Not likely to return. I came to order a single sandwich. While I recognize that 9:30 is late and employees want to close up as quick as allowed, that does not excuse the experience I had. I was greeted with an eye-roll by the woman at the counter. After ordering a single sandwich I was asked to repeat my order because the other employees were arguing over the phone with another customer upset about an hour overdue delivery. After a few more eye-rolls I received my sandwich and was in my way. I tried to inform the company directly but the feedback site kept crashing.

Terrible customer service and professionalism. I walk in and order the #9, had to wait 15 minutes because the guy who made the sandwiches was in the bathroom. The cashier was unable to make the sandwich and the other person that was there was going on their break. Finally I get the one sandwich I order and I get the WRONG sandwich 🤯. It seems that every time you walk to a Jimmy Johns in Indianapolis, the people who work there don't seem to want to be working there. This truly sucks for the customers! This was at #161 on 2624 Lake Circle Dr, Indianapolis.

We waited for over an hour to receive our food and when we finally got the notification that it was delivered, it infact wasn't. Called the store and talked to the manager and I was told that since they did not have any delivery drivers that they cancelled the order. He did not call at all even though he said he did. He said they were extremely busy and that he couldn't call, contradicting his previous statement and yet he still pushed the order through and said it was delivered. Do not order from this store. Have had issues like this very one in the past.

The food was fine but the 3 young ladies working here need to be a little more professional. I’m sitting here as 2 of them are sitting around socializing and with a bunch of personal possessions all over the table, chatting and playing on their phones and making fun of elderly customers after they walk out with their 3rd coworker asleep. The only one who really seems to be working in the older individual behind the service table. Pretty sure the open sign is also turned off to discourage people coming in.

Took over an hour to get my food. No straws and they blatantly ignored my request for no ice. Didn't actually deliver it to ME, just dropped it in front of my door, knocked, and RAN. Absolutely ridiculous. AND WHERE IS THE REST OF MY POTATO SALAD DUDE MORE THAN HALF OF IT IS MISSING!

Katie the manager is awesome. She always makes sure my order is right and delivery is fast ❤️❤️ very professional

I would like to share that I ordered online delivery and waited 1 1/2 hours before I called and spoke to a manager. A very nice lady answered and explained the situation as I was trying to be patient. She had the manager call me regarding the issue. Katie was her name, and I would like to give a shout out to her professional customer service. She first apologized for the problem and then offered to make it right. She personally delivered my order within 15 minutes of talking to me. That is excellent customer service and appreciation. Thank you Katie!

Best I’ve ever been to. Sandwich was ready before I could even get my CC out of the machine to pay. And the staff were friendly and hospitable! Kudos to the leadership and entire team on W. 86th!
