I will never return to this restaurant... period. It was the worst service I have ever experienced. We were met at the host stand by a rude individual who made no eye contact and spoke with a flat tone. She literally tossed the menus on the table and walked away before we were seated. Nothing further said; I assumed she was the hostess. Nope, not my luck... she was my server, Yvonne. She was very cold, indifferent, inattentive and never made eye contact. I had to ask another server for a refill during my meal because she never returned to check on the food nor us. The salad bar is overpriced with limited choices and wilted, limp lettuce. The fish and chips had too much breading, and it tasted like old, soggy oil. Another guest ordered the chicken sandwich; it also tasted oily. We all were disappointed with the food as well as service. The server brought the machine to the table to pay, and she stood over us as we selected the tip. It was very awkward and uncomfortable, and she did not deserve much of a tip at all. I'm very displeased overall!

The chicken was great but the burger was a bit dry. Salad bar was good as always and you can't beat the $5 margaritas on Tuesday.

To start with... I don't recall my server's name at the moment, but I do know she mentioned to another table that she hadn't been there quite a month, so some issues are understandable. Our visit did not start out well. It took maybe 5-10 minutes to even meet our waitress, and I believe about 10 minutes for her to return with our drinks which was unusual. Our orders were ... mostly.. correct, but I ended up just eating the burger I was given even though it was incorrect. It was serviceable and worked. Our visit was extended(not by our choice) because our waitress kept disappearing for no apparent reason for long periods of time and offered no explanation. Refills took forever, and I think it took her about 20 minutes after I had seen her last to receive my bill. I do know that the other tables she had there had it worse because I was sitting in earshot of two of them. Although I'll not go into detail about their visit, I will say it seemed justified on their part. I've been to Ruby Tuesday before and to this location specifically several times with no issues, and everyone enjoyed it. At present I have no idea when or if I will return.

$108 for 3 people and the food was awful baked potato hard as a rock, never seen a ribeye steak so thin asked for medium it was well done and rubber. Got home and have had diarrhea for an hour, first time and my last horrible experience.

Service was good for only having one waitress actually working with multiple others standing around doing nothing. However the food was horrible. Chicken, ribs, and the new tacodillas were severely over cooked. The broccoli cheddar soup was hot but broccoli was raw. The salas bar was not up to standards either broken utensils and multiple items out of product. The salad was brown. Lastly the restrooms were very disgusting. Had not been cleaned in a while. Very unsatisfied and still hungry.

This was the first time we dined at this location, we’ve never had issues with any other location. The service was okay but the food was horrible! The tater tots were over fried as well as the chicken sandwich.. they also used bacon bits on our sandwiches rather than real slices of bacon, as pictured in the menu. The salad bar was nearly depleted, olives frozen to the bottom, and the salad dressing spoons were placed in incorrect dressings. The server was nice but you could tell she was overwhelmed since she was the only one there. Very disappointing experience.

My friends and I went for lunch at 11:00 am, only to find the restaurant closed. Phil, the manager met us at the door, explained his employees didn't come in but had some that were on their way. We left, then came back 30 minutes later. He greeted us again and introduced us to Ashley our server. She was amazing! We had a great experience, awesome food, great staff! One of our favorite places to eat! Thanks and we'll be back!

The food is still good. It's sad they are going downhill with the newer restaurants taking over and they can't get any help. It's rarely crowded which is good yet you still have to wait for a table due to no servers. The prices have went up, like everywhere else and the quality and quantity of food has went down. Love that they have a salad bar. That's hard to find anymore. Choices are pretty good. We keep coming back and probably will for a while. That's the only reason for 4 out of 5 Stars is bc of the prices don't match the quality and quantity of food.

I met with classmates for lunch and did not have to wait to be seated. Our waiter was prompt and answered several questions as he took our order. The fish and fries I had was delicious and after everyone was finished eating the waiter took our group photo. I look forward for my next time at Ruby Tuesday.

Our server was fantastic. What I’m concerned about is the fact that I had to flip through several plates at the salad bar both times I went up to get a clean plate. There was a stinch like a drain trap was dry throughout the restaurant. At 1pm, we were the only car in the parking lot as well, had to Google their hours to make sure hey were even open. This definitely isn’t the Ruby Tuesday from back in the day. It’s sad.

I server Leah was great. She allowed me time to select my dinner without pressuring me and was right there with every need I had I appreciate the conscientious service. The food was very good. The salad bar was well stocked and gave me many delightful options. My steak arrived, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the baked potato with even perfect, I will return frequently to your restaurant you have a loyal customer

I was hoping the food would be as good as the atmosphere looked. I ordered the all you can eat salad bar. Definitely not worth the 12.99 My son ordered a guacamole burger with fries. The bun was so hard, but he ate it anyway. He was a hungry teenager and I wish I would have taken him to a better place. Food quality is definitely not like it used to be years ago. Won't be going back.

I’d rate this place a zero if I could! The waiter was nice when we came in on Sunday, but she didn’t come to our table periodically to check on us to see if we needed refills. Now tell me why is the salad bar not filled to the brim with food? Why does this place look shabby and 1990’s? Why was it hardly no customers even in the restaurant? I went for a salad only, and there were no onions even though the waiter filled it up. Let’s just say they can throw away the entire establishment in the trash! I will never EVER go here again. On top of that I traveled all the way from my residence in Fishers! Good luck to whomever goes to this trashy restaurant 🗑️🚮

Came to try something new, we were the only table. Ordered a coke with grenadine, no one including the manager knew what that was. They ended up saying they didnt have it, and a couple mins later they "found it" It was gross and tasted old. We got cheese fries, and they were pretty good but after a bite of each of our entrees we asked for the bill. Server (girl w pink hair) was nice and attentive, but manager didnt even come by to ask what was wrong. Both chicken breasts were very overcooked and dry, and the pasta had no sauce.

3 strikes your out Salad bar and service was disappointing for the 3rd time in a row. For some reason the manager doesn’t seem to understand that Ruby Tuesdays main attraction is the salad bar. Every time we go, it is empty at peak times (7pm on a Friday or Saturday). Every time I have to ask multiple people to restock it. This past time politely asked the manager to restock the salad bar because it needed attention (most things were empty including Romaine lettuce and croutons). His response was flippant and rude. We’ve given the restaurant multiple tries but no more

Our family came to Indianapolis for an appointment at Riley and to enjoy some of the fun activities in the area. We stopped in for dinner at Ruby Tuesdays and were greeted by the wonderful waitress, Stephanie. She was the only waitress on hand for the evening and had a very pleasant demeanor even though she had a lot on her plate. She took our order and had everything out to us quickly. She never stopped smiling and was great at her job. The restaurant itself was fairly clean and the food was hot and tasty! They were out of a few menu items such as the chocolate chip cookie skillet, but overall it was a great experience. We would definitely stop back in on our next visit to Indianapolis!

Good food and service. I'd prefer to see nuts back on the salad bar. I would have given 4 stars if they didn't calculate the tip suggestions bu including the tax. The server does nothing to earn a tip on taxes.

We visited after the lunch rush. The dining room was very dirty. My chair had food crumbs all over it. Salad bar was good, the "grilled shrimp" didn't mention that it would be blackened. Baked potato was ordered with butter, no sour cream, and came with sour cream no butter. Steak was very tough, and the grilled chicken sandwich was tiny and bland.

We usually dine in at least 4 times or more a month. The restaurant was empty and there was several dirty tables. We had to ask where was our food and it still took several minutes to receive our food. We ordered tater tots and they were brunt the server went to the manager and ask for replacements. The server came back and said the manager said the grease was old so that was way they looked burnt. We never saw any manager in the restaurant. This is no way to run a restaurant. The manager needs to be trained properly on customer service and management skills. We will no longer be dining at ruby Tuesday again.

Food was delicious, prices were good, and service was prompt! If only the Ruby Tuesday locations closer to me were still open, as this one is across town!

The only positive was our server. He was very attentive and when needed something he was right there. The food on the other hand was not good. The salad bar was empty, the chicken was way to salty and the tots were either cooked way to long or the oil needed to be changed, or both. Just not good food at all.

Had a great lunch with the $5.99 Tuesday specials. Cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and seemed to have more cheese than usual. Chicken sandwich had great flavor. Great place for a quick lunch on Tuesdays. Thanks to chefs Anthony and Tyler! Server Phil was great...kept our beverages filled and was very personable and friendly. We'll be back often.

The food was good, the service was excellent and the salad bar was as expected. Sadly all the Ruby Tuesday’s anywhere near us have all closed, we ate here because we happened to be in the area, well close anyway, and were craving the salad bar. I hope they manage to hang on especially since this area is hyper-saturated with restaurants to the point of absurdity and the competition must be fierce. We will be back when we are in the area.

The waitress was friendly and bubbly when we sat down, took our order, then disappeared. Took a long time for the food to arrive. Two of us had the salad bar, which was great as usual. Plenty of toppings as well as macroni salads and fresh fruit. But we were all eating while others waited for their food. When it arrived, one person ordered their meatballs said they were great. The waitress did give us to go cups to take the rest of our drinks with us. Atmosphere is pleasant for dinner.

This was not a good experience. Yes the manager had a note on the door they only had 1 server. But, it took us 10 minutes to get drinks even with the hostesses helping. Took 20 minutes for us to put in our order. And the food was horrible once we received it. The steak had to be the lowest grade of steak my husbands ever got. His ribs were so hard they were inedible. I had the New Orleans seafood. The amount of seasoning on the tilapia was enough to choke a horse. There was no other flavor than hot. The only good thing we ate was the salad bar. Very disappointed in how far down this place has gone. They used to have good food and now I’d rather eat out of the garbage can. We will Not be returning and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t even get a Togo box for any food and we had plenty to take home. It’s not even worth giving to a starving person.

We had some delicious food. I got the Hickory Smoked Salmon, substitute steamed broccoli (cooked perfectly) instead of the rice pilaf. One of my favorite dishes here, sometimes I get the chicken too. Tried some ribs as well, really good BBQ flavor. Always a fan of the endless salad bar!
