Red lobster biscuits, Ceasar salad and the endless shrimp entree: walts shrimp and shrimp scampi. Updated review: enjoyed the flounder very crispy, my favorite Ceasar salad and of the course the cheddar Bay biscuits. Red lobster lunch is off the ⛓️. And you know this man.

We wanted to have a red lobster experience tonight and hadn't been in awhile. The location 5 minutes from us told us it would be an hour and half wait to be seated. There was very few people in the restaurant the wait didn't make since!!!. We chose to drive 20 minutes to the 86th street location. We were seated right away and had our hot food, drink biscuits all out super fast. Our waitress STEPHANIE was very friendly, helpful and new exactly what we wanted. We were able to eat and be back home in less than the hour and half time we were told from the other location.

Our waitress, Crystal was very personable and friendly. Excellent service and food tasted fresh and excellent flavor combinations in our meals. I ordered Baha Shrimp Bowl (yummy!) and husband ordered Mariner's Feast. He ate it all and said he would definitely order again! Of course, their seafood biscuits are soooo good! Highly recommend 👌

Came for my husband's birthday and wasn't particularly impressed. Food was good as always, but we waited way to long to get drinks, then waited to get some biscuits that I had to ask for, then seemed to wait another long time for our food to finally come. The server was very nice but a bit short. Maybe just an off day for this place since we've been here before and the wait didn't seem so long!

I had an issue at the red lobster on Shadeland Ave last Sunday and wrote a review. My experience today was night and day. I was greeted upon entry. We were seated immediately. The waitress greeted us with a smile. Our food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Thank you for a nice visit.

Been almost two years since I have been to and enjoyed eating inside the restaurant. We went on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed the time. I had the grilled salmon from the chose two menu items. It was very tasty and delicious. Also enjoyed the shrimp and a small salad, a very good meal for the money.

I went for my birthday with my mother, I explained to my server that it’s my birthday and I get a free dessert, she told me to open my email and get the code(no code found), she told me to sign in to app (still no code) I asked for the manager. The manager came, no smile, looked at me like I was the problem. The manager explained to me that I needed to put my number in the kiosk on the table and that is where the code is. She went on and on to explain to me what I did wrong vs telling the server, which made no sense to me. I felt very unwelcome at this establishment. What should have happened was the manager should have explained to the server so that she knows and just fixed the issues. Instead of making it the customer fault for not knowing to put my phone number in the kiosk on the table. Thanks for my birthday experience…… I walked out immediately

Let's start with food, we got (fish and chips), or fries. Lunch time selection. Not disappointed, large portion of fish, hand battered. Not box frozen. "You can tell". And the fries? I don't think anyone says "hey let's go to Red Lobster for some fries." But they should.....when you go to a fast food store you "expect" a level of quality. Sometime you get it. When you go to Red Lobster, you "expect" a higher quality, they delivered above the upper level of expectation. Next up, Robin, our waiter. He is not just a guy doing a job, he "IS" a waiter. I would expect this guy to be seen in a high end New York restaurant. Appearance, presentation and performance. Top notch professional. I hope that Red Lobster management understands what they have in him. Next time we come, we will ask for him, you should too. Last is atmosphere, no disappointment, clean is the main thing, and it didn't smell like a sea food market, I don't like that smell. Everything else is exactly what you would expect from Red Lobster.

Wasn't too crowded, waitress was excellent. Food was better than I expected but the menu needs more options. No serious complaints though.

Came in for the endless shrimp: Dragon was the best, has a small kick of spice. Garlic Scampi was next was was the most consistently cooked. The Key lime shrimp was seasoned on one side (and looks like it was seasoned after the fact) and tasted like it was microwaved/not freshly cooked. Coconut shrimp was good for the first batch, the second batch was… fried hard if you know what I mean. The popcorn shrimp looked like, as my mom stated, “pebbles”. The alcoholic beverages.. were great! The service. Was. SLOW! They had our waitress running all around town and ,her words, everything took 2 hours.

Went on a saturday before the evening rush. The waiter put my Mom's order in wrong. It was a, or the cook that brought our food out and when we tried to explain the mistake he was very rude and disrespectful especially to my mom. He raised his voice and accused her of making the mistake. The manager served us for the rest of our time there. She made a quick appology for his behavior but offered nothing else. She basically seemed annoyed with our complaint. The food was sub-par and nothing to rave about. It will be the last time we give our business to that location since this was the second bad experience we have had there.

We were in a group of 16 people. We arrived about 4;30 and were quickly seated. The whole process of taking orders, for food and drinks also took very little time. The bottom line is, the service was the best ever and the food was very good as usual. A great time was had by all. A very enjoyable afternoon.

We haven't even left the restaurant yet and I have to tell the world about how awesome our service was. Anthony was so incredible. Patient, helpful, and kind! He was legit one of the best servers we have had in a while. He even remembered OUR names! The food was hot and delicious too. If you haven't been to this location in a while, you should soon!

It was clean, service was on point and the food was great! I ordered fried catfish (which isn't on the menu) and may have caused a bit of an uproar with the other guest! Lol! They wanted the catfish but wasn't aware that that was an option. The waitress was great and we all laughed.

Food was fine. Service was AWFUL! Approached an empty host stand, having to wait to be sat in an empty restaurant. Once sat, received slow and unprofessional service from the wait staff. Unfortunate that what used to be a great date night spot now consistently has poor service. Edit: Food was NOT fine, as my partner got food poisoning. Just save your money

I visited this location during the Thanksgiving holiday with my family. During this visit, we had the best service from our waiter and the Manager in Training. The food was stellar--I mean by far the best I have ever had considering I have been to several RL's across the country. The food was hot, aesthetically pleasing, and delicious! If this is the new Red Lobster standard, I am here for it every time.

My husband and I visited Red Lobster in Carmel, Indiana to celebrate our second anniversary together. We had had a very long day, with a couple disappointments, and we’re really looking forward to having a great meal together. Jennifer was our waitress, and I must say that she was phenomenal. She was kind, patient, and treated us like family. She attended to us to ensure our experience was a positive one. Even though we came a little later in the evening and it was near closing before we were finished eating, she never rushed us or made us feel like we were holding her up. She made sure we had boxes for leftovers and a bag for taking them back to the hotel. We give Jennifer five stars and we would give her more if we could. Way to go! You are the poster child of the waitress world!

WOW!!! What an amazing experience at the Indy Red Lobster location on 82nd St. My partner and I moved to Indy from Chicago, IL and our last experience at Red Lobster in Chicago was horrible!! We haven’t been to Red Lobsters in years, but for some reason today we decided to go and I’m glad we did. We arrive right when they opened at 11:00am and was greeted by a gentleman who held the door for us and got us seated immediately. Our server, Joey came right over with water, biscuits and a warm smile. We inform Joey that we hadn’t been to Red Lobsters in years and he ensured us that he will make us fall in love again and that is what he did. Joey provided excellent recommendations starting off with the crab queso dip which was AMAZING!! Joey was very informative as he was able to answer all our questions without hesitation. My partner got the endless shrimp deal and I got the crispy lobster and shrimp tacos! Everything was very fresh, had phenomenal taste/flavor and had the perfect temperature. Throughout our time being there Joey was attentive and brought smiles to our face. We will be back! If you want excellent service ask for Joey, he will NOT disappoint.

arrived for dinner and was told it was a 45 minute wait. we sat at the bar and had a drink. I noticed at least 5 booths and 2 tables open. And that was just from my bar seat. after 25 minutes we were seated. we ordered chowder and water which was delivered promptly. 1 hour later the waiter came to us and confirmed our order. Obviously he had either lost or screwed our order . he said it would be another minute. After 10 more minutes, we walked out. Will never eat at this location again until they get their employees together

Our server was amazing here. Due to short staffing everywhere, she had to work what looked like half the restaurant. She was impeccable. Now for the nonsense. $40 for an Ultimate Feast now??? You are literally pricing out your customers. Maybe it wasn’t a staffing issue, and was just that no one is patronizing anymore so less need for servers. Hell the choose 2 is $22 for what…a plate of scampi and some fried shrimp. You’ve got to be out of your mind. As much as I love Red Lobster, I’m done until they adjust pricing. A casual dinner for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 should not cost $80. I had a fish sandwich, my wife had a choose 2, my daughter had a baked potato and side salad (those are literally sides), and my son had an Admirals feast. With 2 mixed drinks $104. Still gave 20% tip because our server was awesome, but get real!

My son really wanted to go to Red Lobster one night. We have been to this restaurant several times, but it had been a few years. It was a Tuesday, and it was not very busy so there was no wait. The server was very attentive, so no complaints there. It seemed like the portions were maybe a little bit more that what I expected, so I will put that in the plus column as well. One interesting thing was that my wife and I both ordered Cesar salads with our meals and when they came out they tasted like they had taco seasoning in them. I actually liked the flavor so I didn't complain, but I couldn't help but wonder what happened. So there really were no negative things to report, per se, but the place really seems run down. I guess that's more an observation than a complaint.

Food was good with attentive staff. The new crabfest is good but a bit pricy. I would say that the crab fries are probably a bit overpriced. They taste good but the real problem is more that there doesnt seem to be enough crab meat for the fries. If youre looking for a good dish for crabfest the roast garlic is great.

Please read and share this Red Lobster ! You were one of our favorite places to eat. We average 12. - 16 visits per year. We were told by staff at 3 of your locations that you are having supplier issues. Please resolve these issues ASAP. Your biscuits are terrible compared to the way they were. You have also messed up your coleslaw and now it's not as good either. Also, we ordered the shrimp cocktail appetizer and it was changed for the worse also. That was 3 strikes and you are now out as one of our favorite places to visit. After visiting 3 locations and all 3 gave us the same story and the same lesser quality of food, why should we keep going back and spend our hard earned money on mediocre food? Please resolve these issues or advertise when you are back to your normal outstanding place. Thank you.

Service was awesome! Our server name was Christopher and he was excellent. Food was great with the exception of the crab there was barely in meat in it. I got the steak with green beans and crispy Brussels sprouts and my boyfriend got the ultimate feast.

Not bad for a seafood chain restaurant. The food and service were both good. The cheddar biscuits they serve at the beginning are awesome! I had the grilled salmon for my entrée. It was good but a little bland. Would probably go again.

Just had the best time there! We only go on my birthday . The waitress was the best! I feel bad I can't remember her name. She started out with we are out if the stuffed mushrooms, and are out of lettuce so no salads available. I said no problem. This is always my one and only birthday request, to have red lobster. This gal was the best, she thought we would complain, due to no lettuce or mushrooms, guess many others today complained. She was so great! Attentive, and super nice. We couldn't h saw very gotten better service with anyone else. Casleton store. She made my day!!!!

Did not care for the Shrimp Rangoon and felt for the price, the lemon cake was too small. The service and the rest of the food was really good and hot. Did have a good take home container.

The "All You Can Eat Shrimp" and service was amazing. The bathroom were really clean too. But there is such a noticeable smell in the dining area. I think it's the carpet and upholstery. It needs to be replaced.
