The owner is very nice. The rooms are huge and clean. We had a house fire and he helped us out. He never said no to our dog nor did he charge me a deposit on her because she's a service dog, we had been to several of the surrounding hotels and they wanted to charge me a 100 deposit ( non refundable) for her, so no matter what you have heard in the past about this hotel, the new owner and staff are really caring and are doing all they can to to turn the place around, so to them I say great job and I will definitely be staying here again.

I am giving this motel 1 out of 1 stars, and that is being generous! I have never stayed here, nor do I plan to. My friend did though & I stopped by to pick her up. I was seriously shocked! I saw multiple needles in the parking lot & roaches (adults and babies) crawling in the hallways! I am only writing this review to warn others about this motel, as I would hate for someone out of town to book it & basically be scammed by the motel. This motel is known for forcing their guests, to share their room & food with their permanent residents (I'm talking about the roaches, which have over ran this disgusting place). Expect to share your bed, food, and water with them... heck you might even take one or a few home with you! So if you're from out of town & looking for a place to stay, SKIP THIS MOTEL! Anyone from around here knows to avoid it, unless they are desperate. Unless you're looking for a dirty, ran down, flea and roach filled motel... then look no farther because this is it! There are other cheap motels that are clean & bug free, unfortunately this isn't one of them! I DO NOT recommend!!

This place used to be bad like a lot of people around are aware of, but the new owner is on his toes, the newly renovated rooms are very neat and tidy. If you have had bad things before i think you should give it a new try, you wont be dissappointed. The workers care about the people staying there and they allow pets for a simple pet fee. There is taco bell, jordans and a thai resturant in the same plaza. Dont judge a book by a cover with this one trust me. :)

I'm giving this place an honest 3 out of 5 stars. I won't lie, there are bugs and some strange people around here, but it's a seriously cheap hotel with NO DEPOSIT. For a one bed I'm only paying 65$, and I've only seen two to three bugs. It has a TV, a microwave and mini fridge. I don't know if they work, though. I'm not going to complain though, I'm in a tight spot with a friend and this is a blessing in disguise. The owner (?) helped us get in a room when we were right on cash and is pretty friendly. I will advise you to bring: your own blanket and maybe pillows, toothbrushes and toothpaste, towels and possibly some bug spray. It's cheap, what can I say? But it's a nice place if you keep your head down and smile when talked to. Obviously there's going to be long term residents, but so far it's quiet from them (besides hearing the highway, but I really don't mind it). Just be careful if you're staying here! I hope this helps anyone curious about staying here.

I give this Hotel a 4/5 Stars. My family has "Lived" here for 3 months because our home burned down. The Owner and his wife are SO VERY understanding and GENEROUS! He has definitely helped us when we have been down and understanding when we've been broke and struggling. He is working hard to make this place better. The newly remodeled/updated rooms are perfect!! The location is close to everything, walking distance. The weekly rates are worth what you get. All of the Staff are extremely Nice and they are really turning this place around. We hope to stay here just a little longer, and we really hope the owner knows how greatful my family is for being so generous and letting us stay here when we had no money an no where else to go and letting us pay as so no as we could. You generousity goes further than you can ever imagine, thank you.

We came here to just get away for a night ..maintenance man was working front desk for some reason ..didnโ€™t charge me any kind of fee.all was good Until I went into the room It smelt of must ..there was luckily no roaches on site ..I started to panick when I seen holes in the bedsheets and how not as clean things should be . I get Taco Bell and come back and my brother notices something moving on his bed โ€ฆ turns out there isnโ€™t roaches but there was bedbugs . My brother left and ended up driving 2 hours back home and me and my fiancรฉe are now on our way back home ..the lady at the desk was nice tho . She had to check the room in order to give me my refund .. and I got my refund ..if that doesnโ€™t say something idk what to say.

From all the hotels I've lived in this is the best one .who cares about crackhead they are everywhere no matter where you stay at. The owner and his crew is the most understanding people I've met in Indiana. The owner is very compassionate treats you like family . ROOMS ARE SLOWLY BUT SURELY BEING UPDATED.. ALL THIS IS FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER WHO LEFT THE HOTEL IN TRASH . THE NEW OWNER IS DOING AMAZING

Roaches but not as scary as the poeple. We left and went .2 miles to a safe hotel. Worse than it looked like. If no refund I guess it's lawyer time.

Absolutely infested with roaches, walked in and seen at least 25 right away EVERYWHERE.
