Went here on 4th July for breakfast! The place is huge and lovely from inside. Food: We ordered a Phat rabbit sandwich, the hippie with a Benz eggs and coffee. The sandwich was super meh! The bread wasn’t toasted and didn’t have great flavour! The eggs were nice but nothing out of the ordinary! The overall meal was something we could’ve skipped! The menu does look Vegan and vegetarian friendly but the food isn’t tasty so wouldn’t prefer it Also, the price point is high considering the meal

Friendly service. Delicious food. The ricotta scrambled eggs on fresh sourdough with chili flakes on top was so good, I’ll actually try it recreate it at home. 😅 We also had the kids waffles with fruit. The fruit was fresh. The Lavender mimosa was refreshing … up until the end when I got too sweet for me. Maybe I should have mixed it all up though. 🤭. The other mimosa I had was tasty too. It had a bite to it that was great with the eggs. Can’t recall the name, but it was Red-ish in color. Clarification: the arugula in the last photo actually came from another dish, but my son ate it so quickly I couldn’t snap a photo! 😋

Great spot. Enjoyed lunch here with a large group and they were awesome - worked with us and made it so smooth and food came out so fast and really good. Then came back for breakfast and really enjoyed it. They Turkey chili was great as was the salad. The ricotta scrambled eggs on toast was great. The cider donut was really good.

A little bit pretentious, but a great spot to grab breakfast and coffee. We came early (fortunately), as the place filled up fast. I had the omelet special of the day. The egg had some kind of unique and delicious spice load to it that I couldn't put my finger on. It stood out from the typical plain omelet. I did the multi-grain toast and it was this extra-thick and extra dense bread. Overall - great food. Service was super fast. We were in a hurry and were able to get in and out in about 25 minutes.

Amazing breakfast with lots of gluten-free options. We had the avocado toast, bacon, and croissant French toast. The French toast had gr3at flavor with a little carmelization on the outside that gave it an awesome flavor. The mocha and coffee were some of the best I've had. Definitely, going back.

The best brunch spot in downtown Indy! Great food and great service. It gets very busy, so get there early to beat the rush if you can. Pictures is the vegan omelet. Chickpea crepe topped with hummus, black beans, cashew ricotta, spinach jalapeño pesto and arugula. Delicious! Menu is well labeled and there is something for every dietary restriction.

A tasty meal with quick service - the perfect combo for a weekday lunch! I had a chai latte with oat milk, the vegan (garbanzo) crepe/“omelette,” and cinnamon toast. Everything was flawless. I placed a to-go order that also quickly arrived and was delicious and high quality. Good atmosphere and plenty of seating.

We really enjoyed our breakfast. We ordered the Cuban breakfast and patawich. They were both very filling. They have a coffee station which is nice to elongate having to wait for your coffee to be refilled. The service was quick and efficient.

Went on a Sunday morning right before a Colts game and it was very busy inside but the wait was about 25 minutes. We ordered a kids waffle with was excellent, the patawich was very good and the pesto Mayo was different but good! And finally a burger and fries. Coffee was self serve but I didn’t have any. Staff was friendly enough. Next time I’m in Indy I’ll try to stop by.

Had a delicious breakfast experience at the wonderful Patachou in downtown Indy recently. I ordered a spinach, mushroom, ham and smoked Gouda omelette with a nice side salad and an order of the special cinnamon toast on sourdough bread that’s absolutely delicious. Everything arrived hot and was just perfect. This place is always such a great stop when you’re visiting downtown Indy! I highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit!

A very favorite breakfast spot in downtown Indy! Self serve coffee makes it super easy to get refills! So many tempting menu options, it’s difficult to choose…..but today it had to be the Cuban Breakfast! Wow! So tasty! Fried egg over seasoned black beans, rice, white cheddar, avocado, sour cream and spinach-jalapeño pesto! Highly recommend!!!

Café Patachou has one of the best brunches in Indianapolis. I got the roasted Turkey sandwich which was great, and the fries were some of the best I’ve had. They are known for their Omelettes and have a daily special omelette. The coffee is self serve which I like, no waiting! They are very careful with gluten free and this restaurant is celiac safe. The photo with the flags in it denotes the gluten free food that was made in a separate area. The one problem we had was getting a table - we were a party of six, four of us were there and two parking the car. They said they had a table for us but only after our whole party was there. Another party of six came in about 3 minutes after us and they sat them right away (giving up our table). We ended up having to wait almost 25 minutes for a table that should have been available for us which was extremely disappointing. Many other parties noted they had someone parking and were sat right away. Overall the food and waiter was amazing but the hostess and seating situation could use some improvement.

We were downtown and wanted something different for lunch and went to Cafe Patachou. It had been a while since I had been and forgot how great it is! All three of our dishes were fantastic and the wait staff was so friendly. The food came out very quickly and was still hot. The cinnamon toast is the best! Can’t wait to come back.

My food was good bc I played it safe and had a cobb salad. They are GF and Vegan. My friend had the Cuban and she said it was well worth it. They have plenty of staff which is super nice to see when so many people don't want to work. We walked here and it was a nice walk but the weather was cloudy and a little windy. Such a great vibe to the restaurant. CLEAN!

This is a very good breakfast spot. The service was okay and could've been better. The hostess wasn't a greeter and then just kinda put utensils on the table in a rude manner. Our was horrible in the beginning but changed his tune really quickly. The vibe is cool, similar to Cracker Barrel as far as seating. The waffles, potatoes, and fresh fruit were amazing. The food alone is a 10. I'm from Texas and I highly recommend this place.

This place was good. The service is most excellent. The ice coffee was delicious and the chocolate muffin worth a try. I wasn't a fan of the soggy doughnut. Maybe it's other's thing though. It had hard sugar crystals all over it and was so so sweet. And like I said soggy. I'll try it again next time I'm in town. Maybe today was an off day.

I am glad I tried the omelet (create your own) as it was delicious! The amount of food was more than I could handle as the dish provided for an arugula salad and 4 half pieces of toast. The waitress was very attentive and it was easy to conduct a business meeting with great ambiance.

1st timer and 10/10!!! I stayed a the Conrad Hotel and the front desk clerk recommended this place and i am glad she did!! It was very busy but there was a great system in place to what have seem to flowed nicely. Wait was about 25-30 minutes and it was well worth the wait. We chose to sit outside which was perfect. Taylor was our server and she was exceptional. As busy as it was she did very well multitasking and staying attentive to us. She gave GREAT recommendations and knew the menu well. I was curious about the “Cuban Breakfast” but allergic to pesto but her being knowledge of the menu she explained your version being is as it sounds and I couldn’t have been any happier that I went with it. I was a little thrown off about the rice bottom being not listed on the menu but it was still delicious! Ordered the “Croissant French toast” and it was delicious also. Overall 10/10 Highly Recommend and I’ll be back!!!

Food: My friend ordered Cuban dish and I order the one with fried egg and sausage with muffin. Both of our dishes were great. Although I didn't finish my sandwich but it was only because I ate before I came in. I tried my friend's plate and it was great. Not your usual American breakfast/brunch dish and it is worth to try. ***I took off another star because after brunch yesterday my stomach hurts the rest of the day and I just lay in bed all day til the next morning, can't have anything else afterwards Drink: the lavender mimosa tastes decent. I would expect a purple drink but it was your regular color clear/champagne color drink with lavender smell. It was interesting to try Service: the Asian/Chinese guy who served us was terrible. Our drink never came and I had to ask other servers twice to get it served. Clearly he forgot to put it in, yet he came out and saw the drink on our table and silently put it in the bill (I watched him), not saying a word or apologizing that he forgot. While he did check our table but the demeanor was so unfriendly and hostile. It made me wonder if it's because we are also Asians I love the ambience and the restaurant setting in this area of downtown Indy. You can walk around the area after the meal as well. Over all, it's worth to try this place but I hope u don't get this guy as your waiter

Absolutely wonderful place!! The food was DELICIOUS, the service was phenomenal, and did I mention there's a self-serve coffee bar?! We came down for the weekend for a family vacation, and wanted something within a walking distance from our hotel, and saw this place already had some great reviews. Our server Johnathan was just the sweetest! He was so friendly, very helpful, and just an absolute delight! The food was so fresh, very light, and so flavorful. Everything about this place was very pleasing! We will DEFINITELY come back whenever we come back to Indy! Thank you all ☺️

Got the Green Goddess salad and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. So delicious! Went again for breakfast and got the really good avocado toast. It’s also really nice that they have a self serve coffee station. I’ll be back again!

The gluten free Native Bread Sourdough is so good, and it goes well with either an egg and bacon or the avocado turkey club. The servers were aware of gluten allergies and what was safe for me to eat, and none of my food was contaminated. The gluten free cashew chocolate cookie was also delicious!

Nice spacious dining area. I got the McKenzie omelette with sourdough. The quantity of goat cheese was a bit overwhelming but overall it was decent. Also tried the “omelette you can’t refuse,” which was pretty basic. The service was a bit odd, as they did not mention that a lot of the things were extra cost. I suppose the info was on the menu, but the server made it seem like there would be no extra charge. I would probably come back if I was in the area since it was a good experience overall; however, in retrospect it was nothing particularly special.

Loved my Cuban breakfast bowl. Server and hostess were friendly. Service was fast. They have a great little menu and airy atmosphere. Available Parking was super close too. Very enjoyable.

My colleague and I ordered a Vegan Omelette ($14) and large fries ($8) along with a Public Green Power Bowl, which had avocado and a variety of green ingredients. The power bowl was not only healthy but also delicious. Although the staff wasn't very friendly, they were not rude either. In total, paid $39.24 after tax.

I really want to give this a higher score because my custom ordered omelet was really good, but I can't get past the potatoes being luke warm at best. And then the staff clearly noticed I pushed them to the side, but still didn't ask if there was anything wrong with them. And for that reason alone, it's tough for me to give them as high a score as I would most. However I may give them another chance, but it will be some time before I go back.

Went here for a late breakfast. Everything was delicious. Their self-service coffee bar was very convenient. I had the Cuban Breakfast and it was so good! Service was great and the food came out so fast. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful location in Jndy downtown. The food and service were both on par! We enjoyed an early 7am morning breakfast and the entire space was full by 8am on a Thursday. It was likely a lot of office going employees nevertheless we had a great time enjoying the views and sipping vanilla flavored coffee. Good place!

This place has an awesome self service coffee bar. I drink a lot of coffee and all I had to do to get more was to walk to the self service bar and load up on BANANA NUT coffee and some oat milk. Let’s talk about that banana nut coffee! I’ve had a plethora of flavored coffees where the purported flavors were indiscernible if I wasn’t informed by the establishment what the flavors were. But let me tell you this - that banana nut coffee was the REAL DEAL! It was amazing! While the chocolate toffee cake was mediocre, the spicy soft scramble and chocolate oatmeal were second to none! The server was an attentively awesome dude! This place was phenomenal and I’ll definitely return!
