Very poor customer service. We were the last customers in to have our meal at 8.30pm. We ordered our food the waiter asked for the bill to be paid because they wanted to cash up. We were happy to pay in advance. When my nephew asked for water they said the till is closed and they can't sell any bottle water. Then we asked if they can give jug of water they refused to give us a jug of water. I asked for the manager or the owner and they refuse to co operate. We decided not to finish our dinner and walk out. I attitude of the waitress and the waiter was very poor.

Good place and the waiter he speaks English that helped a lot, food delicious and the most important halal meat 😍

We went to the restaurant with my guest and stood waiting for a table. There are tables at the end of the corridor, but they put a paper on it with the words “reserved” (and commented that after that we ate and drank coffee and no one came to the table only whenever customers approached to sit down, the waiter called out that it was reserved) The old men and the girl with long hair is the worst waiter ever seen (lazy ,uneducated…)and at the end when I ask where my takeaway they forgot where they put or for who they give (never we don’t visit again not recommend 😵‍💫

Although meat was good, the rest of orders was tasteless. Another thing that grilled vegetables was containing a well cooked small worm! They took that order and throw it, then no action was taken, just denying what happened and said that was peeper tip!

We, as a family, speak 0 bosnian, but the servers were so accommodating, they spoke to us in english and helped us order the perfect meal, we wanted it as a takeaway and they packed it all securely, including the soup. the food was delicious and perfectly tender, the bread was so soft and there was so much of it. it only took about 15 minutes for them to bring out the food, everything was perfect.

We are frequent visitors to sarajevo. And hence have visited this restaurant many times. And every single time their service needs alot to be desired. Their food is good but the attitude of the waitors are just rude. On our last visit 2 weeks ago, we ordered dishes to share with me and my husband. The waiter was so rude to actually refuse to give us a plate and fork. He said just eat from the main plate. And when we informed the cashier lady, she just shrugs her shoulders. Unfortunately they don't know hospitality. So if you are looking for a restaurant to relax and enjoy your food in sarajevo, don't go to this restaurant as they will make you upset with their careless attitude and rude behaviour.

I felt confident to eat here because its buzy .. Good clean food, waiter was attentive, but too buzy to have one waiter in our corner .

Great place with decent prices. Always full, but somehow there is always a table to find. Waiters are quick and friendly, and food is served in a short time. When it comes to food, man, meat is so delicious that you wish to continue ordering, and anything you order is so tasty. So grab a mix and enjoy!
