We had a very nice stay at this hotel for 1 night on our drive back home from vacation. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating even though the hotel was quite busy. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice with comfy beds. It was also a quiet stay which was a pleasant surprise given how busy it was. The pool has an indoor and outdoor part which was nice as well as a hot tub. I wish the pool area would've been bigger though as there are many guests in the hotel and when we went it was very chaotic as tons of people were there. The breakfast had a good selection and it's nice they offer popcorn in the afternoons as well as hot food and drinks in the evening. There is a Red Robin next door but there didn't appear to be any other restaurants or shopping in walking distance. It's convenient that it's located right off the interstate.

Every time I stay with this hotel brand I am impressed how each location can be so nice and exactly the same as the last. Once again I got a super clean and quiet room, delicious breakfast, great kickback, nice hot tub and pool and an overall seamless experience. This is why I will always choose Drury anytime they have a location where I am staying. They can be a little pricey; but the value and amenities you get more than makes up for it.

Definitely the best bang for your buck. Complimentary breakfast and dinner along with 3 free drinks per adult guest. The room was clean, water pressure was good, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice pool and gym as well. The breakfast was good, the dinner was just ok... But I am not complaining when it is free. We really enjoyed our time here and will be coming back!

Since this was a business trip, I was expecting to see more available shopping areas and things to do in the evening that were in close proximity to the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel experience has been positive! Dianna gave me the best customer service experience I've ever had!! I felt she went above and beyond to make my experience memorable!! I would come back again, just for her hospitality! I wasn't able to take full advantage of the pool area, due to the amount of children staying at the hotel this week, which is why I gave an overall 4 Star rating.

GREAT hotel! Had a very nice visit. The amenities were top notch! They had a great hot tub and pool area. The managers reception included 3 drinks and basically a full meal. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and large. Lots of towels in the bathroom as well. The hotel was easy to get to and the parking was close.

I don't normally post reviews..but I had to for this stay. From checking in, to checking out this was the best hotel stay we've ever experienced. It was a last minute trip for the AMA Supercross and we'd never stayed at a Drury inn before. A great price and excellent service. The housekeeper, Jessica made sure our room was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything needed for our stay. The young lady (I can't remember her name) at guest services offered complimentary items from the hotel pantry for our wait when arriving. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Pool was warm and hot tub was perfect. We slept in so we didn't get breakfast. We'll definitely be staying at more Drury inns. I highly recommend the room with 2 rooms included. It was great for our kids and us to be in the same room, but have our own spaces.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel itself was clean from the lobby to the elevators to the 8th floor. Breakfast was good. They have tons of options for different diets. I didn’t get to try the dinner but the options they had were also really good. Breakfast and dinner are free. Hotel attendants were really nice as well.

The front desk staff was amazing, one person in particular was very soft spoken but was very nice and helpful. Every Drury needs a person like her. I also have to give mention to the manager, he was very friendly and was able to spark up a conversation with me and he seemed very interested in what I was saying. Very good people here. I also have to give a shout out to one of the hotel staff that cleans the rooms, I believe her name was Lupe, She was very nice and helpful also....Thank you for making my stay and the stay of my son enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Decided to book a room for NYE to celebrate the time with our kids (8 and 10). It seemed like many other families had the same idea and the pool was full most of the afternoon/evening we checked in. It was nicely heated and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool concept. The popcorn and kickback snacks which were good enough to serve as a meal were great. They even include 3 adult beverages for both adults (even if we didn't use them). Breakfast buffet was great and plentiful despite the large crowd! Staff was super friendly despite it being the holiday. We will definitely be back!

For value this place cannot be beat. Excellent staff, clean rooms and the complimentary food and drinks are unmatched. If you're traveling with children and looking to save a little bit, the food they serve at night along with the breakfast will cut your expenses way down. Enjoy!

Room, halls, elevators were clean. Staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was extremely busy; we stayed on a Wednesday night. The dinner offered was decent but they were bare bones most of the time due to the amount of people. I have stayed at other Drury hotels that were better but I would stay here again. The pool is cold due to being indoor/outdoor.

Traveling through and stayed for one night. First time at a Drury Hotel. Great service! Specially at breakfast. Clean and food is refilled quick. Staff are happy! So sorry we didn’t get to the pool 🏊‍♀️ this time.

I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and it’s always an enjoyable experience. The front counter service staff are always friendly, the rooms are comfy, quiet, and clean, and the food ranks above what you would get elsewhere.

Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The exercise room had good equipment. The pool looked nice but was small (we did not use it). Staff was friendly. The complimentary brkfst was exceptional, large variety of food.

This was the first time I stayed in a Drury. I didn't realize the amenities that they provide. The staff was super friendly upon check-in and very knowledgeable and helpful. They have different hours to enjoy like popcorn hour, happy hour, light dinner hour. All of which is included in your room fee. The amenities they have looked extremely clean well cared for and plentiful.

We were here on a very busy weekend, so unfortunately, the pool was a little bit too crowded for our liking. However, everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was spot on and and the rooms were clean and comfy. There were several nice seating areas near the lobby, and the staff was very attentive when we had questions.

We love this place and go there every time we are in Indy. The rooms are nice and clean the bed is more comfortable than mine at home and the staff is fun to work with. I'll give a shout out to Monica and Emma, food service and housekeeping folks. Nice conversation with the hotel manager also who's been there several years. We will return!

Stayed here several times this past summer, always clean, friendly staff. They went out of their way to make sure I could take full advantage of all amenities which was amazing. The food is good and free drinks are always a happy way to start the evening. The hot tub and pool were clean and relaxing. Construction was a bit noisy but that’s life!

We only stay here while visiting friends and family in Indy. Has never disappointed. Love the family atmosphere even though we are grandchild-less. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Inside/outside pool is iconic!

Standard rooms. Exceptionally clean. They had a great hot breakfast and excellent service. The team at this hotel is really exceptional: courteous, hard working, kind, and custome service oriented.

The hotel was nice and some staff was helpful. They do not control the pool area and allow more people in there than is allowed. Along with that, the kids that were there were screaming non stop and we had no help from the staff to try and quiet them. For the price of the hotel, we should be able to enjoy all amenities without so many disturbances. Would not recommend if you want to enjoy a good environment.

I was a little skeptic about booking with Drury, because I have never stayed at one before. I figured I would give it a shot with all the good reviews and rating for cleanliness. I was a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness. I arrived in my room to find a few pieces of hair on my sheets. I normally would complain but we were tired and the rest of the hotel seemed clean. Other than the sheets. Customer service is exceptional here. You get complimentary drinks in the evening, and they even give free snacks in the evening as well. Breakfast was good as expected anywhere. But the extra complimentary snacks was a plus. I would return but I will have them redo the sheets next time.

Staff at this hotel was amazing. They were very busy over the weekend and I still had great service. From housekeeping to free breakfast and food with alcohol at night to the front desk. Seriously every person smiled and it was amazing. Clean and the sofa pull out my son loved and said was actually very comfortable (he is 17 not a little kid). Will definitely be returning when visiting friends in town. Management always smiled and acknowledged when they passed by and checking to make sure everything was satisfactory.

My stay was absolutely amazing here. Lately my experiences with hotels have been not very well, but Drury was redeeming to me. The woman at the counter was so kind and friendly, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. I didn't enjoy the breakfast so much, but everything else about our stay was absolutely amazing.

Staff was wonderful and answered any question with a smile. Nice rooms, comfy bed and the meals and beverages they provide complimentary are truly unbelievable for a hotel. I wouldn’t say the food will blow you mind but there are plenty of selections and are so convenient if you have kids. Pool area is nice with an indoor/outdoor pool that the kids staying at the hotel absolutely loved. Honestly if you are not a fan of other peoples kids I wouldn’t stay here but if you are traveling with kids, STAY HERE!

(Most) of room and all of hotel very clean! Breakfast was amazing. Staff is VERY nice and accommodating. We had 2 issues (one big, one small) during our brief stay and the front desk staff provided EXCEPTIONAL service and an apology... that's half the battle sometimes so I REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE!

Service provided by staff was very good, rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was usual fare - eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, oatmeal, waffles, etc. But the evening meal was very unexpected. Had been several years since we had stayed at a Drury hotel. Those meals were great and very welcomed after spending the day sightseeing and traveling around Indianapolis. And the indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi area was well managed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Very clean, quiet, & comfortable. The breakfast was very good. My family and I stayed here on 8/8/22 and HUGE shout out to the woman working the breakfast area on 8/9/22. She was very pleasant & hard working. She kept everything very clean and well stocked! Friendly and professional staff. Well done :)

We had a really great time here. We stayed two nights. They were very busy with many sports team families staying there and yet they did great. They provide both breakfast AND dinner. Warm hot meals. SO many options. Very delicious too. Staff is very warm and friendly. The pool is indoor and outdoor. Very cool. Hot tub is huge. Room was very clean. Very nice. Great location right next to I69. The traffic is a little loud sometimes but the rooms are really good at keeping the noise out.

We stayed Nov 4-6 to celebrate my 50th birthday. We was greet by the very friendly and personable David and Dianna. Both wished me a happy birthday and also gave me a gift. Both made sure our stay was a great one. They definitely should get some kind of acknowledgement. This was our first time staying at a Drury hotel. Nice rooms, great bed, loved the 3 free drinks, free breakfast and dinner! Thank you!

Outstanding modern facility, clean and well kept but the most remarkable aspect is the staff. From the front desk to housekeeping these people are careing, kind and very helpful. The evening and morning brunches are impressive too. Would highly recommend this location!

We stay at this Drury a couple times a year. We LOVE staying here! The rooms are always clean. The employees are always friendly and helpful. We LOVE the "kickback"! They offer FREE breakfast, FREE dinner, AND 3 FREE alcoholic beverages!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and a nice size. Pool and accommodations were clean and refreshing. Overall experience is it a nine out of 10 and I would recommend it.

Check in was easy, room was reasonably clean, we did find some lack of attention to corners where hair has collected which was kind of gross. Pool situation was a bit of a mess. Due to covid there were supposed to be a limited amount of people in the pool, however, most families disregarded this. Elevators smelled strongly of weed more than once. All in all not the best time we have had at a Drury Inn. 4/10 this location wasn't great.

Staff was Amazing very helpful. The facility is clean and the amenities were plentiful. Three drinks a night and snacks every nights stay. I stayed for two weeks I had a training class in the area. Very satisfied with stay. They had everything I needed on sight didn't have to wander out for anything as far as food and drinks. Breakfast was excellent too. Real food served every morning.

Hotel was better then expected. Wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere. Hot breakfast, complimentary drinks and food for social hour. Very clean facility. Me and my son enjoyed ourselves. Beds were very comfy.
