The service centre is quite inconspicuous but is situated right behind the Store where the hardwares and appliances are showcased for customer purchase. They are attend to services and repairs for mobile devices and domestic appliances, most especially TVs

My experience here was positive and I got a very good phone even though I didn't see my budget phone because is out of stock buh in general I love the customers care and product are not all expensive which is my best experience, budget phone and expensive ones too.

🚫 AVOID!!! 🚫 They are very unprofessional, lacks any form of respect for customers, and behave shadily. Very evil set of people. All they do is charge you high prices and render no services while giving you excuses and insults. The front desk lady and the manager should be fired if this business is serious about fixing their already rotten reputation.

The Samsung Service Center is just behind the Samsung shop which means that they conveniently share the same compound. It is comfortable and efficiently staffed. They attend to you promptly and politely. It is wheelchair accessible although there isn't any wheelchair parking available.

I was told that my phone was ready for pickup and after showing up three days later, the phone wasn’t ready. I was told to return 8 days after. When I returned the phone wasn't ready and the Customer Care representation was disrespectful. My device has been with them for over three weeks.

Relocated to a new location The cost of phone repairs are on the high side Also timelines of repair is also a challenge as several parts comes in at different time frames which will delay the repair So if you are looking for an immediate repair, you will need to outsource another vendor. But patience however is great

Very slow and poor service! I gave them my phone for a screen issue after waiting 4 days for the repair they damaged my fingerprint sensor without telling me! I discovered the fault myself and returned the phone to them only for them to wipe my phone costing me important data! After an addition 4 days they still couldn't fix the fingerprint problem and told me I would have to leave the phone for longer! Stalling tactics. Samsung can do better than letting these evil people damage their reputation because all they do is frustrate people with their poor and slow service after charging so much!! If there's 0 star I would give it. Fix your phone here at your own risk!

Was perfect. Although after fixing my screen, my battery swoll up and I was told to pay 7k to fix, I was down on cash on that Friday, getting back on Monday I was charged 11k, how did the price went up by 57% over the weekend? Well aside that the job was perfect, phone was working like it was never faulty. Thank you.

They have a very good customer service. The environment is very conducive and need. Staff are patient and they resolve your issues promptly and efficiently.

They offer friendly customer services. When ever you bring in your device for repair, you are highly unlikely to get it between the 3-7 days you are told it would be ready because they have to place an order for whatsoever it is that needs to be fixed in any device you submit to them for repair. They don't stock this products because the firm's engineers tend to steal the parts and sell them to people outside for their personal pocket. However, shipping the parts ordered for too takes about a week or two as it's not only one part they plan to order for. In conclusion, the wait is always worth it when it takes a while before your devices is done.

I'm so glass that my Samsung Series 8 tv was timely repaired by Samsung Customer Service Unit located at Ikeja. I was hopeless when my a year plus TV got damaged accidentally but happiness filled my heart when the television got adequately repaired without paying kobo. It was a great experience for me and ever since the TV got repaired, all the functions are working exactly like a brand new TV, no differences at all. Great service and organization. Bought the 49" TU8000 there about a week ago. The attending staff was greatly helpful. Price changes constantly I believe, as the price of my TV went up from the previous day but since I knew this they allowed me pay the old price. Lucky

I never knew that a Samsung care center exists at that location. It was easy to locate even though they didn't have most of their staffs on seat. And I just found out that Samsung Warranty works in the country where the device is bought.

I got a TLC 40 inch TV from here, not only do they sell Samsung products, they sell other devices as well. Cookers, exhausts, blenders and so on.

Poorest customer service I have ever seen on earth, their phone number ranged several they didn't pick up only to send me a text with quote "Text me" isn't this suppose to be a customer care service???

It is a place to visit if you have any faulty Samsung appliance or device. They diagnose the problem and give you options to solve the problem. When you visit you make an initial deposit before they finally come and visit your home for the appliance. There is a small car park in there office which is both used for the Samsung outlet store and the service centre which is just beside it. Sont attempt to park on the busy Allen road because your car can be towed by the local government touts moving to and fro.
