It is cool and cozy. There's an indoor bar lounge and an outdoor sitting area. They have guest rooms and sell food. Food arrived on time. I had jollof rice and fried turkey and my friend had Indomie and egg with fried turkey. The rice could be better. The turkey was okay.

House 30 lounge was a beautiful place with good meal. A good place to relax. I enjoyed myself there.

The location is on Adehiyi jones , a quiet lovely space , has an indoor and outdoor bar, it was on a sunday and there was jazz playing and it was a lovely experience, their drinks is quite affordable.

Been to both of their branches but I have the picture of the new one which is just a street way Both of them are nice,affordable,good services but the 2nd branch wins it for me 🥰 Lovely meals & chilled drinks,definitely a home away from home. Old branch isn't disability friendly but new spot is. Con-They don't serve breakfast which should be looked into

Poor attitude demonstrated by the waiters. Should be a nice lounge but I was almost begging the waiters to attend to me. Even after taking orders, it took forever. Review and Improved staffing recommended

A nice cosy warm hang out with friends without the noise and crowd. Nice Jazzy music going on simultaneously reminds me of the classy UK pubs where you hang out, have finger foods, drinks and a sense of family.

It's a nice environment, beautiful apartment. There is a playground around the residence. It's not far from bus access. The environment is peaceful and the ambience is welcoming. It's a nice place to live.
