Everything I could ask for from a gourmet burger restaurant. The make your own burger menu has tons of choices and I love that they offer duck turkey or chicken patties at the same price as beef. The sides are also good with generous portions on the waffle fries. I’ve had a Thai burger and a 2/3 pound duck burger both were great.

We ordered 2 burgers, waffle fries, 1 drink and 1 milkshake and they gave us the 2 drinks on the house. Food was delicious. Our Texan burger was missing bacon, and we ended up with a bag of bacon 🥓🥓

I was good. Worth checking out. I was the only customer in the store. About 1:30 in the afternoon. Staff was quick to take and make my order. The ground beef itself was cooked perfectly. Definitely a pricy option when considering other options... But I believe they are trying to make the product itself a upper quality product over all, so I'd say it's worth it. If I was in the area I'd do it again.

So, I will preface this by saying that I have patroned Punch Burger on multiple occasions and with only one or two exceptions the service has been good and the food has been great, that's why they are getting two stars after tonight. I ordered ahead using the website which was a pretty good experience. I couldn't figure out how to edit an item once it was in the "bag" but that may be user error rather than clunky functionality and inevitably just added some time to the process. I chose pick-up. Walked into the downtown eatery (on Ohio between Delaware and Penn), food was ready. All set, right?!? I opened the bag to make sure the order was correct and found the sauces that were supposed to be on the side weren't in the bag. This was remedied quickly, no worries. Got home and upon closer inspection of our burgers, both of the burgers were wrong. One burger (pictured here with receipt) had only grilled onions, one of the six toppings ordered, and some kind of sauce (that was supposed to be on the side). The other burger was much closer, but the mistake was much costlier. While these toppings were missing on the first, at least they are free. The other burger was supposed to be a double patty (+$2.50) and sadly was a single stack. The food was good, don't get me wrong. Always is. Just not what we ordered. Consider this a cautionary tale. Go to Punch Burger. I know you will love it. BUT... check the bag REALLY CLOSE or you may be as disappointed as we are.

Simply amazing! We dropped in while on a @bandsofamerica grand nationals trip- and this is a MUST STOP! I got the burnt cheeseburger on a pretzel bun. My kiddo got a grilled cheese and sweet potato fries that taste like they are covered in a toasted marshmallows. We demolished our meal and we will be back!! GREAT FOOD. Quality and locally sourced ingredients!

We were staying downtown and wanted lunch. Came across Punch Burger and we are glad we came in and ordered lunch. They have plenty of unique burgers to choose from or you can create your own creation. The burgers were very tasty and good sized. We ordered the Thai Burger and Burnt Cheese burger. The food was hot and fresh when served and really not greasy like other places. We shared a side order of waffle fries. Sounds crazy but the waffle fries were cooked to perfection (crunchy on the outside and soft when bitten). If in the downtown area stop by for a good meal!!

What happened? This was by far my favorite burger place in Indy! For at least the past year I’ve been going every couple of weeks, but last week I drove all the way downtown— an hour’s drive from home, for me— to find it inexplicably closed, despite the hours still being posted, with an AVAILABLE sign in the window. They had the greatest menu, decent service, and delicious food… did they just vanish into thin air, somehow, before they could so much as put an explanation in the window or update the website?

Tried to go here at 3:30pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked and closed despite it saying on google and Punch Burger's own website that they were open. This one has an available sign in the window, so I think it's for sale.

Nice local burger spot. Plenty of options available and they will make it to your liking. Waffle fries are terrific! Service was fast and friendly. Only complaint is that fries are not included with the burgers which I find kind of odd. The burger costs at least $7 and to add fries will cost you another $3 or so. Would just be a better value if the fries were included. Otherwise happy to grab a bite here.

Their grilled cheese sandwiches are phenomenal!!! They have some fun/unique burgers and generous waffle fry portions too. Staff were very quick and courteous. They put me in a good mood with how genuinely happy they seemed. I will absolutely be coming back.

Cool place with a large selection of burger choices. I chose the Good morning burger, and it was very good. The fries were decent, but I am not a waffle fry fan. The sweet potato tots were very good. The draft beer, some kind of Mexican lager, was pretty good. Service was friendly

Grass fed beef is just the best. The Hamburger doesn't hurt my stomach, it doesn't hurt my taste buds, and it doesn't hurt my wallet. This will be the only hamburger joint I would order delivery and even if I had Whole Foods grass fed hamburger in my fridge. The menu is huge and even those who aren't beef eaters will have a very satisfying meal. I get a double and then I hope the kids don't finish theirs so I can have a triple.

Our hotel recommended this spot as it was right around the corner. We had a Burnt Cheese and Hot Mess burger and would order both again! Everything was made to order fresh and the staff were all super friendly. Cheap beer and great food, what else could you ask for.

What a great little place for a good greasy burger. Choose from 3 kind of fries. Sweet potato, waffle and other. Many types of burgers to choose from. Shakes and beer served here also. Coke products and ice tea. Good to get in and out quickly. Nice atmosphere and laid back.

Burger was prepared well and the fries were excellent. They're waffle fries, so beware if you don't like that style. I made a small order mistake and the manager on duty fixed it quickly.
