s easy to locate as it is off major Ikeja road... yeah It’s located at Isaac Jones off bank Anthony way. I had problem locating them. I went for a buffet dinner. The atmosphere was so lovely, there was a lady there with a lovely voice singing melodiously. The environment is beautiful to take lovely pictures and of course, I took advantage of that. I would recommend it here to a friend.

I was at a 3-day training at Raddisson Hotel GRA Ikeja. Their conference halls which are located just beside the pool are cozy. Most importantly, the brunch buffet is heavenly. I always looked for for the buffet as soon as it is lunch time. I still reminisce about the buffet. Great place to be.

Been to Raddison a couple of times and unfortunately it's the same thing: Unhelpful staff. The servers at the restaurant were much better but I literally had to beg over and over for my Chapman before it finally arrived and this took the intervention of someone else. Delicious pork (Always recommended) Do not bother with the rice dishes (except white rice because their stew is ok) Lively desserts as well.

An award ceremony with dinner after equals a not so bad evening. One of the smaller event halls located on the second floor was used. The cocktails served were provided by the hotel as an added service. The dinner was a buffet with lovely starters (finger salmon sandwich & baby potatoes with tuna filling were amazing), main course (jollof & fried rice, swallow & egusi, pork ribs etc) and dessert cakes. The dinner staff were a bit too curt with guests and took more than 40 minutes to get water on our table. But in all was not a bad experience. Parking is still an issue and I believe would always be so better to uber down if you can.

I entered one of the rooms for the first time last week and was blown away. I loved how cosy and intimate it was. I've attended workshops and meetings but never really liked how cramped the lobby, bar and restaurant seemed. However, the service has always been great. There is an intimate spa which I've used before and loved the ambience of ( you should totally check it out). The food has also been great and I had dessert the last time I was there and loved it too. p.s. the pool is seperated from the bar by just a glass panel so if you are self-conscious, a wrap will do you good.
