Noktel is a very cool hotel and resort. They have a very beautiful view from their rooms. Their security is topnotch and tight... their staff are polite and understands the work of customer service. The last I visited, I anchored an event at one of their conference rooms and it felt really comfortable, they provided quite a number of technicals as part of the package of taking the space. A Beautiful hotel in a cool and serene environment, overlooking the Agba Dam you have a beautiful view to wake up to daily. Efficient room service, there's a hall for events with public address system.

So fantastic

The first thing that I noticed was their very courteous service starting from the Security to the Receptionists. The exquisitely design of the Interior and Exterior of the hotel is commendable and can be compared to Lagos and even Abuja standards. The standard room is spacious, neat beddings and basically relaxing and the complimentary breakfast is served on time. However, the rest room has foul odour that emanates from the floor drains. The location inside high brow area also makes it a perfect place to stay, especially with the eateries springing up in its vicinity.

The hotel is in a lovely location with pretty cool ambience with nice staff as well. Their food is lovely and the laundry services is also top notch. I did get my clothes few hours after giving them. Though their bar is pretty small and they do not have a pool but it’s still really cool

The hotel is amazing place to behold. I love the location, the structures, the serene environment and the services of the receptions. The services of some of the restaurant attendants need improvement. The parking space is so small at the hotel unless one moves to their poolside which is a different and detached structure. But in all, it's a nice hotel for relaxation, comfort; and exploring the beauty of Ilorin town. I look forward to be there again.

Nice hotel by the lake but needs a little bit more of an upgrade to get it to International standards. Having said that, probably one of the safest hotels in the area.

Very neat and tidy rooms, Respectful staff, they have this demeanor that says they enjoy their work. Functional facilities (elevator, gyms, air conditioners) Delicious breakfast but that's just slightly above average. I love it and would love to stay there again

Noktel is such an amazing hotel to stay if you are visiting ilorin . Their staffs are very friendly and always ready to assist you . Their food is top notch I am giving them a 5star review.. because for a town like ilorin they understand how an hotel should operate

The hotel service is top-notch, their staff are very respectful and diligent. The room I stayed in was also extremely comfortable, spacious and all the amenities worked properly. The food was also great, and served on time. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a luxury treatment or a baecation (the room lighting was romantic 😉)

The environment was serene and secured but their buffet is nothing to write about, there's nothing much about it. It's so ridiculous that some of their staff members are untrained. Poor customer relation...

For the location, this is a really good hotel. Service is a problem though, we saw a dead roach in the hallway for about a day and a half. There is free breakfast! No one told us this and we kept ordering room service until the last day.

Top class hotel in a very good location overlooking the dam in the GRA of Ilorin. The compound is well guarded, lined with greenery and ample parking space. The interiors and rooms are large, stately and well aired with lots of lights. There's a laundry service, room service, gym amongst others

I expected more from their standards and price point The front desk staffs offered Great customer service. But the rooms itself have a lot of comma’s such as dirt on some surfaces and ant in the kettle. Overall I believe they can improve on their services and pay attention to details .
