    Bought a family meal from LJS. I bit into a piece of chicken and the piece was raw. So I opened the rest of the chicken and another piece was raw. Called the store and the only thing Samantha could do was remake the order for me. No thank you, I’d rather not receive more raw chicken!

    This place is never open for lunch time. We went a couple years ago before COVID and the service was terrible then as well. What is going on with this place? Should be shut down or sold to someone who is responsible enough to keep employees and food stocked.

    This place is never open anytime i come, whether lunch or dinner. There are employees inside but doors are locked and you sit through drive thru with no response. Multiple people trying to get food while the employees sit inside. No signs indicating they are closed or different hours. They need to do better

    Went there for Jacob's Middle School Graduation. Peter Griffin and Friday Night Funkin were there. Sadly I wasn't among the first 40 people there so I didn't get my free Peter Griffin Fun Time ™️, but Minecraft Steve made up for it.

    We tried to order. No one came to the speaker. We drove around the building and saw people inside so we went back through drive thru. The person on the other end said they were closed. The hours on the door AND web said they closed at 10. The employee was extremely hateful. Will NEVER return to this one again, even if we are in the area!

    Food was cold, and one order didn't even have a full order of fries with it, and then they were either soggy or burnt. We were missing an order of shrimp also. Drinks needed more carbonation. Asked for tartar sauce, and they only gave us 3 packets and no receipt 2 napkins and no plastic ware. Employees were not wearing gloves or hair nets. We will definitely not return here!

    Line was no where to be found not curious why. The chicken was old and recooked and now soggy the fries were freshly cooked in very old oil as there is burnt specs all over and the middle is not fully cooked. I didn't receive everything that was supposed to be in the 2 boxes I bought. Very disappointed I don't go to long johns often and when I do this is what is being served it's disrespectful to the customers waisting money and the boss for the employees to be slacking this bad. Absolutely the worst location I have visited.

    In the last month and a half I have been to longjohns within a mile of my house three times. Each time there has been a separate reason as to why I’ve not been able to purchase food from them. First time was because they had no workers. Second time was because the only thing they had was what could be deep-fried because the rest was not thawed out yet. The third time today I was apologized to and was told I’m sorry but we have the system down right now. I’m not even sure why this location is even open anymore. Nobody is ever there and nobody’s ever working there or it’s not in working condition. I am dying for longjohns. I guess I’m going to have to drive to another location, which are far and few between on the west side of Indianapolis

    Drive thru speaker don’t work, inside closed had to pull around to make order. Spent 15mins in drive thru line for my food to come out extra greasy and cold smh and grease could be changed like last week

    I had ordered 3 piece fish and 6 shrimp French fries and the service was terrible there including the cold food. . Expect to heat your food up when you ho straight home from there for lunch at the 71st and Michigan Rd. Long John Silver. The man at the drive through and collect payment. Just didn't care about customer service or like his job. This experience was not a good one to spend my money.

    Very greasy soaked food, as your body into a pieces fish you can tell how greasy it is just by the texture other locations seem to do a better job. Also kind of worried about how clean things are as you’re sitting in the drive-through you can’t help but wonder how long that grease has been in the bins A couple years ago this place used to deliver good food now these days I think it’s not a good option and also it cost about $45 for a family meal and does not feed a family of three

    I get food at drive thur every couple of weeks but the speaker has been broken for over a month so you have to order at window and wait usually 20 minutes or more depending on how many people are in front of you. Today I decided to order on line BIG MISTAKE! My order went through, it looked like it took my $2.00 coupon but didn't subtract it, I called the store and they said that they could do nothing about it, call 800 number NO 800 number on line .Called store again no help, never called back with 800 number.I called again and told them I wanted to cancel the order and then they told me that they never received the order.I called my charge card company and the charge of $14.06 was already pending.They said to call back in a couple of days and they would cancel it. I did E mail LJS but they never responded either. REAL RIPOFF!
