Quite okay. I've always gotten my phones from Slot. Had a poor experience this time though, one of the Samsung Reps (they were 2), was obviously poorly trained. I had to patronise the Business, still. Got myself a Samsung A73.

They have a good ambience as well as the attendants smile when you are coming to their stand. It's also cool that they have their own service centre so you don't need to go looking for some place else if you want to repair your gadgets. The one thing I didn't really find fair was the fact that to swap a phone, they had to charge exorbitantly, which, for me, was a turn-off. Above all, the service was good, and the warranty that came with the swap was cool as well.

I went there two week ago to purchase an itel A60 and so many things has been removed from the pack . ... I did not want 2 permit any of their sales rep to open the phone bcuz there was trust issues .. I got home to open the pack and discovered that the Airtel promo card that was inside has been changed and this was the main reason why I went to buy the phone ... I saw one mtn card inside and there was no pin on the card after removing the PIN for itel seal that was used to cover the PIN part on the MTN instant data card that I met inside the pack .. 👎👎👎 I will never recommend this store to anyone b'cus I fo not trust their sale rep(s)

Slot itself is cool and a good place to buy phones, but it's environs is terrible. Hoodlums forcing people to pay money to park their cars. A hoodlum almost broke my car windscreen, even pulled off my side mirrors.

Not a bad place to buy phone. However I have issues with their seven day warranty policy. My current phone has key pad issues and I could not return it within the short notice. It's hard typing.

Great place to get a good deal on phones. However I was a bit lost when I entered. It took a while for someone to approach is with a friendly face. But overall the expirence was great.

They had a variety of products to pick from and the prices were reasonable considering the prices you get on the internet. Excellent customer service was visible but the music inside the store was definitely louder than was expected, making it difficult for people to hear eachother unless you're standing closer than social distance rules dictates and the store had little or no ventilation.

The store is super stocked. I didn't even know they sell laptops and PCs. The store environment is very very friendly, almost seducing. I originally went to fix my charging port and albeit it took forever to fix, the wait was soothed by the friendly nature of the technicians. I'd very well recommend this place to buy gadgets and get technical assistance.

Slot was ok but I couldn't get what I wanted to buy, after traveling from the island to their mainland office at Computer Village. I even spent extra 2hours waiting for the reps to call all their branches in Ikeja and ask for the Apple iwatch series 6 black, 44Mm. Well I was a bit frustrated, still waiting for the supervisor to call this morning as he promised to send it to their lekki office. However they have good stuff in there.

Maybe because I enjoy buying phones, Slot is a good place for quality phones. The prizes are not too expensive because they sell company prize. The customer service - very good. The sales representative respectfully answers to your demand whether you buy or not. ✌
