You people have amateurs as dentists, those who are still suppose to be undergoing training as dentists, they can’t even administer strong pain killer for patients undergoing surgery or treatments like teeth removal and root canal. I almost died of pains from the root canal that was did for me and and later the dentist decided to Remove the teeth and the pain from the teeth removal was even worse, my teeth broke and the last bit of the broken teeth was left un-removed which I’ve been carrying like that for several weeks now despite how expensive the bill and up till this moment I still have migraine. My advise to you people :- please employ well trained and experienced dentists and not amateurs, and please administer better drugs for pains because pain can kill

This clinic comes highly recommended in the provision of affordable and pocket-friendly healthcare services. It's situated in a shared building with other businesses and the place is easily accessible and noticeable whilst either walking or driving by. The parking space is very limited and can barely accommodate few cars within its premises.

A nice dentist's office to visit. They have good facilities. They also have a branch in Victoria island. The dentists are very cool and explain everything in details. If you have kids, they'll love the experience and get a gift as well.

I had a great dental experience here and it was wholesome. I was carried along and informed of the steps and procedures. Even though I quite tensed during the deep scaling, I was put at ease and the procedure was a breeze.

Well organized, friendly dentists and their equipment are first class. The location of the clinic is central and easy to locate. Has a space for kids where they can play, so you can come along with your kids without worrying about them so much. Great clinic!

Very Terrible customer experience. I scheduled a procedure and got there without a a facemask. I was turned back. I asked for a spare facemask and they said it's only for their staff and I was stunned. I mean I was coming for a mouth surgery. Would I have used the 'N50' facemask all through the extraction? It was sad cos they were recommended by Reliance. I gave the feedback to Reliance who then routed me to another hospital. Aside this engagement, I note the lack of care and concern for clients. Shameful!

A great dental clinic, though costly

My dental service experience was very good, I enjoyed every minute of it. Dr. Laide and Nurse Dorcas attended to me and the kids in such a professional manner, the tones of communication was lovely, Dr. Laide sang children rhymes to get my daughter to relax and cooperate during her session. I recommend that the awareness for routine dental checkup should be intensified so that other people can also experience such a wonderful session like myself and the children had. Well done great team @ Beaconhill Smile Clinic Ikeja. You can be sure that I am coming back in another 6months, smiles.

I don't know why unethical staff would want to ruin the reputation of Beaconhill smile dental clinic. I was booked for 1PM 30th of December. I got there 15 minutes earlier. I waited over 1 hour. While waiting, a man whose appointment is 2PM came in. To my surprise, the man was called in almost immediately. I met the customer service lady to express my displeasure all she could say was " they will call you ooooo" I told her I am leaving, that I will patronize another dental clinic, she didn't persuade, she didn't take ownership and she didn't empathize, no apology, no show of concern. I think the management needs to do something about unethical customer service officers manning their customer service desk.

I have been to a number of hospitals/clinics and haven't met any that's as deserving of a 5-star review as Beacon Hill. Professional and courteous staff members with great follow-up care that I have never experienced. Not forgetting the ambience too

I normally have pains when i scale and polish but with Beaconhill, it was painless and relaxing. The customer service is impeccable; I would advise to book an appointment before you visit, it makes your stay shorter.
