👍 I went in to complain as I had ordered a takeaway the night before and they were over an hour late. I called the general line to complain and was told the manager would call back. Of course he didn't as I had told the girl on the line. The manager on duty that day tried his best and calmed me down....

👍 It's a restaurant giving a local view in a modern way. No receptionist. The hall is free though you have to book in advance. I'm not sure they have rooms for booking.
