Went for a conference. Parking space is alright. The hall big and suitable for multiple purposes. The restaurant was well furnished and comfortable. The food menu was broad and food quality top notch 👌🏽. The staff were cautious and helpful. There is a gym under the hall right beside the pool. There is a big cabana beside the pool and a bar as well. All in all a nice place for events or lodging with great food.

The Ikeja BON hotel is very fine, but renders shabby services... staff are badly behaved and the general service on this hotel is poor. Lift doesn't work properly and when you are stuck due to light failures, there is no way to contact the staff, it's a scary experience.

Had work meeting for some days here and I enjoyed their service. The rooms are elegant and well decorated.

An aspiring 4-star hotel, conspicuously located albeit with a bad access road. Like other hotels of the BON chain, this appears to be a premium 3-star hotel. Particularly visually pleasing are the lobby and restaurant wallpaper, and the spacious pool side. Guests may find it disconcerting that rented apartments (replete with windows, staircases and balconies) juxtapose the hotel fence by the pool - so close that the only exterior view for the apartments residents is the pool area. Parking is limited for a hotel of this size. Rooms start at circa 88,000 for double occupancy, single breakfast.

I would've have given the place 5 stars but the service here was quite pricey but it wasn't too much of an issue. I had a nice time with friends by the poolside, the drinks were cold and the service was prompt. I'll definitely be coming back.

Bon Hôtel is a beautiful hotel in Ikeja, Lagos Nigeria. It offers spacious and comfortable rooms, lovey restaurant, a bar/lounge, events hall, conference rooms, outdoor pool and a variety other amenities. There’s internet connectivity, Satellite TV, every room has a kettle while some rooms have a kitchenette and microwave oven. All rooms are Air conditioned and kept clean. It’s a very clean and hygienic hotel that takes into consideration all of your health and safety needs. The reception and sitting area is very welcoming and there are courteous staff to attend to you and show you around before you book a room. There’s private parking and also special grills and Karaoke night during the week, misplaces the flyer would have shared that here. It’s a lovely hotel and I have my eyes on it for a staycation soon. There’s a roof top space you can use for an event and also the pool area, if you’re thinking of a pool reception. It’s in the heart of the city and close to ICM(Ikeja city Mall) and also the Kalakuta Museum. I met up with a friend there and definitely look forward to spending a staycation there because I really loved the ambience and would love to enjoy a full experience of their services.

The room was ok. Spacious and nice amenities but the bed is harder than I'm used to. The people at the desk checking in and out were not very friendly. The hotel is in a fenced area with security so it seems safe. It is much quieter in this hotel than the other one I stayed in Nigeria, you don't hear as much of the traffic noise like horns etc.

The ambience is good, great service and good parking. The swimming pool is lovely 💕 There's ample seating in the lounge and bar area to keep you hydrated. The food was not so great, it could be way better.

It's a spectacular hotel. From the security at the gate to the front desk, the service is commendable. I particularly love the interior design applied to the restaurant and the indoor bar. The swimming pool area which is spacious, creates a relaxing ambience. Despite being premium services, the food and drinks are still 'affordable'. Overall, I am impressed.

The ladies at the reception were welcoming and the general aesthetics outside are nice. However, the rooms are what you would see in a 3-star hotel. For their breakfast, it's complimentary for 1 person and must be eaten in the restaurant. If you want to take it in your room, you pay 12,000 which is the same fee one extra person eating - this policy is not accommodating. They cannot heat up your food or anything gotten from outside. According to them, it's for security reasons. It's an okay place but not the most accommodating and relaxing place to stay.

I swim here, never lodged(reason I didn't rate the rooms). The ambience looks great, so I want to believe their rooms would be splendid, too. The swim instructor is a very warm and good guy, and the pool is always neat. I recommend 👌🏾. They also have a nice gym facility with an instructor available from 8am .

We enjoyed our stay here last week. Not everything was perfect, but staff did their best to make us feel at home….it ended feeling like home away from home. Wanted to meet the chef to say a big thank you. Truly enjoyed ALL my meals during my one week stay! Thanks to everyone - from the guys by the lift, to those by the reception, those in the restaurant and bar and the laundry 🧺 team. Great job. Hope to come again.

Bon Hotel!!! Playing music loud and disturbing the neighborhood does not bring customers, you are very inconsiderate and always disturbing the neighborhood very loud music, people live around you, and you aren't even concerned about the well-being about neighbors and even the occupants of your hotel, Bon Hotel Ikeja stop disturbing the neighborhood, Please stop being an inconsiderate neighbor!!!!!! I do not recommend this hotel for anyone that likes peace of mind!!!

BON Hotel Ikeja Residence has positioned for a ranking among the best venues for functions in Lagos. Their rates are competitive and the facilities are good. BON Ikeja Residence very decent and well-equipped rooms. The rooms have standard fixtures. Nowadays, I also look out for what a hotel offers in convenience. Those are significant for travellers. BON offers in the bathroom the regular three towels, soap, shampoo as well as toothbrush and paste. The addition of extra towels and mouth freshening tools is commendable. Bon Ikeja Residence needs to look into the working hours at the gym. It closes too early and does not open early enough for the ease of busy executives who desire to put in those extra two hours. Keep it open more or leave clear instructions on how to self-deploy the facilities. Former Cross River State Governor Donald Duke dropped the bomb about misuse of his childhood photos at our Bon Hotel event. I expect that great events and the speeches and declarations that flow from there will keep Bon Ikeja Residence in the public consciousness going forward.

Currently, the road to the hotel is under- going repairs by government authorities. Hence the immediate entrance of the Bon Residence hotel ikeja is filled with pot holes.

Very poor customer service. Had lunch at their restaurant on December 23rd 2022 and got debited twice while making payment. Inspite of promise F&B manager (Solomon) to rectify make refund and after over one month and several follow ups no response.

Located in the suburb of Ikeja, makes it easy for conferences and relaxation from the usual hustle and bustle of Ikeja, My personal experience and a first timer to BON Hotel Ikeja Residence was for a comference and I was please with the facility. The swimming pool ambiance reminds me of my childhood days. The restaurant was very good and the meal was good too. Rooms service was ok, the bar was good too. The rates were not too pocket friendly, but it is good for the service on and facility on offer. Well secured, free internet etc I would like to visit a few times more given the opportunity.

An ambience environment. Easily accessible to the Nation's international airport. Lagos. Presently , the access road is being upgraded seriously by the government authorities.

On the food service, this should be greatly reviewed and worked on. The food don’t taste nice. Thanks

The ambiance was cool, warm, and relaxing. The receptionists were cordial and the staff, in general, were polite and delivered on their job. The swimming pool and lounge area are beautiful with a large screen to watch football games or stay up to date on the news. There is a bar right beside for drinks. The gym, spa, and massage area are also very spacious, clean, and relaxing. I enjoyed the meal at the restaurant as the pepper soup was spicy and breakfast was lit. The Macfely conference hall was clean and chilled and it comes with sound. The only challenge was the distance between the conference hall and the restroom which is quite far and stressful having to go up and down the stairs to relieve yourself. Overall, the service delivery was exceptional, the environment was clean and welcoming with a large car park to match the size. I loved my visit to this hotel. You should also visit them, it will be worth every dime.

Good hotel situated in Ikeja GRA which gives close access to the local and international airports. The personnel conducted their service with professionalism. The good was good too. One sad part was my Air conditioner dropping water into my room. Otherwise, a pleasant stay

The place is good, the carpet is abit stuffy and even has stains. The space in the bathroom is abit squeezed and could do some hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels, the TV is abit outdated, better upgrade to a smart TV and if not make it abit clear. Location is good you have access to different restaurants and Cubana is also just next door. The neighborhood is on the quite side.

  • 5/5 Sean O. 1 year ago on Google
Ambience and good customer service. Friendly staff and well-equipped facilities like the gym, pool, and in-house ATM. The menu was good and affordable

The Deluxe room is not worth it all, uncomfortable flat pillows, for a hotel of this standard its quite a shame, neck pain was the parting gift. The door of the cubicle bath isnt there, so when you bath water is finding its way to other part of the bathroom. Oh, the breakfast buffet was a mess, change your chef. We even had to share bottle water with other guests😔 The staff are very courteous and friendly but the services in the facility needs to be better. This Bon Hotel, Ikeja is not Bon-ing like the other Bon Hotels we know. Please fix these issues. Thank you

Welcoming environment and staff. Good looking rooms, quality toilet and shower fittings. Sizable TV with room more connectivity, food quality could be better for the price. In house ATM service, sometimes unavailable though.

Serene space to make you feel like you're not in Lagos. Nice upcoming poolside. Access road needs attention. Don't stay at the back row. The generator can be a Humm too heavy. Asides those, great place to catch your breadth.

Good rooms and ambiance, courteous staff and impressive welcome. Quick to correct errors (had an experience that was attended to quickly). Simply comfortable...but the bathrooms are pretty cramped, neat but tight. Breakfast buffet was not impressive, limited variety. Overall; Nice place to stay, and layover(close to the airport).

It’s not a safe place to stay, the security is nothing to write home about.. 1 am the security on duty was already sleeping I had to open the gate myself and close it, still the guy way there sleeping like a dead dog and didn’t notice someone came in until I had to tap him up.. that’s 100% poor security service and very boring place,, for young guys don’t ever patronize them. BON hotels is for old people no cap. Be careful. My first time staying on the mainland was horrible with BON hotels

I loved my stay at the BON hotel, Ikeja residence. The staffs are very good professionals who know how to make their guests feel at home. The rooms are large, good enough for me to have my workout without fear of hitting anything. The food was good as well.......Wifi strength was excellent.....I could stream very well on Netflix without issues. Power supply was perfect. My room had its balcony and the view is okay.

Beautiful, comfortable, serene and classy are words that best describes the BON Hotel, Ikeja Residence. I enjoyed every moment spent with very amiable and courteous staffers. Located in the GRA axis of Ikeja, lagos state, the hotel is a place for anyone seeking to spend a time outside their home. Holidaying here can be a delight for fun seeking persons. You won't have to break the bank to afford a stay at the hotel.

You treat your staffs like trash and expect good service... you sack people without any reason what so ever.. do u think most times is about money? Patience ur DGM is a bully and illed mannered person.. imagine changing staffs on a monthly basis without reason just because she's having mood swings.. Bar Chike.. I believe you're aware of what is happening and how ur staffs are being treated, Not everybody works for money but some for the love and passion.. my sister Hassana was sacked.. I believe this is the main reason u don't issue employment letter because you like using people.. am definitely going to sue your hotel.. for the injustice you have done to my sister. Get ready because I know you're a lawyer and I believe you don't know whom her twin sister is. Well u need to review ur management and know those u make leaders in your hotel.. then make sure you're in control of ur business..

top notch ambience, great GREAT food. large, filling and very tasty unlike some hotels I’ve been too. the chicken and fries with coleslaw was heavenly, the fried rice and chicken was finger-licking good. loved the fruit smoothie, tasted very natural and refreshing and was quite frankly filling before i even ate my main course. the surroundings are so so beautiful, perfect for taking pictures and aesthetic pleasure. toilets are beautiful too and clean, comfortable for use and mirror selfies hahaha. the staff are very friendly and patient, the atmosphere was very warm. it’s a place I’d surely visit again

Still spanking new with great aesthetics. It's a good place to visit with children and or family. The rooms are big and comfortable. Toilets are not well designed. Walkway and reception are well curated. Pool side needs a DJ to complement the sit-out area. It's #wheelchair accessible

The rooms are below what I would expect from a BON brand. The bathrooms very small. U have to struggle with the wash hand basin to take a dump. I was so disappointed. I know better now. But! The food and outdoor experience was fabulous 👌. But those rooms. Ahhhh! All the rooms are same by the way.

  • 4/5 Femi B. 1 year ago on Google
It’s a 4 star hotel. They do the right things right. Brisk customer service and check in, twin elevators to reduce downtime and the room comfort does not disappoint. Courteous staff are a plus and their food choices quite varied. Staying at the hotel, you feel your next noble goal should be godliness as the hotel is very clean. For those in need of entertainment, Cubana lounge is a paper throw away but noise from the lounge does not disturb residents sleep. I liked it and would not hesitate to come again.

This is stupid, the hotel has a rule that says swimming ends by 6:00PM But me and my friends swam by four o'clock went up to eat and came back down by 5:40 PM and the pool guard said that swimming is over because we already came before ,what is that!!!! Just now i checked tje rules and nothing here says anything about swimming ending by 6:00 PM
