I completed my access bars course from Sprihaa and before that had a few sessions with Dr. Shalini. Dr. Shalini brings to the table a vast experience and knowledge of not only psychology but numerous other healing modalities and creates space for healing with ease. Based on a person's unique personality, she offers pragmatic tools which can help that person in his/her situations. Always operating from the rational side of brain, I had my initial doubts about energy healing modality like access bars. But Dr. Shalini comfortably facilitated my journey into the world of bars and I could feel a lot of ease in my body in a short period of time. A lot of stress, tightness, heaviness, aches and pains eased up and I could resume running and exercising almost after a break of 1.5 yrs. With this regained momentum, looking forward to bring a positive shift in all other areas of my life with ease, joy and glory !! :-)

I can't thank Dr. Shalini enough for my healing journey. In less than 6 months, she has cleared my mental blocks and helped me discover self-love. Her guidance on self-love has been essential for me to grow as a person. Through her guidance, I've undergone a substantial amount of personal transformation. Professor Shalini is the faculty for Alternate Healing course as part of my masters program. Her in class demonstrations of Reiki and healing, though brief, are extremely calming and therapeutic. We feel a certain kind of positive energy and a reassurance that we are being guided by a higher power.

I recently did an internship at Sprihaa and it went very well. I was able to learn a lot. If you ever want to do an internship to learn better about psychology and holistic healing, you should definitely give sprihaa a try. I feel so thankful to the universe for having introduced me to Dr. Shalini, who has helped me release the heaviness that I was carrying all along. Sprihaa is a beautiful space of healing. Recently, after a few experiences, I found myself physically drained and heavy, difficulty staying awake. A few sessions in, I felt all the heaviness leave me. I was back to normal. But to my pleasant surprise, I found my relationship with food change (though not the focus of my sessions). Reaching out when in need for guidance and healing, I am firm believer of therapy. Dr Shalini is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. With all the gratitude.
