Visited the salon 02.08.2023 just 2 days ago, just to experience an THREE HOUR disaster. I would never usually go out of my way to write a bad review but I am still suffering over the mockery they made of my hair. I let my hair grow naturally for the last 6 years and I went in the salon for balayage as I started to have some gray hair. When I get to the salon Oana recomande me few high lights just on the top part that was around 6 foils stripes. I said I wanted my hair cut straight and tidy all the split ends. She left the bleach on my hair for about 45 to 50 min after she washed it and add a toner which I asked for a dark gray . YOU DO NOT EXPERIMENT ON YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THEY ARE LAB RATS. ESPECIALLY WITH BLEACH I asked for dark gray highlights not for yellow orange ones. I am now forced to throw on cheap box hair dye to try to achieve my natural colour back until I find someone who actually knows what they’re doing. I showed her a picture which she said she can’t see and pretend that she looked but I don’t think she actually can see. I never seen her cutting my hair looked around on the floor and there was not even 1 hair. I asked her to make it wavy from the top and she curl it with the straightener at the ends. Before we start the process she told me it will cost 500 Ron and when she finished she said she forgot to add the style that she did on me and now the price is 590 ron. I trusted this women and she disrespected me and robbed me! Not exactly sure if the owner is aware of the kind of treatment her clients gets . I have seen that they have cameras inside the salon. The owner should look at the cameras and see the work that has been done one me from Oana “hair stylist” The 1st picture is 2 days before I went to this salon with all my natural hair and the rest of the pictures are from yesterday and today. I straighten my hair that way you can clearly see what kind of hair cut she did. If this type of hair cut the owner find acceptable then I believe this salon is the lowest standards there is! If the owner can contact me in regards to this I would really appreciate it!

2 weeks ago, I went on Dorobanti for a balayage (my hair was brown and I wanted a dark blonde balayage) and the girls were rushing to get the procedure done so that they can go home. I don't know if this was the main reason, but when I got home and looked in the mirror I noticed how awful my hair was looking. To give you a more clear picture, it looked like I dyed my whole hair blonde and my roots growed 4-5 cm. There was no such thing as balayage, just a straight line that splitted the brown from blonde. I am very disappointed that I spended a lot of money on something of such poor quality and of course I had to dye my hair back at home which caused it to be a lot more fragile. Even though the place looks good and the employees are kind, I do not recommend the services!

I came to Mrs. Racovița with a lot of confidence that she can change my hair for the better. And my intuition and the recommendations made did not deceive me. I am very pleased with the result. I received a haircut that benefits me, it solves some problems which I had because of my long hair and I also received a dye that sets very well. She refused to do certain procedures that I wanted showing me it was going to damage my hair further. Anybody else would have just been happy to take my money and do it. She chose the long road to recovery and it was 100% worth it. I can't recommend her enough !
