We had a wonderful stay here. The pool, hot tub, hot mist sauna and shower was beyond amazing. I love the lights around the bed and the mirror above the bed. The room was clean and smelled good. This was truly a great experience that was worth it. It was easy to reach the staff for clean towels and any additional amenities that we needed (ice, iron etc.). This location is close to a bunch of restaurants, movie theater, stores etc. The outside set up look like town homes. I believe the rooms are sound proof as well. We received complimentary wine glasses and a spa bag for the pool area. There was also robes in the room for us to use.

The wife and I had an amazing experience. The whole experience is quiet and nice. Each suite is private so you don't have to worry about making to much noise or hearing whats going on in the suite next to yours. Our suite contained a heated pool, steam room and a hot tub and all were kept clean and in good working order. We will be sure to come again when we need a few nights away from the world

Incredible! These rooms are the ultimate romantic getaway! It's very expensive but worth every penny if you can afford it. I wish the price was more manageable so we could book more than 1 night, and i wish the check in time was earlier than 6pm but it is still an amazing experience! The room seemed very clean as well as the pool! Staff was friendly as well. Only complaint/issue we had was I stepped on something sharp in the pool and when my husband felt around, he pulled up a pool filter cover that had 2 long sharp screws sticking out of it. Not a huge deal because luckily it didn't break the skin, but when we checked out, we gave the part to the staff and told them what happened, and all they said was "sign this paper stating you were not injured". We weren't expecting to get anything from it, but it didn't seem like they were concerned with anything other than getting our signature for I'm sure legal purposes, which is absolutely understandable, but it just seemed cold or something. But again, no one was injured and we had an amazing experience! It was awesome to have an indoor pool to ourselves! Would definitely recommend 👌!

This place has it’s high points but definitely has it’s low points as well. We’ve stayed at another pool-suite and found Sybaris to be lack luster when it came to quality of the room and updates. There was mold on the “waterfall” which was nothing more than PVC attempted to be hidden by wood and fake ivy. Not the best set up. The shower was tucked all the way in the back - we honestly showered in the steam room because it was more fitting with the pool being right there and it was one of our favorite parts - very relaxing. A lot of the labels were confusing and we never did figure out how to get the music to play in the pool area. Pretty disappointing. The room needs some updates, including attention to the pool. There’s a lot of damaged and rough areas all around the parameter. The pool otherwise looked clean. We won’t be staying again, especially with the cost as high as it is and the quality we expected. I would explore other options if I were you.

Absolutely amazing! Location is easy to access. We were greeted by the nicest staff. Very polite and friendly (which is rare now days). Once to our room my wife literally said "This is so beautiful, I don't feel like I belong here!" Extremely clean, quiet and inviting. The pool was the perfect temperature! They have all the 'small things' you may forget at home (q tips, toothbrush, ice) in the room. I've added a few photos but it doesn't do the room justice. We will most definitely be back!

This is a very romantic getaway that I think everyone should experience. Customer service was good, the place was clean, the rooms were clean, and it didn't smell like mildew or old. The rooms with the pool in them were not over powering smelling like chlorine. Its a very relaxed place, with no windows inside the rooms. Just R&R. No kids or pets aloud in. The place is gated in and you have to have a permit to be on the premises of the place. If you want to get take out you have a list there for you or you literally can leave out, go down the road and you have just about every restaurant and movie theater and liquor store etc. Its a very lovely experience over ☺ all that is worth it. Pricing is a little expensive but it depends on the room you desire. I prefer the Paradise and Chalet. The Deluxe room is nice too, but it's definitely a difference.

My husband and I stayed here and overall the experience was nice. We loved the pool and got massages which was amazing. However there were a few negatives for the price we paid. We stayed in suite 5 there was an odd smell in the bathroom. The bathroom altogether could use a facelift. The waterfall was freezing cold and definitely a disadvantage that it's on a timer and you can't just turn it off. The bed was so uncomfortable. We could not get any sleep by how uncomfortable it was. The massage chair definitely needs an update. Would I come here again absolutely however I think there are a few updates they could do to make the experience even better. The time and experience with your partner is very important and worth it in that aspect. I just really wish the bed had more of a comfort level. If it did then even with the other negatives I could justify a 5 star review.

They have done some upgrades since our last visit. The tiles are nice and look upscale. The pool feels amazing. It is set at just the perfect temperature. This place is such a relaxing and great place to stay. We highly recommend it!

I don't know where to start with this experience. It was a 10 star experience, it was a wet bath house, we overpacked but for our next time going we know to bring our backpacks. It was very romantic, quiet, secluded, secure, clean, and very well maintained. You definitely get what you pay for, the customer service from the time we checked in to the time we left was definitely above me expectations. We stayed for 4 days and we really wanted to extend our stay, me and my husband will be visiting all of the Sybaris Chains.

The best Getaway with my husband ever.. We will make this our yearly getaway. Service was amazing. The rooms were clean.. There was not one thing that i did not like. Money well spent. Next year we will get a pool suite, but the whirlpool deluxe is awesome...

It was beautiful, loved the pool being warm, fireplace, being able to watch tv in the pool or room. Everything reached expectations and went beyond. Room was clean, comfortable and inviting. My husband said we will need to make this a yearly thing. So happy we tried it.

Saw something about this property a long time ago. My wife and I were looking for somewhere nice to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary and this place came to mind. The room was EXACTLY as described on their website. Very modern design and very clean. Check in process was quick and painless (the women checking us in were SO NICE!) The pool (and the whole pool area) was SO nice and gave the room an exotic vacation feel. The waterfall feature over the pool was AWESOME!! The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed our entire stay and will DEFINITELY be back for many more trips!

Husband just took me here for our anniversary. WOW!!! We must have had an updated room. Super modern! Everything worked perfect! Never ran out of hot water. So clean! 4hr drive for us. Will be back! It was such a beautiful and enjoyable stay! Thank you so much, Sybaris Indianapolis!

Disappointed. The house is so old, decoration is dated. Can’t believe today is 2022. If my great grandma is here, this house might remind her of her honeymoon. Meanwhile, the message bathtub is broken and dirty. The shower needs 5 minutes to be heated. The air conditioner is making great noise at night. The slide is the only thing that I like. Everything else is so disappointing. Don’t worse $800 a night.

This place is spectacular!! Came here for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty!! The room is so clean. The paradise suite is definitely paradise. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they truly care about you as a customer. Wow!! I will definitely be back.

The overnight stay in the deluxe whirlpool suite was absolutely outstanding. The rooms are more like individual cottages. The inside of our room had a 10 x 8 shower room with 4 jets spraying down and a removable spray. The glass door was the width of the shower. Benches like a sauna we're banked on 2 sides. The bed was a little hard, but very clean. The hot tub was fantastic. Could have been a bit larger, but accommodated us just fine. Amenities were sufficient and the toilet paper was top grade. This place goes all out for their guest's pleasure. If I could rate them 6 stars I would. Worth every penny!

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff is amazing and welcoming. Rooms are clean and would recommend this to everyone. The only one issue we had was where the filter cover came off and my husband stepped on it but the front desk handled it and took care of everything. Will be staying here again!

Absolutely phenomenal! The personal pool with a rainfall waterfall and sauna you get in your suite were the stars of the show! Way up and above our expectations! The bed and lighting surrounding it were beautiful, the stars above the bed were a perfect little touch. My boyfriend opted for extra amenities like flower petals on the bed and chocolates which was a very sweet & romantic touch. My only constructive criticism is to get the WiFi fixed and maybe upgrade the mattresses/sheets/pillows. The room was beyond relaxing and it seemed like no details were overlooked so to sink into a not so comfy bed was a little disappointing. Other than that for sure 5/5 stars and we will definitely be back! We did not want to leave!

Me and my wife came for two nights for a weekend away, we had the most relaxing time and enjoyed every bit of the time here. The paradise pool suite was amazing, the room gets pitch black so you can sleep in, the misting shower was extremely fun as well. Wi-Fi was a little slow but other than that I will say 5 stars for sure.

We returned home today and already miss it here! Our experience was beyond words. Everything was perfectly clean, everything worked beautifully, and we felt so removed. My husband and I referred to it as “our own bubble.” We felt so removed from all stresses of the world and melted into relaxation. The lighting is incredible, the pool was perfection, and the staff were so kind. Yes you are off of a busy road but once you close the doors you cannot hear anything. We are already planning our return trip. If we could change anything it would be vacuuming around the mattress where it meets the bed frame- there is a clear build up of not having been cleaned and the water pressure in the shower was minimal, we showered in the steam room and loved it. Minor details, all around, we wish we never left! Exceeded our expectations by miles and we cannot wait to book our next stay.

Booked a room with Cozy Suites on 11/20/2023, for 12/02/2023 to go see the Yuletide celebration in Indianapolis. Today we received an email (11/30/2023) telling us that they were sorry, but they cancelled are room due to a glitch in their antiquated system. 10 days after we booked our reservation they emailed us, and could not accommodate us with another room. Now we are stuck with 2 tickets that we paid ($250.38) no room, and no option, but an apology from Cozy Suites. This is the worst company, worst customer service from an organization that we have ever dealt with. If you are thinking about using Cozy Suites save your money, time, and stress and do NOT use their services! I will never stay with them, or attempt to book their rooms ever again! This entire process makes me sick, and if I had known they were so untrustworthy, I would never had considered using them! Oh by the way the hotel they offered, and the link he sent us to try and assist in getting us another room was sold out.

Took my Wife for her birthday and have zero regrets. Amazingly clean, I inspected every inch of the Chalet and was not disappointed. Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. Now that we have been there for the first time we are already planning return visits. It’s simply amazing and would recommend to anyone.

This trip was everything, 10/10 hands down would recommend to anyone! The room was absolutely perfect and very clean. It felt like we were living in luxury for a night. If you’re thinking of going, just do it!!! Worth every penny.

Where do I start? This place is amazing!!! I have been going here for many years. Our room was updated and was wonderful. It is one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever stayed in. We had everything that we needed. We will be back!!

The suite is awesome. It has everything you need to have a romantic getaway with your significant other. It’s so nice to take some time to get away from it all and just focus on each other. Highly recommended.

The 2 night stay at the MAJESTIC SWIMMING POOL SUITE in INDIANAPOLIS was amazing and so relaxing for me and my husband. We arrived just a little pass 9 and was still able to check in( we did call ahead to let them know). Room was nice and clean, pool area was nice. The only problem we had were that some of the lights above the bed did not work. Since we stayed 2 nights they had to clean the pool and when they came I asked if they could get the trash but they didn’t. Over all we’re Thinking about returning on our wedding anniversary or trying a different one in another state.

Everything was super clean and neat! My Husband and I had an amazing time. We stayed in the majestic suite! The only thing that would have made the room better is if the massage chair reclined.. but then I probably would have never left the chair lol

Great place to get away and relax for the night. We spent our anniversary here and it was great. Excellent staff had us checked in and in the room before 2 o'clock. Some things are a little out dated but overall a great place to get away.

We had the chalet suite 28 last Friday night 01/20/2023.bedroom was beautiful with real rose petals and a single rose. Was in awe.❤️❤️❤️ Absolutely loved the bedroom area. However I had a few dislikes. 1. Our truck didn't fit inside garage and had to park in employees parking and walk. 2. No outside seating for smoking when all the other cheaper rooms did (this was disappointing as we paid big bucks for luxury.) 3. The pool room smelled a mix of Mold and pool chlorine wasn't great. VERY musky with strong chlorine smells, Was in suit 28!

The perfect getaway! From the time we got to our suite we were relaxed. We were able to reconnect with each other and enjoy each other’s company without the chaos of life. The suite was very clean, well stocked with toiletries, towels, etc. The bed was very comfortable however, the pillows were very flimsy and uncomfortable. The buttons on the massage chair were worn out so you couldn’t work it properly but we didn’t use it much anyway. We will definitely be back to Sybaris and recommend it to all of our friends and family!

This was our first time being to the Indianapolis location, previously we had been to the one in frankfort Illinois. Staff was very welcoming. The room didn't hold the temp very well mainly to the heated room/pool area. Warm air seemed to Leak into the sleeping area from under the door which separates the rooms. All in all a very unique and romantic get away. We stayed in the paradise room so we had a private pool, jacuzzi and steam room. We felt like kings. Just a note, the rooms are not equipped with microwaves so plan accordingly. Also we had requested 3 add on amenities to the room and only received 3 of them. Still was an amazing time but depending on where your from and how far your willing to travel the Frankfort location was much nicer.

The customer service was outstanding. When my husband and I arrived we was greeted by two wonderful ladies one by the name of Naomi Jordan with her pleasant smile and awesome personality she was like an angel in disguise. Every business would love to have people like that. We will definitely will be back soon.

This was a perfect overnight getaway! The pool, steam room and whirlpool were spotless, gorgeous and so much fun! The pool was heated to about 90 degrees. Awesome waking up in the morning and getting right into your own pool. For reference, we had the majestic suite.

So loving of my husband to do all of this for my birthday! Loved the fireplace, pool, hot tub &sauna! Staff did a nice job decorating the room with the rose petals &balloons, such a romantic setting for the celebration. Thank you🥳 Room was clean &carpet was soft. Liked how warm the room was& the seperation of the main area from the pool area, very nice set up. Couple of negatives with the room: bed was so uncomfortable, only 1 light lit up inside the pool, waterfall over the pool was cold&took hours to stop dripping after we turned it off, water in the shower really does take 5 min to heat up. 💝Overall, I really enjoyed the privacy of the space, all the features &the food options available for delivery. Will have to come back sometime.
