This place is so amazing... But as it is.. There are different stokes for different folks. The 15k room is so amazing but need some little bit of maintenance. The Air conditioner is old school, the bathroom is not state of the art but it's something to cherish. There is a wardrobe and a reading angle with reading table and chair. The bar is not up to taste but their drinks are cheaper and at normal rate. The food is not bad and there's little options to choose from. This place is in the area of Lagos where miscreants can't even get in.. The street is a place away from home that even makes you comfortable. There is parking space and there area lots of rooms but I'd still ask you to get there early or even get your reservations in advance. It's not far from the airport, so you can just come in there from the airport and rest before going moving on with your journey. And the members of staff are worthy.. They are so on point without any issues.

The place was fair for the price. The rooms are comfortable, spacy, well lit, 24/7 power and a TV. I stayed here during the world cup and watched all the matches. The environment is quiet and decent. All these for a standard 8k room is amazing 🤩

Its an old hotel with fairly good rooms & with old airconditioners. It has aged wardrobes and reading tables; TV's and bathrooms with shower taps. Available Power supply though most times on power generating set due to power outages. Water is available. Free Car park. The location look well secured with manned gates everywhere. Staffs were polite to me. There is a bar with TV's and music but old fans. There is also a kitchen for food but few food choice. No water heater in the bathroom but was provided on request. Police station is close by and both local and international airport are not that far away. Pharmacy shop is nearby. State teaching hospital is also close by. Fuel station is not far away for those who may wish to refuel. Eateries are also close by. The hotel is old and need renovation.

Better seen on a picture. AC not working. Room not properly kept, old plastic chair, worn out table. Was struggling with rats in the room. They need to revamp the hotel. No maintenance. Generator tripped off countless times im the night.

Not one of the new hotels you see so don't expect much... But I liked it

Though was affordable but the rooms and comfort rooms were not well kept.

Spent 2 nights but they janitors didn't come clean the room till I checked out... The restroom was not too neat but the bedroom is spacious... Location not bad actually

On a good location with stable power supply, nice staffs but some services needs adjustment after paying for 3nights, I was told to pay #200 for hot water to drink tea 😂😂.. and also furnitures fittings needs maintenance.

Quiet environment, fair price for standard room. Clean environment too. 24/7 electricity during my stay.

The service was subpar to say the least. Cleaning crew were lackadaisical about their work and the restaurant meals were not nice even at the expensive prices. Won't be using them anytime soon.

7 minutes away from Airport if there's no traffic. Low budget hotel with affordable room rates though I feel the rooms and toilets are neglected. I didn't spend a night, was disappointed with what I saw from what is being displayed on their website.

Rooms smelled sweaty. The bedsheet looked recycled. The furniture could use a change. The staff don't respond swiftly. There was black out for some time without apologies. No water heater in the room I was given.

It is an affordable hotel about 15 minutes drive from the airport

My stay there was horrible, no water, no AC because they couldn't on their Gen. I checked out immediately, couldn't manage to spend the night there. The hotel is also very old; it needs renovation
