If you're visiting for master health check up, be prepared to spend half a day here and reach at 8.00 am. I went on a Wednesday and there were like 20 people for health check up. Weekends will be worse. It is chaos here and management is unable to handle the crowd. OPD is another sad story, I have seen many patients waiting for the doctors who haven't reached on time. Doctors aren't punctual. It took around 5 hours for health check up to complete. Not a pleasant experience, I wouldn't recommend this place for health check up. Parking is available but is limited. Thanks to Dr Rajendra prasad for my treatment, he is very senior,i am so convinced with his treatment. Clean, hygiene and well maintained clinic with all essential facility like XRAY, ULTRASOUND, DENTAL, DERMATOLOGY, ECG, 2D ECHO, LAB BLOOD TEST, GYNAECOLOGIST, PAEDIATRIC, SURGEON, NEURO, ORTHOPAEDIC, THREAD MILL TEST, HOME BLOOD TEST. Eye doctor, ENT

For a full body checkup, it takes almost half a day here. No proper management. Few staff members are actually helpful who come to you and ask if any help is needed. But the rest of the things are not as good as they need to be. The main problem is that there is no transparency in where we will be called for tests and how many patients are in line. That's what makes everyone anxious about the long waiting. Management really needs to work on this.

Apollo has no management experience, if TMT service is bottleneck they should have 2/3 device. Such a waste of time. 7 hours for health checkup. Don't come Herr it's poor operation management.

Very pathetic, I was given appointment at 4:00 PM and till 6:00 PM doctor didn’t came. Receptionist was like he will come in another 10 min and it ended up waiting for 2 hour for doctor to come and moreover appointment doesn’t make any importance it’s again first come first serve so our number was after 6 patient. That took another 45 mins. Really ridiculous in total 3 hour in clinic and 1 hour in traffic half day is wasted in just one OPD

Recently visited this hospital. My younger sister was sick. We had a test on the first day and we got the report the next day. The doctor gave us some prescription medicines which she was taking. I was continuously following up with the doctor regrading her conditions on WhatsApp. More than a week passed but her condition did not get any better even after more than 5-6 tests doctor suggested. Whatever test doctor was suggesting felt like random and waste of money. At one point in time we got totally frustrated and contacted a known doctor from the family over the phone. He just asked us to do 3 simple tests based on one of the test report from earlier and also asked us to stop/reduce taking most of the medications from the current doctor and he prescribed us new medications. We started taking that and I could see my sister getting better from the very next day onwards. So all in all I feel very bad about this hospital and would never visit it and would totally not recommend.

awesome service for test, but I am changing my review because post the test the general consultation which was included in my package was not satisfactory. We are educated enough to read the reports. Doct should be keen on listening if we have any issues and advise accordingly.

The doctors I consulted with resulted in a bad experience. The doctor does not even check the patient, simply hears the patient speak and write down prescriptions. Although I trusted their experience at first, I came to realize that the disease was misdiagnosed and wrong medicines were prescribed. Also, there were abt 7 sets of meds out of which two were causing extreme allergic reactions. This was identified a lot later by one of the other doctors and also from a hospital. My mother had to be taken to emergency and given immediate treatment due to 8 days of fever and the allergic reactions. An interesting fact is that the doctor didn't perform a blood test which should have been the first check if they are not able to diagnose. I feel it's all about the money there. The only thing I appreciate is that some of the staff are considerate and helpful.

Me and wife did health checkup in Apollo. Seamless experience, and very competent and helpful nursing staff headed by Sindhu. Technicians, medical staff, and front desk staff are competent and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Poor parking space as against the number of patients. I went for an ECG and an x-ray. Billing was quick but they did not caution me about the wait time. Billing was at 10:30 am and I waited for ECG till 11:45 am. No token system in room #7 and they are totally disorganised. Then went to x-ray and waited another hour for x-ray in room #5. Finished at 12:45. Here also, they do not work on 'first in first out' basis. The lab technicians and assistants are nice and interact well. But the whole system is pathetic and overall experience is bad. Never go there for tests and lab procedures!

Worst service. Staff doesn't have knowledge to call based on token number. Don't come here for Annual medical checkup. Reception don't attached USG token, and USG staff not calling my name for long time, then I went and asked, you know his reply, your file doesn't have USG token. Such a careless staff here. They are thinking this annual medical checkups are done for charity or what, we are paying every year insurance money.

We want for a health check to this hospital last month. First of all the receptionist dint even see the list of tests correctly as per the health check package. Until unless i noticed it and informed. Secondly, the arrangements were very poor. They did not even care for the people who were fasting more than 12 hrs to give blood sample for FBS, we were made wait till 10:30 to give sample even after asking multiple times. Thirdly, for the diet consultation we were told that doctor will call back. Even after multiple follow ups nobody called us till today. They just got our number. Pathetic experience for a health check up here. Will never recommend. Few staff members are helpful not all.

Lack of hygiene - bed sheets after ultrasound were not being changed and upon asking i have been told that these temp sheets are expensive and they have been instructed to change only after 3-4 patients use it. Hygiene is very basic for any hospital. Secondly there is no privacy being felt during tests as the room doors were open and people kept on walking in. Appreciate if the hospital can follow some measures to improve on hygiene and privacy of the patient’s

The xray report was done in no time n the technician T N Manikanta was very helpful n detailed me on every single details n process n reports. They also explained abt thermal breast scanning features they have n offers on that for the patients. Very friendly n helpful staff

Had the Health Check from this clinic. Despite somany negative reviews, I felt everything was okay. Staffs are helpful and polite. There will be huge appointments on weekends, so plan for weekdays and plan to reach by 7.45am to get tokens earlier. By 9am the place was crowded and staffs managed them well. Also please note parking is limited here and may face struggle with car parking.

Went for a health checkup from company. Entire process was smooth and well guided. Details of each process explained well and test done were smooth.The doctor consulation was not that great. A lady will just quickly scroll through the reports in less than min and say evrything fine. That shud be improved. Consultations shud be individual basis and not just based on general ranges. If a person has spent around 6 hrs to get the test done the doctor can atleast give 15 to patiently sit and see the reports and suggest things.

This review is only for the receptions ladies, they don’t share the proper process on how to get token or you need to get registration right after that, Post Registration they should instruct to get the pre check ups done not the doctor. They often get frustrated with the people around. One senior lady doesn’t seem to like people standing in-front of her desk, she gets irritated by that. When you come as a patient or attendant you need these people to guide you so as a hospital prospective right knowledgeable people should be there for guidance.

Cons: Minor procedure charges very high.Charges are like 3x compared to other clinics for minor cleaning charges(ENT). They are charging a good amount of consultation fees and charging this much amount is not justified. Not recommended and wont go again. Pros: Doctor consultation was very good and helpful.

No COVID protocols are followed. They do not change sheets even after request. Ask everyone to lay down on the same examination bed. During Full Health Check-up on Weekend, they do not inform about the availability of the doctors while you check-in, once initial tests are done they say doctors are gone & now come back in evening or book for some other day for consultation. They expects to stay in hospital from morning 8:30 till evening 8:30 or otherwise go & come back as if travelling 18kms in Bangalore is so easy. Blood Tests - terrible crowd gathered in the morning due to only one junior lady taking samples, after chaos they added one more person which helped later on. One of the lady at reception is pretty rude. Other staff in examination rooms are polite & good. Please improve, we are paying & coming. Value for others time as well, you are not treating people for free.

Please do not visit this Apollo clinic if you are planning to get Covid Vaccine. The management for this is absolutely horrible and the hospital staffs are very rude. They just have a single room where not just they are giving vaccine but the same room is getting used for checking other OPD patients BP, height, weight and other details. What’s even more worse this all is being done by one single staff. The government should take strict measures against this clinic. Myself witnessed senior citizens are coming for vaccinations and they are making people stand and take the shots. The staffs are not even bothered to make people sit for few min, at-least while giving the vaccine shot. On one hand the government is encouraging to take vaccine doses and on the other hand such hospitals and clinics are giving least priority to vaccination. Please avoid going to this place (without any second thoughts) if you are planning for getting Covid vaccination.

It became worst place to look for any doctor. They don't have sync up between appointment booked through online with the hospital. I reached the hospital and then they told that doc is not available only. They told another doctor available after 1 hour. Waited for one hour but still doctor have not arrived. It's disgusting way of treating patients. Usually it's long queue to wait for any doctor and then doctor comes late to the clinic. Charges are way too high for anything. They just loot the patient.

Not at all recommended for health checkup. I got online appointment @8.45am and reached ~8.40am but i was at reception till 9.45 ( approx 1hr) Then they do not tell you correctly where to go for health checkup. I was standing at one counter for ~50mins . That too on weekday at weekends it is worst! Their process for giving queue is worst and staff doesn't assist to expedite. Total waste if time.

As a patients i have visited this clinic 4-5 times. This is my observation that the doctors didn't seem to care much about patients, and the consultation fees were very high. Doctors rushed through appointments and it felt like they were just doing the basics because we paid. This clinic doesn't treat patients well. Here full/partial body checkup cost are very high compare to other place. Avoid visit here if you have any alternative

The only thing good here is the Dr- I did not get his name but he solved the issue. the Centre staff including the Centre Manager don’t know the processes, seem to be more interested in making money than providing healthcare and have serious attitude issues. I was shunted 4 times to get a flu vaccine and the Manager tried to get me to take a consultation for the vaccine ( I have taken it for the last 2 years at their Indiranagar clinic without one ). Seriously avoid this centre.

Apollo clinic Service and treatment is very good. well maintained clean and professional . Especially Deena is take care of patients very good. the entire patient reciveing and treating of the patients is very excellent . She very polite and humble. professional and neat appearance with a friendly approachable attitude is essential to gain the confidence of the patients.

Been to this centre for my Covid vaccination. There was absolutely no wait time. The sister explained the DOs and DONTs after the vaccine. Also, the clinic is neatly maintained.

The staff at TMT was very good and polite and Explained the process thoroughly. Kept following up during the test for any discomfort or to stop if needed. Bad part - too many mosquitoes in the rooms throughout the clinic.

I have done my full body check up on Nov 2021 and there are no covid Protocols have been followed admist of 3rd Wave, they made to use the same bedsheet , same equipment without any sanitization. Waiting time between the tests is more and that has to be corrected..

The Staff were friendly, doctors are attentive. Although I did find it strange that for payment options, they only have cash, cards and Paytm wallet. That's is something you should keep in mind when going over to the hospital. Also, they have a mini lenskart showroom in there for anyone in need.

Location is good. Centre for many corporate annual health checkup. There is a process but very few staff follows process and they are not punctual too! So come prepared with loads of patience and hours of time if you arrive here for health checkup on weekend. It opens at 8am.

I had visited the place few years back. Just remembered now how bad the reception people behaved. I questioned them about the long waiting time for checkup that too in fasting. As a revenge, the next time I went after 2 days to collect test report, they made me wait more than I have to. They handed over the test reports to all other people who came before and after me and made me wait purposefully for long hours. It was clearly intentional. The reception lady and other staff had a talk when I came in. And made me wait . Too bad people.

It was decent and smooth health checkup for me. The staffs were calm and helpful throughout the checkup. Sindhu was quite sweet and supportive throughout stress test and guided me with the checkups after that. I reached by 8:30 and it took around 10 to 15 mins. to start. And it ended at around 11:00pm.

Firstly, no systematic way of doing. They aren’t even telling what to do and how to do. Doctor’s consultation sucks. They barely spend time on you. ECG completed in 13 seconds dot. They intentionally didn’t tell me that I had to give another blood sample after 2 hrs of a meal. When I asked, surprisingly they denied. They are just behind making money and selling high value packages. If you’re a die hard fan of apollo, then go on a weekday. Because Saturday is overcrowded.

If there is 0 rating I would give that. No proper management for checkups. I visited for an employer sponsored health checkup. They gave me wrong ultra sound reports.I think they are thinking like some public service when it is employer sponsored. Don't know what to comment for these kind of behavior . Don't ask about how much time it took for health checkup. Almost a day. For a follow up dental health checkup,I called before visiting about the appointment and doctor availability, they told to come in 30 mins . After going it took 3.5 hrs. Literally from (11.30 to 3.00)Can u imagine how that management is working???. When I questioned why did u ask me to come at this time ,when there are these many patients. No response. If they can't accommodate why should they accept the booking. Highly Don't recommend for any kind of service from this clinic. An irresponsible clinic. Don't see Apollo brand here. It is pathetic. The reception people are one more kind of,. If we ask something they say something irrelevant.

Excellent hosoital for any kids health issues. Doctor and nursing staff are very much approachable. Follow up is also excellent, take care of follow ups even if we forget they remind us. Overall excellent hospital.

I went there for my Ortho treatment despite many negative reviews but it was totally a different atmosphere I was welcomed very well by the staff and so was the doctor very friendly and down to earth. Overall experience with this center is good apart from few suggestions from our end. Special mention to Niranjan who helped with home collection in a very short notice. He was very polite and punctual. Thank you! But few things which definitely needs improvement at the medical center. 1. The importance of appointment. Right now there is no point in taking appointment ahead of time, it’s always first come first serve basis which defeats the point of allowing the appointment. This makes us very difficult for the patients coming form long distances. 2. Value patients time. Like patients, doctors will also have to be on time, it is so frustrating to spending hours in waiting for doctors. May be problem is accepting too many appointments is causing them to be delayed, either the staff should be increased or reduce the number of appointments. Please respect the time of everyone, majority of hospitals take it for granted in the name of money. Because of not paying attention towards time, patients start being aggressive at your staff because of improper time management which affecting both of us except the hospitals. I understand emergencies but for that hospitals should make sure that they inform the patients upfront so that they can make adjustments to their plans instead of waiting forever at hospital for 5mins of consultation. Hope someone from management reads this and takes some action.

Would be giving literally 0 stars (or even negative if possible) to the pathetic Apollo team for their horrible service !! Even after having so much staff, they don't have any accountability !!! I went there for full body tests and consultations and I'm never going there again ever. They are extremely slow and idk what kind of old technology they're using which takes forever to anything to get done. Moreover, after charging almost 10k, they couldn't even compile all my reports, missed out on very imp one and on being asked, they again took forever to get it in place !! They have no cognisance for people's time and patience !! They behave as if they just don't care and i did not expect this from a global chain like Apollo !! Please don't go here

I did a full body checkup for my parents. The process was seamless and purposely I did it on week days to avoid large gatherings. Niranjan was very helpful, he was on time to collect blood sample and also agreed to come again for after food sample. Overall a good experience but there is scope for improvement. Good to complete the ultrasound first as that takes a bit of time.

Hi Team, Hope everyone doing great. Regarding health checkup. 1) No proper communication 2)The room are too wrost and poor maintenance .. I didn't come across in any another apollo centers. I feel that this not your standards. Hope management will come visit and improve the facilities and maintenance 3) the USG doctor is not coming on time ..this is not my opinion & this collective opinion from friends and colleagues. Note: friends suggested not go apollo clinic. I bileved the apollo and you guys proved I am wrong.. 4) is this under apollo maitaince or any franchise 🤔. But I am sure apollo have some standard not like this.

This branch has really great Doctors but Worst management experience . They get appointment booked and once payment is done,they continuously postponed it by days saying doctor is unavailable .If the fix a day also , doctor is again not available and this is not even informed in prior to the patient by management,so the appointment gets delayed again. Because the management is not reachable,once you call it's general customer care service then you get to know the status, sadly that the doctor is again unavailable and they themselves have no clue how to reach the doctor or the management to confirm available date for appointment . Customer care service also ask for double payment to get another appointment or keep telling to call next day to know status. Really didn't know this issue could happen with reputed clinics like Apollo.

I consulted Dr. Leeni Mehta for cold and fever. She is very diligent & knowledgeable. Highly Recommended Doctor for the ones in need for proper care and treatment. I think shes the best physician in this whole area of Whitefield and marathahalli. And thankful to my friend for referring her name. Thank you doctor so much.

Would not recommend for complex diagnostic/testing. Got my mother’s USG done here. The reports were completely incorrect delaying the course of treatment by months. The subsequent multiple USGs showed how wrong were Apollo clinic’s USG.

Apollo clinic has many experienced doctors. The nurse staff is also very courteous. Readily available for any help. Sindu nurse is very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Do not waste you money and precious time here. Doctors here are very rude, if you ask them any doubts they will say -are you a medical student? One of the medicine prescribed was not there in the market, even their own apollo phamacist said , nothing of this sort exisits , but still the doctor insists that the name is correct. Another doctor here was busy chatting ,fully aware that there are people waiting. This behaviour after running thousands of worth tests and post multiple visits.

Today did my annual health checkup, and the overall experience was below par compare to other places i have done in past. - Some staff had rude tone, few were helpful and nice. - They did all tests in morning, except 2D echo. For that they called again in evening - imagine driving twice in bangalore traffic, just because they dont have doc available in morning :( never seen this from any Apollo or any mediocre hospital! - In the evening, they don't do 2D Echo on time. The biggest surprise of all, they have same doctor for 2D echo and Reports Consultation!! He was juggling arbitrary between 2 department and it was just plain frustrating for all customers We expect better experience and service from Apollo.

It was good, had to come around 8.30 am, most of my tests happened by 2 pn, but I had also taken a long breakfast break lol. Otherwise you can finish off before 1.30 pm. Remaining tests ( if still remaining) are scheduled for evening when the doctors arrive. Overall it was a good experience and well managed.

Today I visited Apollo Clinic for general health checkup , it was great experience throughout my all the tests but while going through TMT and PFT test down by Ms Sindhu , she was great is to explain about test and taking care about all the procedures nicely . It was great experience 😊

Please avoid visiting this clinic for any kind of tests. I went there last Saturday for annual health checkup (corporate sponsored) and ECG report given by them had very alarming remark. I had to go to visit a Cardiologist in Manipal Whitefield and he asked me to redo ECG etc. There was no issue that was detected by ECG machine in Manipal and not even by Doctor. No issue found in 2D-Eco too. They wasted 2 days of mine and gave me sleepless nights by conducting ECG in hurry (there were many people in queue for full body checkup). Worst experience!!!

In this covid situation .social distancing and all other safety measures are taken very well . all staff are caring patient nicely .. Dr obul reddy is genuine doctor. Listenting the pateint complaints comly. Then explaning with kindness ,with his speech itself giving 50percentage strength to the patient . Really well experienced n very good doctor. Unwantely not prescribed the medicine . Doseage level also not high .. very few doctor doing their services from their heart .. really Dr .obul reddy doctor providing service from his heart .

Very good hospital. Staff are supportive. Even this corona time they are taking care all the patient properly.. don't think much go for this hospital. All doctor's are very good.

They are making money out of this covid-19 pandemic situation. Just for the temperature reading which is being done before entering (even in small shops), they are charging ₹100. And for the blood test (leave the details) which I got it done in PathLabs for ₹1200 here in Apollo they were charging ₹3100. 2 stars only for the doctor I visited.

The clinic is taking extremely good social distancing measures. The doctors are very cooperative and listen to the patients carefully and intently. Doctor Meghana was especially wonderful in diagnosing the problem . The staff are also responsible and ready to answer any query. Sister Sindhu was very helpful and has been so for the past 10 years. Overall it was an excellent experience in the clinic.

Mr. Badrish visited us and took home samples very safely and with all the precautions. He also suggested good package to cover all good comprehensive tests including one's suggested by our doctor

My experience this time was better than the previous visit. The staff are courteous and helpful. If you are getting a yearly health check up it's better to reach there as early as possible to avoid long waiting times. There was no audiologist available though it was in my health package and they brushed it aside saying it's optional. I had to wait for almost an hour after 10am, since the audiologist was not available without any notice of absence. Also the flush in the toilet wasn't working. It was clean enough to be used. Also the general health checkup reports take too long. A complete day and one has to go visit the place again.

Sister Mamta is very polite and friendly.. good person with sweetkind voice they provide their best service with proper hygiene.

Best clinic in Kundanhalli and their home sample facility for diagnostic test is awesome. Just make a call and ask for appointment and in no time your appointment will be booked. I was attended by Badrish, he asked very patiently about the tests to be done and told me the best packages for checkup. The process was very smooth and it was a good experience.

I personally had a good experience in having vaccination for my family. Especially Nurse Sindhu had given the vaccination without pain and overall good environment and hospitality.

The staff is extremely inefficient. They make you wait for 40-50 mins despite getting an appointment. However, the X-Ray technician Mutthu, and General Physician Dr Rajendar were very helpful and kind. The nurses were not helpful at all, they wouldn’t even reply if you asked them a question. The management must consider this.

Worst management experience, also it cannot even provide atleast a small dressing of wound properly. I'll advice you to never come for dressing here. Let me club the points. 1. If you come for first aid, (even if you are bleeding) they will ask to stand in long queue and make doctor appointment, then only they will do your first aid. They don't understand anything known as "medical emergency." 2. If you come for dressing, they will keep you waiting for hours without any proper information on when the thing will be done. 3. Now coming to services, they can't even do a small dressing. They will keep a dry gauge in your wound and then while taking it off during the next dressing, they will take your skin off with the dressing. Totally unexperienced people dealing with things resulting in pain for the patient. We don't expect this kinda behavior from a brand like "Apollo". Please pay notice to this. If it cannot serve as a "medical center", then make it a doctor's chamber.

Went for a doctor consultation without any prior appointment. The staff at the reception billed us the consultancy fees and asked us to wait at the doctor's chamber. We waited there for 1 hr but nobody came to attend us. When we asked at the reception, the same lady staff said the doctor already left. I would have posted a minus rating if available.

Worst experience. Very unprofessional staff. Need wait hrs to do ultra sound. None is bothered. Even if you are early..they will call as per their convince.. you are taken for granted. I would never choose this marathahali branch again.just surprised to see the arrangements in such a big hospital chain. Not sure..if they value people and their time. Don't want to give any star rating at all. If you are coming through corporate scheme..better choose any other hospital.

Mr. Niranjan collected blood sample from home. Very convenient and smooth process end to end. Need improvement at bill desk for managing crowd.

Visited for full body checkup. I was the first person of the day. Sample collection happened smoothly. Got the report late in the evening. Doctor consultation happened next day. Doctor was just ignoring.

Went for general checkup. Was good experience and Niranjan came home to collect blood sample. He was on time and did is work perfectly. Got reports on time. Have small suggestion, I think at reception need one more person for Billing so that the process gets speedup and to avoid long queue.

I had booked for a health at home package with Apollo Medical Centre. My experience starting from the booking process where Nishant was extremely helpful in picking up the right package and then having someone come home to collect the samples. I had requested for a 6.45 am for someone to come to collect the samples. In Niranjan I had a very prompt, extremely courteous person who came exactly at the time I had requested for and made the process very smooth. I have got my report as well before time and the overall experience was just awesome. Thank you Apollo Medical Center Kundalahalli and keep up the good work.

I just have a horrible experience. I came to apollo hospital with a terrible stomach pain. Irrespective, I waited for my appointment with Dr. Rajendra Prasad. During my interaction with the doctor, he was in a hurry and didnt even ask about my condition and didnt even bother diagnosing my condition and just left midway by writing random tablets that just worsened my situation. I highly doubt the doctor knows medical ethics and really needs to attend college again. I would never come to apollo clinic ever again and will never suggest your clinic to any of my contacts either.
