Arrived here at almost 545pm and unfortunately the hotel said they were short staffed and they did not have any rooms ready. I sat in the lobby for almost 1 hour as they tried to get my room ready. It was frustrating. They did not even do anything to compensate me for this huge inconvenience.

Stayed here while in town for a basketball tournament. Hotel is very clean, and the staff is amazing. Went above and beyond. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Many teams were staying at the hotel and the washers & dryers were in high demand. One night, the front office clerk, I think her name was Whitney, came and offered to do a load in the hotel washer! So that a mom wouldn't have to sit there waiting! Never in my life have I received such amazing service like this at a hotel. Breakfast was not included here, but you can buy breakfast from the little cafe in the lobby. The "eggs your way" breakfast was delicious and served piping hot each time I ordered it. The hotel even accommodated our late check out request since our flight wasn't leaving until the evening. This is an incredibly well managed hotel with staff who seem to enjoy their jobs and provide great service. If I ever come to Indianapolis again, I am definitely staying here. Also great location close to restaurants, stores, and the D1 Factory etc.

Very nice, new, clean hotel with excellent service. The rooms are truly brand new and large. We had adjoining rooms becuase we had our kids and we were not stepping all over each other due to the large amount of space. Tony helped out with a billing question I had which ended up just being my own misunderstanding. We travel a lot with kids and this is a great place to stay.

I thought the amenities that were given were great. I assume it's a little busier during the week because it tailors more towards a business crowd. I mainly booked here because it had good reviews and was right off the highway on my way back north to Milwaukee. I did have to kill a hornet and bunch of flies when I got into my room. Only a couple more flies wandered in throughout the day. We didn't feel like leaving so we went downstairs and got dinner from the bistro. I got the Caesar salad and the bistro burger with an arugula salad. They didn't have the arugula so I basically had a big Caesar salad and then a small one for a side. The food was fine. You pay for the convenience of not leaving and not necessarily the quality. Overall, I was there for just over 12 hours so it served it's purpose.

I called the motel directly to make reservation for Friday September 1, 2024. During the call, I was told that the room was $174; however, for $194 I could include breakfast which I did. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly staff. The general state of the motel and more importantly my room were clean and comfortable. When I went down for breakfast the next morning, there was no record of my having prepaid, so it took some time for them to figure it out. I suspected that my bill would reflect their confusion. Moreover, the breakfast is not a buffet; it is pre-order. I had the eggs, hash browns, toast, and bacon (they didn't have sausage). The food was tolerable even though the over-easy eggs tasted just a bit unusual. I didn't finish the fried potatoes. I would definitely not recommend the breakfast here. My final cost for this motel was $243.38 which reflects that my breakfast was double charged. I frequently stay in motels around the $200 range (generally IHG motels). Most of them offer a free breakfast buffet or at least a reasonable and good tasting breakfast. While the staff is friendly and the place clean, the motel is not a $240 + per night lodging. The walls are thin so that you are able to hear the television from the next room even when they have it turned down low, and there are very few eating options within the area except for the typical fast-food chains. I will, no doubt, check out their competitors on my next visit to the area.

This hotel is definitely worth the stay, I've been to many courtyards across the country and this one is memorable. The staff was very pleasant and courteous and the rooms were so nice! I will say there are a couple things I noticed, first the room isn't toddler friendly, many corners and easy to reach places so if you have a toddler just be careful. Also the shower, although walk in, isn't the most convenient for showering. We did love the smart TV where we could log into our Netflix and even HBO accounts, that was an amazing feature! We will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect for our one-night stay. Quiet area near food and gas stations. Guest services were very polite and helpful. Room was comfy and clean with one exception. Housekeeping did not discard a used razor left in the shower. Other than that, we were pleased with this location and would stay again.

Stayed here for a few nights in May of 2023. Friendly staff and really nice brand new facility. They do a good job keeping everything clean as well. The only downside there is no free breakfast, but there is a Starbucks inside the hotel with a limited menu and prices that are 30% higher than normal.

This place was horrible. The pull out bed felt like a rock was under it. Room service was bad too. They didn't clean the room and water spilled everywhere as the shower didn't close. They give one roll of tissue paper and no water or food. On the website, it lists free breakfast but when you get there you see that there is no breakfast but a small coffee bar with overpriced bagels. This place charges way too much for what you get. Almost 800 CAD for 2 nights. In horrible busy location too. Only perk is that they send up tissue when requested. Would not recommend โน

Hotel was okay but Just FYI. My credit card information was stolen here using its public Wi-Fi. Do not use payment information on hotel Wi-Fi without using vpn. The person made an Amazon account with my stolen information and bought some stuff with it. Please be careful.

I stay at at least 20 Marriott hotels a year. This is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Walls and ceilings are paper thin I can hear everything including the garbage truck at 5 am and the elephant above me at 6am. Staff are all new and have no idea what they are doing. Waited half an hour for breakfast and paid $22 for a coffee and one egg and 3 bacon strips. No room cleaning between days.

We just spent a night here with family of 4. The bed was awful, the AC is on top of wall where we canโ€™t control the flow. It was noisy and cold even we turned on 70 degrees on heat with low fan. The pool was cold with no towels because the front desk said thereโ€™s no housekeeping at night. The website says including breakfast when we booked but thereโ€™s no breakfast bar in the morning. The only coffee bar you have to pay and order your own. I donโ€™t recommend this place.

Me and my husband stayed here for my friends wedding that she was having in their conference room. The bride and groom along with 2 of our other friends stayed in one of their rooms as well. The staff was super friendly upon arrival! The hotel was clean, room was nice and clean as well. Everyone that worked that day was absolutely amazing. They got us anything we needed for the reception set up. The bartenders during the reception were amazing as well I literally cannot say anything bad about them. Even once they closed the bar at 10pm, the lady working that night got us anything we needed as we continued to drink in the reception room and outside. She brought us lemons and limes, ice and even helped us put leftover food in their walkin so the bride and groom could take it home the next day. They lit the fireplace for us so we could stay warm while we were outside. We weren't a rowdy group by any means and we stayed out relatively late but they didnt mind. I would definitely stay here again bc everyone and everything was so amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I have to dock it one star because they required orders for my military check-in, which was unexpected and the mini-restaurant was out of commission which i was not made aware of. other than that, hotel staff was accommodatingly nice and the rooms were very clean.

Our first visit at this property. The FD staff was very helpful & courteous. The hotel itself looked very clean. GREAT location!! The pool was a hit and the kids enjoyed it very much! The room was spacious and comfortable. If you are planing a trip to Indianapolis please consider staying here!

Friendly staff and a lot to do in this area. We had the conference room for the weekend and they could have done a little better job emptying the trash and checking in with us but overall very nice hotel.

We were in town for Indy Fall Fusion. Our room was extremely clean. The staff (day and evening) went over and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were friendly and helpful. All common areas were kept clean and presentable at all times. We will definitely stay when we are in town again. Thank you for making this a stress free weekend.

I had ants in my room (411) Saturday night, I bought spray while I was out and sprayed the are. No need complaining that nite because the were booked up for the basketball tournament. When I told the front desk person just said "it's that time of year and they're looking for somewhere to go. I wasn't offered an apology....he just asked if I wanted a receipt......this was 9/25/2022 at 1:30 pm

Always enjoy staying here. The front desk are always the best. They always look out for the customers and we appreciate them everytime we stay. Very comfortable, and welcoming place everytime. They always help us with any accomendation and are doing a great job overall. Housekeeping always has the rooms spotless. They make it easy to link your netflix or youtube through the TVs. They have free HBO and Showtime as well. Theres a cool loft area on the backside with fire pits and seating. The guy working nights is always helpful, as well as the ladies during the day. We thank yall, they need to give you all a well deserved raise!

My family and I had a very comfortable Father's Day weekend stay at this hotel. Friendly hotel staff, Clean & Spacious suite accommodations, good & convenient food/coffee lattes at the downstairs Bistro Restaurant, conveniently located off of I-465, and close to Aldi grocery store/Big Lots/gas stations/casual restaurants are just a few reasons why this Courtyard Hotel will be the only one we use for all future visits to Indianapolis!

This is a clean , ample parking and well managed hotel by Marriott. However , for the prices we are paying , its not worth it to be honest. There is no free breakfast or even some coffee in the lobby . Everything needs to be paid for. If you are paying so much for a 200sq ft room , you would Atleast have coffee for the customers . And this is not even an airport location where I understand breakfast is not supported. Really disappointed as i havenโ€™t experienced this in any of the other Marriott hotels .

This Courtyard is typical of the chain. The location is nothing to rave about. The place was clean and well kept. The standout was dinner service. I know if you stay at a lot of Courtyards the Bistro is not to die for. We went out to find a restaurant and the few that were open were jammed or not accepting anymore on the wait list. Back to the Courtyard and the food service was closed. We told the staff what happened and they made us very tasty burgers and fries.

So we book the room for our wedding night. Fully paid and even called to find out about early check in. The manager states that our room was ready at 1145 on a phone call. We arrive after our wedding and find out they gave away our room. A fully paid for room with receipt was given away. Thanks for everything Courtyard. Thanks for making us order an Uber to head home after our wedding night

We stayed here for 3 nights. Very clean and new hotel. They have a laundry room, workout room and restaurant/bar in the lobby. I didnโ€™t use any of those facilities but my husband did and said they were great. Staff were pleasant and helpful. They are not doing housekeeping in individual rooms during your stay due to Covid but you can go down to the front desk to get anything additional that you need. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room. Great staff, all professional and welcoming. Very helpful. Bistro...not so much. Limited menu and staff a bit lacking. Could have been a 5 but...cost of a round for two... might want to bring your own.
