I go to Old English Superstore to get their bread only, that bread tastes very different. Not exaggerating, you will not want any other bread after tasting Old English bread. It comes in sliced and unsliced, and it cost N500. It is always freshly made, very soft and it last for days without going bad. All you need with this bread is a cup of chilled beverage or drink, thank me later😋. I have shopped at the supermart once but can't really say how affordable the supermart is.

They’ve got really great bread and some stuff you won’t easily see in other stores. I’d say they have this classic English feel to things.

Old English bread is truly unique. So unique that I drive 13km from Surulere to the shop at Ikeja just to buy their bead in different offerings. My father in law prefers their wheat bread above any other. I buy all manner of of the different ones they bake. And the way they have maintained consistent quality in like 4 years that I've been a customer is phenomenal.

The bakery is where I get one if my favourites bread and donuts around Ikeja. I also get some few home essentials when I come around. The store is not so big but they have quite a wide variety of food items, provisions and domestic needs. The parking isn't so much but it's okay except for busy days.

One section of the supermarket is always noisy with speakers blaring music like a clubhouse, staffs are helpful but slow at the cashier and they give too many plastic bags for packing :( Please think about the environment before giving out 4 plastic bags instead of 2, the management should provide touch screen cash registers and each cashier should have it's own POS. The bread section is well organized and the staffs here don't waste your time and off you go with your purchase within 2-3 minutes.

A very small space as compared to other locations. The parking lot is okay but the store is tiny and awkwardly arranged, I always get turned around, good thing there are staff members stationed around. I only buy bread here anyways, I find the space too confusing and tight.

I have heard so much about old English bakery and I decided to visit since I was in Lagos, near it and I love bread. Given the hype, I expected to eat the best bread ever in Lagos, but to my dismay, it was wack.☹️ Will I want to eat it again? No. Will I recommend? You are on your own. They sell wines and groceries too.

The very rude staff especially at the Ogunalan Drive Surulere branch and I personally feel the staff needs to be re-oriented and fast before they ruin the business.

Old English refused to refund my N6,360, which was successful after an initial failed transaction, they made me visit the bank twice, sent them proof, still nothing, Your supermarket cannot dash me 100 naira not to talk of N6,360. This transaction was done on the 17th of January.I keep sending emails but no one is responding, ThankGod for your G.R.A supervisor who has atleast showed care and made me understand that the refund has to come from the headoffice.. Refund my money before i come to your store to pack goods worth that amount 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Rubbish

Nice grocery store. I get my bread from this store and for me it’s the best bread I’ve had in Lagos. There’s limited parking at rush hours but it’s still an okay place to get your daily needs.

Best coconut bread in Lagos. I'm typically not a fan of coconut bread, but their offering was quite nice.

A shopping experience of a time. Went in for the popular wheat bread coming across a wide range of grocery products in the store. It's popular for the books being sold. Cash and POS payment availability. Bumpy drive in with just few park space at the front away from the busy road. Separate exit. Quick service within.

It's a generic supermarket in GRA Ikeja, at the heart of the mainland...worth a look see if its OK your way.

Everything edible @Old English Store is awesome. From the bread to the snacks. Good customer service However, Old English Store needs to follow the covid 19 regulations. People on the line to pay don't have enough social distancing...not good!

There is fresh bread and pastries here for bread lovers...you get to see varieties of it here. Asides that there is a supermarket where you can get provisions and daily needs. The store is however small with narrow passages between shelves, it's howbeit neat with polite and very helpful attendants. I enjoyed shopping here.
