I'm
struggling
between
2
and
3
stars
on
this
one,
but
giving
benefit
of
doubt
and
chalking
up
the
mediocre
stay
to
staffing
challenges.
My
personal
stay
was
decent
as
I
was
upgraded
to
the
"Presidential
Suite"
which
was
very
surprising.
I
was
told
it
was
a
very
nice
room
in
a
newer
part
of
the
hotel.
That
room
happens
to
be
in
a
different
tower
apparently,
which
was
really
the
only
good
thing
about
the
stay.
The
room
didn't
feel
very
"presidential"
and
just
felt
cold
and
dated
(as
did
the
rest
of
the
hotel).
But
at
least
I
had
hot
water,
the
rest
of
my
party
did
not.
Of
the
4
of
us
that
checked
in,
none
of
us
were
told
that
the
hotel
had
no
hot
water.
It
was
quite
surprising
to
everybody
when
they
tried
to
shower
the
next
morning
to
walk
into
a
cold
trickling
shower.
Upon
talking
to
others,
we
found
out
that
the
hotel
actually
had
NO
water
on
the
day
that
we
arrived,
but
again
we
were
not
informed
of
any
water
issues.
The
area
that
this
hotel
is
in
feels
like
it
is
in
the
middle
of
nowhere.
There
are
a
few
chain
restaurants
around,
but
we
were
advised
by
an
Uber
driver
not
to
walk
anywhere
in
the
area.
This
is
definitely
not
a
place
I
would
plan
to
stay
again
without
a
major
upgrade.
