    This place could use remodeling. They have to lock the restrooms because of the homeless people. I will not be back. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids here. It's sad because normally bdubs is a great place.

    I recently encountered an issue with an order I placed through Uber Eats. Regrettably, the order I received was incomplete, lacking the beverage, the requested sauces that I had paid for, as well as the accompanying carrots for the wings. This occurrence can be attributed to a clear display of negligence on the part of the service provider. When I expressed my concerns to the manager, her response was to abruptly terminate the conversation. These unfortunate interactions align with the negative reviews circulating about the manager's conduct. As a result, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment or placing orders from it. The current rating of 3.5 stars, which is notably subpar for restaurants, appears to be justified and perhaps warrants an even lower rating. Lastly, it is worth mentioning that the misrepresentation of "boneless wings" as popcorn chicken further compounded the unsatisfactory experience.

    Came in at 10:15pm on a Sunday...website says they close at 12am. Employee greets us at the door and says they are calling "last call" in 7 minutes. It was clear that they were more interested in going home than doing business. So we decided to take our food to go. We wanted a beer while we waited so when we got to the bar, we were told by the bartender that she had already called last call. Asked for a manager and he reluctantly said we could order drinks. I asked for the district manager's number and he said they weren't allowed to give it out. Danielle and Danny, you will never need to worry about us bothering you again at Buffalo Wild Wings. I wish you a speedy close.

    Service isn't bad. Place could use a bit of deep cleaning.... Bathrooms were filthy bar was sticky floors seem like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. Ended up just having one drink and left didn't feel comfortable enough to eat here... 🦠

    It was pleasant but not perfect for nothing is perfect. The employees are kind and straightforward And the location is comfy for atmosphere. The food was wonderful Obviously not a masterpiece and it didn't need to be. Cooking for others is just as powerful as a mother cooking for her child. It's the core of one's devotion and character that brings forth good food Plus skill lol.

    Been to many BWW’s and this place at lunch is very good. Server (Ryann) was very good and interactive plus food tasted great and well prepared. No complaints from us, will hit this spot again before we leave

    Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order through the restaurant’s own website including an appetizer. The food arrived cold (not a huge deal, it is delivery after all) but missing our appetizer. I called right away to let them know and they were extremely rude on the phone. They refused to refund or send the food that was missing. They told me to call back in the morning, an extremely bizarre way to handle it in my opinion. I am generally easy going about mistakes but they didn’t even attempt to address it, making ordering from them essentially a scam.

    Need waiting for 30min just for chicken wings. And the chicken wings can not be eaten at all because cook put the whole jars of salt on it. I don’t think anyone can eat that salty food.

    Ordered food waited 40 minutes in a basically empty restaurant once I got my food (a black bean burger) it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The other person with me got a burger with bacon and received no bacon and the bun was stale like it had been sitting under a heat lamps for quite some time. I voiced my issues with the server and made it clear I wasn’t seeking compensation and she blamed it on an unexpected rush they gotten but again the restaurant was empty and as they seated us they had just cut a server because of how slow they were (2 tables with people sitting at them), they were supposedly training new people in the kitchen too but making food incorrectly isn’t a proficient way to train and lastly because of the fair scheduling was off?? I’m writing this because this is a constant in this particular location, every time the wait is extremely long and the food just isn’t that good, other locations I don’t wait that long and it’s packed full. I manage in hospitality and this locations manager either needs help or needs to care more.

    Absolutely worthless staff.... We walked in approximately 9:55pm. We stood at the hostess stand for nearly 10 minutes while watching the waitress avoid any eye contact with the hostess stand. The carry out person was even worse as he had one couple when we arrived and he looked our way but made no effort in acknowledging our presence. Person after person arrived for take out orders....he never made any attempt to give us any direction or even mention that someone would be right there or that they're closed? I asked him if anyone was going to seat us...or if he was going to just watch us stand there all night? He disappeared for several minutes....and eventually the waitress came over and fumbled around...stating she would seat us right after she took care of a seated customer...but then she decided to seat us first. We sat and were ready to order whenever she returned and it was shortly after a third person (who I assume was the manager)...came to our table and with no apology...stated we had to leave....that the dining room closes at 10:30pm and they stop seating people at 10pm. He tried to state that he was at the front of the store at 10pm and we had arrived afterwards....but I guarantee we were there before 10 and he never once came out the entire time. The only reason I give this staff one star....is because they saved me from wasting a penny on what would have been pathetic service at best, and most likely horrendous food! A lot of top notch restaurants in Indianapolis..... don't waste your time & money here!

    We had the best server, Jasmine on 9-13. She knew we were on a work lunch and ensured all was handled expediently and that our tab was processed before we were done eating so we could just get up and go. We saw her handle other special/specific requests for others as well. Kudos to other staff, food was also on par.

    I have currently been on hold for 25 minutes +; placed an order online and went to pick my order up. I get back home and my order is not correct, missing food and my small regular size fries are 🥶. I called and Desk clerk tells me do I want to drive back up and pick up missing food and I told them the drive is too far. She quickly states okay you can talk to a manager then and I'm still waiting. Customer service sucks and you had one job and that was to place my food that I paid for in the bag. Pretty simple! I hate that I tipped for such a bad experience.

    We placed a pickup order an hour before closing and had a couple drinks at the bar while waiting on the food. The bar tender was really nice and took good care of us. The pickup order was wrong and the restaurant was closed so we just took what we had. One order of wings was supposed to be boneless but we received bone in. We had a Caesar side salad the came without dressing. The bone in wings where not crispy and had little sauce.

    Typical BWW food, burgers are fantastic. Our server was phenomenal, but getting service initially was a chore. Walked in and had 3 or 4 employees look directly at us and ignore us. Could hear staff yelling in the kitchen, obscenities and all. Waited over 10 minutes and had no one offer to seat us, not even an acknowledgement of our presence. Had to initiate contact with a busser to get a table. Kitchen had trouble getting our order right, ordered a single with bacon got a double with no bacon (got bacon later and was charged for a single). Another thing that seemed odd, no dress code for the employees. Pants hanging down under butts and it seemed that almost everyone had an earphone or two in. One employee standing under a TV watching poker and yelling at the screen. Good food, but so unprofessional that I'll choose another option next time.

    Location typically appears very dirty in the dining area. Makes me question how clean the kitchen is. Service is often slow. It seems the busier they are the slower the kitchen gets. (Slower per order on top of increase in orders) The lack of urgency and organization causes a huge headache for takeout orders. Would not recommend...

    Food is good but service can be really slow at times. The hostess who seated us was very attentive, friendly and welcoming—I think her name was either Cora or Coral. She made sure we were seated right away, and her attitude was great compared to other staff.

    This sucked. The waiter made us get our own drinks and I was being polite and said “thanks ma’am” and she rudely called me a sir. She pointed out that I had stitches and laughed at me. She didn’t seem too happy to care bout serving us. I’m very disappointed. I won’t be coming back to this one. My friend never got her cheese curds. All of our receipts were messed up and she blamed it on the kitchen. She also vaped right in front of us. And said cuss words when she would drop something.

    I'm not sure how this location is still in business. Only one server on the floor on a Saturday. Drinks all tasted funky with one person's tea looking like it had motor oil in it. Wings were cold, carrots were dried out with a side of pubic hair. Celery was starting to brown in color. Silverware was dirty and unusable. Also took almost 2 hours to get this slop. Stay away from here at all costs.

    This place was garbage. To start, there was trash everywhere. Throughout the night, nobody picked anything up from the tables or floor. Then, after about an hour of waiting for our food, we had to talk to a different (very kind) waiter to get the manager. Finally, throughout the night, different employees were fighting with each other and even just hiding from us and not caring. Do not go here, do not recommend it.

    I was in town for a conference and we decided on Buffalo Wild Wing. The place was packed with conference attendants and one of the waitresses stayed to help cover the rush. The service was great. The food is good but not outstanding but I guess that is their market target. I always find that Buffalo wild wings is a little loud. However that's also part of their marketing. Bottom line it's a sports bar with bar comfort foods. But when the service is great it makes it worth the trip.

    Arrived 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday and the bartender couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating. She took all of our orders and recommended drinks and always checked on us. We got our food not too long after ordering and it was some of the best BWW I've had. No rush from the staff and we were able to enjoy our meal. This was a great BWW visit but the fact we came in so close to the restaurant closing is a testament to the staff. Highly recommend

    Horrible horrible service! After waiting 20 minutes to be seated me and my family had to wait an additional 7 minutes to even get our drinks ordered. We ordered drinks and our food but the wait was an additional 20-30 minutes we received our appetizer mozzarella cheese sticks and they were barely warm the cheese was congealed then we finally received our food and it was like warm as well. Our server never came back to ask if the food was okay or how everything was going and as we still sit here we have 3 empty drinks on the table and they haven’t been refilled. My chicken was brung out cold and barely sauced as seen in the picture provided. This is the worst service I’ve ever received and we weren’t rude at all.

    This location said they closed at 11pm, however when I tried to place an online order, I was unable place the order, so I jumped in my car and went to the location. I got there at 10: 23 but by the time the gentleman came out to give others their order he told me they weren't accepting any more orders it's 10:30, I told him had you came out, I would have placed my order in time, he told me the manager probably would do it when he came back out 10 minutes later I asked him about the manager, he ignored me therefore I didn't place a order I waited another 10 minutes and I walked out if you're not going to give good customer service or cater to your customers why do you have a restaurant I'm very disappointed in Buffalo Wild wings will never eat at this location and will tell my whole network not to eat at this location..

    Everything was great except how many people who had to wait for the food. The staff said there were only 2 cooks making all the orders, and they did an amazing job. I feel bad for them, though.

    Under staffed, so wait to be seated was long, service was slow and food was lukewarm when it finally arrived. Despite being overwhelmed by an extremely excessive workload, our server managed to maintain a pleasant demeanor and did her best to give us good service.

    My son loves their traditional wings without sauce. I, however, find this to be absolutely the worst place to find parking for a take out order. Staff seems uninterested in what they do . . . just going through the motions

    Great friendly bar service. Thats tough to get most of the time because they're usually so busy but they took good cat of us that day. The wings were great and the beer was ice cold as usual. Got some cool tourist information for our bartender. Had a good time in Indianapolis. Thanks again

    The staff and the food quality were absolutely superb, except they're short-staffed and as a result, service times were a little slow. However, the current available staff were hustling, moving around quickly and doing as much as they could with the available resources they had without sacrificing quality.
