Super fun way to design your own ice cream. I went last Friday so they had a 5 dollar medium size sale which was more than enough ice cream. It fun to pick out your own flavors and mix ins. I got lemon flavoring, strawberry mix ins, and citric acid. It’s fen to water your mixin get turned into ice cream by the liquid nitrogen. Overall a great place to stop.

I thought it was over priced but for the amount of icecream you get I believe it is not that bad. Icecream dissolves really quickly and they should add a lot more liquid nitrogen next time to keep it solid for more than a minute.

CLEAN AND GREAT PLACE FOR ICE CREAM... SO MANY OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.. EVEN THO I DIDNT GO TO THIS One.. I WENT TO THE ONE IN THE MALL VERY CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES WHERE FRIENDLY... EVERYONE NEEDS TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT !

The staff was nice- the place was a little dirtier than I was expecting- ice cream was ok but not best I've ever had especially for price .. tasted very sugary - for ice cream I know but almost fake flavor tastes

This was such a different experience! I loved being able to pick out my flavors and watch it freeze in front of me. It was delicious and i will definitely go back!!

Only 2 stars cause I ordered cookie dough as a mix in, and got some kind of toffee candy mixed in it too. Waste of $17! Ordered from DoorDash.

website takes online orders and your money, the store in the mall says they have no idea and they don’t take online orders. Thieves.

I came to Castleton Square mall just to talk around and saw subzero. Walked into the store and there was not a single employee in site. I stood there for about 5 mins before I said ‘hello’ to see if maybe they were behind the counter. I then walked to the back and poked my head around the corner to see the employee on the phone who clearly was not happy to see me. She had a very nasty attitude and in my opinion needs to find employment elsewhere. I didn’t get her name but she has a septum piercing at the bottom of her nose and is AA.

Delicious! Even the lactose free (vegan) option tastes awesome and gives me none of the problems of dairy based frozen options

Tried for the first time, it wasn’t a favorite for the kids 😬 We ordered (2) lactose free (1) original and (1) milkshake, which was just milk. The lactose-free options tasted like soggy bananas 🤢 we really wanted to like a new place, unfortunately, it’s not for us and we won’t be back.
