Great little spot for breakfast! I tried the biscuits and gravy yesterday. It was soooo good, I had to go back again today! The decor is loaded with cool 50s and 60s nostalgia. Every booth was clean, and plenty of smiles! Food portions are huge! Prices are definitely affordable! Highly recommend a visit!

Found this gem today while going downtown for Father's Day and glad we stopped by to try it. Great portions of Americana in a fun retro atmosphere. The digital jukebox brings back childhood memories. Staff is fast and helpful. Plenty of parking. Seating inside but only 5 booths so plan accordingly! Restroom is available inside too.

What a cute treasure in the southeast of Indy. You really feel like traveling back in time. We've been twice and both times they had no music which is surprising. It seems strange not to hear Elvis' voice since his face is all over the walls. Food was very good both times. The hand-pattied burgers are bigger than the bun they sit on, but not too thin. Handmade milkshakes come in the metal tumbler they are made in. Check out Groupon for good deals if you want to save a buck.

Don’t let the small size of the restaurant fool you! It’s small, on the outside it has a small side road feel, but that is quickly forgotten by its strong personality on the inside! Ceiling filled with posters and signed dollar bills by customers and locals (I presume), walls bursting at the seams with old time posters, the pink and turquoise paint job screams old time diner and the food and people bring you into a local time machine! Great fried food (I enjoyed a hearty Reuben with a side of deep fried mushrooms), with milkshakes and malts… you can’t go wrong on their menu. They don’t reinvent the wheel, but if you like wheels the way they are, this is the place for you! Families with young kids eating milkshakes, biker crews stopping in for a quick bite, elderly men swapping yarns or reading books…you could run into anyone or anything that will make you feel like you stopped in for a casual Saturday afternoon 70 years ago. 5/5 for design and theme 5/5 for food and service* 4/5 for cleanliness and staff friendliness * it would be hard to have more than 4-6 people in a group sit at the same table, so if you are a large group, call ahead

My man is from Indy and recommended this place raving about their hamburgers…so we stopped in today. He wasn’t wrong. It’s a quaint little restaurant with a 1950’s theme which I have a soft spot in my heart for (my dad grew up in that time era and used to collect vintage coke machines). We were greeted promptly with a friendly smile and seated immediately. Our server suggested the choca-cola (which she described as “like yoo-hoo but wayyy better!”) and….she was correct. Ya gotta try it when you go. We both got cheeseburgers which were quite tasty and fresh!! The seasoned fries were hot and delicious. We will def be back!

When you visit Rock-Cola you visit a piece of history. The moment you pull up, a sensation of nostalgia hits you right in the face! As you walk in you step through a time machine as if you landed in the 50s! The decor, the staff, atmosphere, and oh! The prices! Not literally of course but the prices you pay are AMAZING! A 4 egg loaded omelet is about $7! Outside of the prices, appearance, and atmosphere you have a very friendly staff who likes to engage in conversation with the customers, provide excellent service, and make you feel comfortable during your meal as if you were a family member stopping by for some grub! The food itself is delicious and cooked well! So far I have had the pleasure of trying their lumberjack omelet, steak and eggs, and Philly cheesesteak! All of which have exceeded my expectations when it comes to food! Every time I consider going out for food, Rock-Cola crosses my mind!

I lived on the east side most of my life and never made it here until the other day. It was my son's birthday and this was where he wanted to go. What a great choice!! My son had the Cajun burger. My wife had the Rubin and I had the Mile High Club. Cajun burger was good and more than he could eat. It had great spice. Rubin was good but a little salty, more than she would of liked but overall was good. I liked my Club but would of liked better if I had of asked for rye bread. That's on me. Overall this was a fun place and this place has Choc-Ola. They make and sell it here. A blast from the past! This along with the nostalgic atmosphere make it a destination place. Try it out!

The lady took the order was not nice she was definitely not a person that should be taking customers orders I ordered a total of 4 full orders of biscuits and gravy with the side of home fries and one order of french fries everyone of the full orders of biscuits and gravy you can see the styrofoam bottom in the container the gravy didn't even cover the bottom that is not a full order of biscuits gravy and the potatoes was a very little amount too when you consider each order cost $11 including tax that is just a terrible service and a terrible price for a little bit of food I don't know how that place stays in business but they only had a couple people in there beside me so it didn't look like they would be in business very long especially treating customers like that! I love eating at a home cooking dinner but I would suggest going somewhere else if you want to eat at one. I posted pictures of the food so you can see yourself how little of food you get for $11

This place is so unassuming from the outside I was pleasantly surprised to find a colorful and fun 50’s atmosphere on the inside. We had a great server named Mary who easily put up with our table of 6 rowdy women and was accommodating to my weird pregnancy requests. I had a delicious short stack of pancakes 🥞 with over medium eggs and grilled turkey that was absolutely yummy. The burgers looked and smelled incredible and the strawberry milkshake I got could have fed a family of 4. Great prices to bout. 10/10 would recommend

We recently discovered this place right here in our neighborhood and let me tell you were gonna be regulars here. Everything we've tried has been delicious. The owner does all the cooking himself and when I say it's good I really mean good. Definitely give this place a try if you've never been before. Breakfast and dinner both have been amazing!

I'm from out of town and wanted to try this diner when I visited my friend. We loved it! It's super cute, the service was good and fast, and the food was fantastic! (My strawberry malt was to d i e for!) 10/10 recommend this place. I would be a regular if I lived nearby!

First time at this 50's inspired diner. The atmosphere was great! The breakfast food was even better. You get a lot for the price. The staff were really attentive and nice. It is rather small, but that is one thing that makes it great!

A great experience in an awesome diner. The food was awesome, it was very filling and doesn’t make you feel over full. Staff was great and it had great prices. We’ll definitely be back. Perfect for a good date night. Breakfast food is great too

Fantastic people and even better food. I'm a retired trucker and I've had Ruebens from New York to California and the best I've ever had is at Rock-Cola. I've never gotten bad food or service and I highly recommend paying them a visit. Two enthusiastic thumbs up. 👍👍
