Let's
start
with
food,
we
got
(fish
and
chips),
or
fries.
Lunch
time
selection.
Not
disappointed,
large
portion
of
fish,
hand
battered.
Not
box
frozen.
"You
can
tell".
And
the
fries?
I
don't
think
anyone
says
"hey
let's
go
to
Red
Lobster
for
some
fries."
But
they
should.....when
you
go
to
a
fast
food
store
you
"expect"
a
level
of
quality.
Sometime
you
get
it.
When
you
go
to
Red
Lobster,
you
"expect"
a
higher
quality,
they
delivered
above
the
upper
level
of
expectation.
Next
up,
Robin,
our
waiter.
He
is
not
just
a
guy
doing
a
job,
he
"IS"
a
waiter.
I
would
expect
this
guy
to
be
seen
in
a
high
end
New
York
restaurant.
Appearance,
presentation
and
performance.
Top
notch
professional.
I
hope
that
Red
Lobster
management
understands
what
they
have
in
him.
Next
time
we
come,
we
will
ask
for
him,
you
should
too.
Last
is
atmosphere,
no
disappointment,
clean
is
the
main
thing,
and
it
didn't
smell
like
a
sea
food
market,
I
don't
like
that
smell.
Everything
else
is
exactly
what
you
would
expect
from
Red
Lobster.
