In a wide circumference, this is one gym you will find in Agidingbi/Alausa area. Great to hook up with them after a long time. Rafit runs like a regular gym but also has several fitness programs as well as motivation for fitness. They are sandwiched in between lots commercial entities in that Central Business Dsitrict. So it's easy to work something out with them if you work around there. Passionate team, great people!

A cool place in a serene and secured environment. The surrounding is very neat and calm. It is situated in a residential area so you can easily jog down to improve your fitness ratings. The interior is nice with Air-conditioning and friendly staff and users. The wall arts are motivating. The centre has a wide range of equipment for basic and hardcore training needs. Saturdays have workout dance sessions for dancing fitness. I find this particularly interesting as you get to learn new dance steps while building up your endurance level and also burning calories as well. The large mirrors on the walls help you see your workout sessions. The music helps you keep going to achieve your desired results. Friends are allowed to visit you while you take your workout lessons too. Some equipment and tools here are not common meaning they are out for serious business that would make you want to spend your whole day in the gym. A weighing balance is available to enable users see their progress for themselves (for those looking to lose weight and those wishing to pack up more weight through healthy bulky muscles). The entire building drowns out unnecessary noise from the streets and even from other users. I'm in love with this place
