The service was great along with the atmosphere but the main reason you go to a restaurant is the food. It was mediocre at best, and both dishes we got were not too delightful at all. The nacho trio dip was the same consistency, stale nachos with guacamole tasting like store bought cheap brand, lol. The only reason we went here was because we were staying at the hotel but I wouldn't waste your money here, even for convenience. There are at least 20 restaurants within walking a few blocks.

Standard fare, but a GenCon must. The A/C is ice cold, drinks are great, and ambiance is relaxed (albeit loud at times). Would recommend it over waiting for the food trucks during the convention. Reasonably priced ($25 per person with 20% tip included)

Located in the lobby of the JW Mariott, High Velocity is convenient to all three connected Mariott hotels. It’s always busy when there are events occurring in the area but the wait is typically not long. Menu varies from bar food to full dinner offerings. Large drink selection from the bar. Friendly staff. Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.

Had a reservation for me and my girlfriend. We were going to be 10 minutes late due to finding parking through the pride parade and activities so I called them to inform them and they were very nice and understanding. Our waiter, Dakota was super nice and great, after overhearing some great news he even covered our bill. It’s is something that I’ll never forget and I will definitely be coming back!!!! By the way, the food was amazing and everything was priced fairly .

The food was good and the service was slow yesterday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere though. They use paper straws, which I'm surprised they don't just use biodegradable alternatives that don't dissolve while waiting 45 minutes for food. The entrance from outside has a hostess station, but I guess they assume you know to go to the entrance from the hotel to be seated. I had the beer cheese pretzels as well, but that didn't survive long enough for the photo. The beer cheese was heavy on the beer, which made the dip runny. I was so hungry waiting for the food that my friend and I devoured it right away. Seeing that the food was piping hot when it came out, I am confident our server was not the cause for the delay. Her name is Victoria, and she did great. Our drinks never got empty, and the severs seem to have a very efficient team approach to servicing tables. My wife was a waitress for a time, so I know that is hard to accomplish with the high turnover this field of work tends to have. I woukdn't recommend this place over other local stops, though. There are a lot of places within walking distance of here that excel in all the areas I outlined as lacking above.

Great service, great food and nice views. We recommend the Buffalo wings and the old fashioned. The special was the mushroom and Swiss burger and it was delicious.

I ate here while I was staying at the hotel, and it was pretty good! The waitress was very nice.

I was in Indy from 10/5 - 10/7 and was fortunate to try lunch and dinner at High Velocity. The food was great and there was excellent customer service for my entire stay. I would definitely return if I were to visit Indy again!

Ari did a phenomenal job taking care of our large party and keeping us happy. The food was good and the drinks flowed. It was a busy Friday night and it felt like our party of 20 was the only group in town.

PPE does not require a friendly atmosphere; our waitress is super friendly and down to earth!! Food was awesome, and the drink was excellent.. it was pretty costly, but the services made up for it.

As a former retail customer service. Junkie. I really find it hard to find good customer service. And I'm blown away when I do. Which was the case at this restaurant? John faction was probably the epitome of what great customer service looks like when they say you get what you pay for not that it should be. Very expensive because it wasn't it was great value overall I really appreciate his suggestions I appreciate his engaging humor I appreciate the way he treated my wife niece and daughter on their girl's night dinner. It was just a great overall experience for the brief time. That I was there and I'll definitely be going back. Until when people about it, thank you, John. Thank you, John.

Food was great. Atmosphere was relaxing. Service was friendly enough for the most part. It would have been better if I was allowed to leave before my glass of delicious ice was removed. I felt rushed. Felt like I overstayed my welcome. Overall the closing service could have been better. On a high note the salmon hit the spot.

Great service! John is always super helpful, friendly and timely. I am so glad he suggested the broccoli cheddar chicken soup because it was amazing! I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak for my meal and it was 3.5/5 stars but everything else has always been good.

Very lively for a hotel restaurant. Kinda expensive $10 mushroom soup and $27 Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine. Food was cold too!Price doesn't reflect the taste and quality of food. Regular food in my opinion with fancy restaurant prices. Service was awesome however!

Great atmosphere and superb service after the ballgame across the street. This place has high energy and beer prices were as expected. I would definitely return. The bar staff took great care of us. Didn't order any food. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

I stopped in for a quick bite at the bar. I had the chicken quesadilla which could feed two people. It was delicious and the bartenders were so friendly and quick.

Food was good and our server was great. Convenient location to the museums and stadiums (along with multiple hotels). Don't sit by the door since it can get cold when people open them. Didn't mind that we sat for a while after finishing since they weren't busy.

Great ambiance; not too stuffy and not overly casual. We went on a Saturday night at 8:30 and walked right in to a table. Our server was attentive and personable, and the food was delicious. Recommend: Cajun shrimp pasta or Southwest Chicken *** Be sure to ask for a military discount if it applies to you. ***

Kind staff, but consistently subpar food. I was working on the hotel for a week and the location was too convenient to go about looking for other options. But the food just never met a decent standard. I had the Philly cheesesteak which came with a lot of meat (good thing) a loaf of dry bread (a bit disappointing) and a couple slices of Kraft cheese (very poor choice). The sandwich was overall dry and needed a gallon of drink to process it. Different cheese and layered in the sandwich would help it a fortune. Burger was fine with pretty good sweet potato fries. The taco salad wasn’t a taco salad, but it was the best item that I ate on the menu. It was quite good, but was typically a salad with some crunchy strips on it. It really needs the taco bowl to be a true taco salad, but I recommend this one. Also I had a chicken Caesar salad that was fine but came with a $30 tag. This should never happen.

This is a must go to restaurant. Great food and excellent customer service!!! From our waiter Kal to the owner was a fun but yet relaxing restaurant. The food was so good I had to eat there again! Portions are big so go on a empty stomach, share or take home.

Fast and efficient staff at the restaurant check in, they were happy to take my carryout order on a busy evening. It was ready in less than 25 minutes. Hot and delicious! I will go there again for sure.

Wow! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is lively and very causal with sports playing on the screens. The NY Strip was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend if you’re staying at the JW Marriott or even if you’re not.
