My time here was unpleasant. During our stay we saw bedbugs, our room was infested with roaches, and it smells bad throughout the entire hotel. I am only giving them a one star because the workers do try to accommodate their guests. The place, however, is nasty and I recommend you do not stay here.

Worst place I have EVER stayed in. Front desk lady was not very nice or helpful. Had no pillows,or blanket on our beds!!! There was a roach in the toilet, and in the fridge! The heater had horrible leak, and found mold next to unit. No smoke detectors(missing) hole in wall where vent (used to be). Dirty room! Just nasty. Fire marshal, and board of health wouldn't have a hayday. I'm a very fair and understanding , person, but save yourself the trouble, cause you won't get refund, and attitude of,take it,or leave it.......

I stayed for 2 nights and it seemed like there was nothing but drama. The first night the hotel let someone who was on the room as a secondary persons ( Guest) not only check the room out but the front desk staff also gave him the security deposit on a room that I paid for without at least checking his ID., and the room was never checked by staff at any point in time to verify whether there was someone there or not. Unfortunately due to travel restrictions and the staff rushing us to either pay or leave I was forced to rent another night. After having to rent the room again and pay another security deposit I had it explained to me by some of the long term renters that regardless of how good a condition you leave the room in they tell you that it smells like smoke to keep your deposit. I don’t smoke and neither of my friends that visited with me during my stay but the desk ( as predicted by the others renter) came downstairs after checking the room and stated that it smelled like smoke and he couldn’t refund my deposit…. My advice to you. I would (and personally will) get a tent and find somewhere to camp before I stay at the fairbridge Indianapolis south express again. It’s my belief that a) the staff has absolutely no sense decency in business or respect for the guest and b) they will try to wring every penny they can from you and try to make it seem like it’s your fault even if you’ve done the things the right way or not

I was visiting a family member who was staying there and It was horrible. I honestly thought that place no longer existed and was knocked down with the other ones to build the storage place. There was a large piece of the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower that was removed and never fixed, no toilet paper dispenser, no towel racks, no bathroom mirror, just holes in the wall where they used to be. The room was disgusting. There were so many roaches I thought maybe I interrupted a family reunion. They refused to provide towels, toilet paper, or trash bags when asked. The air conditioner didn't work. It was just filthy from top to bottom and all the in-between. Everyone who invested in redoing the area around Thompson and East Street wasted their time and money

Terrible condition of room. Bugs everywhere. Light not working in bathroom. Mirror missing. Walls very beat up. Door lock didn't work. Stayed here anyway because I was desperate and the other place I had lined up fell through. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my deposit back. I've tried emailing/calling multiple times and have not received any answers. Maybe there's an off chance the company checks its reviews, if so, I would like a way to get in touch with someone so I can see about getting my deposit back. I HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for somewhere to spend the night--this was a disaster stay beginning to end.

It's a decent place to stay if your not wanting to spend a lot of money on a room it's right for you . It's right offof interstate 65 North/South.I have stayed there for years on and of always nice experience. Try it you won't be disappointed at all..
