On every visit, this hospital never cease to disappoint me. Starting from the young lady nurse that takes vitals under the staircase, on my 2 last visits, all she does is press her phone for minutes while a patient is sitting in pains right in front of her. Her facial expression and tone is so rude and inappropriate for a medical personnel. While some of the doctors are okay, one particular guy I just saw this morning is far from being professional, he was pressing his phone when I entered and while I began consulting with him, he was so rude to me and was not willing to thread professionally and perform due deligence to a patient in pain. If you have an emergency, please don't come to this hospital. The staff behave like there's no competent management managing the affairs of the hospital, patients and staff. Too bad.

If there was a negative rating, I would have chosen it. If you are looking for a hospital for your antenatal visits, please, RUN from this facility, as long as their present gynaecologist (mr.Wale) is still there!

Got in there around 7:40. it’s 8:10 am. there was no one at the front desk so I go to the inner room. after taking my blood pressure I see that there’s STILL no one at the front fest so I rant a little to alert other staff. someone Walt’s in 2/3 mins later without an apology. I turn back and realise there’s a long line of people who have been patiently waiting and probably still would’ve been if I didn’t speak up. I leave for another hospital because I know that I won’t be attended to in the next hour or two because of the long queue of extremely patient patients.

I just discovered this great facility even though they have been here for long. Building is very conspicuous, services are good especially with mother and child. The staff are pleasant and warm. Their premises is neat and serene. Their services ranges from Lab, test, scan, dental, eye, E.C.G etc

Lovely Experience, The Eye Clinic is on point, Very Comfortable and Competent Consultation we had, She is patient with Patience and crack Jokes too to make you feel Safe and Relax even when she was putting Peppered-like Eye drop, She prepares your mind and you feel it not as harsh as it is. You may want to Ask for Dr. Joy. The Receptionist Has my 4Stars

The hospital has become a shadow of itself in terms of services. They parade bunch of young graduate doctors displaying exuberance with no calmness of focus. They rely on having consultants around on weekend, only for those to end up wasting patients time endlessly while waiting for them to close from their original place of work. The nurses, admin staff and even the matron are very nonchalant, behaving with no sense of courtesy. Virtually all patients on site left frustrated.

The service here is superb. On arrival at the gate, you are welcomed by courteous security men and by well trained Officers at the front desk. The hospital interior was recently renovated which gave the whole place a good look. I highly recommend this hospital.

Service excellence. I had my first child there about 5weeks ago and I was treated well. I was attended to like a queen .

They have lovely facilities but their admins are very rude and mannerless. They lack courtesy and customer care. They talk nonchalantly including their nurses.

An hospital just few metres away from the old alade market in allen roundabout. They have nice customer service and clean environment.

The reason why they even get a one star is because the doctor that did my eye test was amazing. Every other experience after that was poor. One would expect that with how expensive it was, getting my glasses would be swift and not this stressful.

The docror I met was very attentive and that alone ease my pain. Caring staff though. But take your serious/complicated health issues elsewhere.

Very good hospital and laboratory They have well trained n seasoned consultants /resident doctors and also offer services like pre employment medicals, seafarers test,food handlers test, occupational health screening,drugs and alcohol testing and radiological services. Easily accessible on keffi street. They also have emergency ambulance.

Nice view from outside, neat inside, experience Doctors and Nurses, good Laboratory and caring attendant.

Used this Clinic twice and both times were exceptional. Good customer service. Good equipment. It is expected to be crowded sometimes due to the location and service but overall i think they are doing very well for a government owned hospital.

Worst hospital I have been so far in terms of unprofessional attitude from staffs. There is a very black lady there doing vitals, this lady was so rude and unprofessional in the way she attended too me. She lacks manners and professional ways of attending to sick patients as she fully displayed her rudeness to me while attending to me. Really hope you guys get well trained people in the future as for me I am never stepping foot in your hospital again.
