Nice environment and location, but customer service is deterred by unprofessional attitudes of irresponsibility by the front receptionist and room service staffs. Can't say for other rooms, but New York was filled with cobwebs in the ceiling with dust filled study table. And again irresponsible receptionist and very very poor room services and hygiene. Regardless, thumbs up to the bar attendant lady, a better staff and better customer service.

Its a nice and peaceful place to relax and have fun.
