It's
sad
to
go
to
place
that
have
lots
to
offer,and
maintainace
culture
is
lacking!
I
was
at
the
amusement
park
perhaps
3
or
more
years
ago
with
friends,
and
it
was
an
exciting
experience.
Then
I
heard
it
had
shut
down?And
was
under
renovation?
But,
this
year
I
heard
it
was
open
again.
So
as
i
wanted
to
do
an
outing
with
a
couple
of
friends
I
encouraged
them
for
us
to
go
there
to
see.when
I
got
there
last
week
after
hearing
it
was
open
again.
I
was
disappointed.
Besides,
the
fact
that
the
ride
prices
had
gone
up.
That
I
understand.
And
great
to
see
that
a
kind
of
computerised
card
payment
system
was
now
in
place
attached.
Although,
I
didn't
like
the
info
given
that
we
HAD
TO
load
the
card
with
a
COMPULSORY
amount?
No
concrete
explanation
given?
That
is
not
good
enough
BRAND
Messaging
or
identity!
You
leave
the
customers
profile
group
we
call
inquisitive
and
educated
wondering!Why?
There
were
customer
service
details
missing
and
the
place
looked
unkempt
and
badly
housekeeping
wise
maintained.
Right
from
the
entrance
for
a
place
just
supposed
to
be
renovated?
Except
i
got
the
wrong
info
or
image?
The
whole
place
needs
painting
and
washing!
And
their
staff
need
to
undergo
some
training
on
customer
service,
etiquette
and
communication
skills.
If
all
of
these
and
likely
more,
are
addressed
as
i
didn't
go
in
eventually
to
see.
Such
that
I
could
then
give
an
assessment
here.
Then
it
will
be
a
worthwhile
place
to
spend
some
leisure
time
alone
or
with
others.
So
this
is
encouraging
the
management
of
@amusementpark
APAPA,
to
consider
addressing
these
details
to
attract
more
patronage
and
return
guest!
