Overall it was pretty good. I didn't get as many ribs as my wife at first and I asked for a replacement. They brought me a really fresh plate that was far better. -1 star because our server wasn't wearing a mask.

The food was fresh and delicious, also great customer service. ***UPDATE*** Went yesterday for dinner food was not as fresh as the last time I went. You can tell from the updated photos. (No consistency) went from a 5 star to a 3 star.

Love the Cajun Shrimp Pasta great place with great people...

Sports games on 4 different games. We sat outside the bar. We splurged and got Margheritas: Tequila, Triple sec, strawberry, sugar lined room, fresh limes ($6.00) Then I got, queso with guacamole, Pico, and a spicy dipping sauce w/ yummy chips for about $7.49. He got, a special 3-item platter with about 10 choices to choose from ($13.99)

There was a literal cockroach on our table. We got our food which we barely took a bite out of yet and we see a cockroach pop up out of no where and I was shocked! The waitress came out (he was very kind by the way I forgot his name but thanks for great service!) and he got the manager and the manager said everything was on him but we didn’t want the food after that we were do disturbed and lost our appetites. I do not recommend this place and they need to be shut down ..

I had to use the restroom after I was showed to my seat. As soon as I walked in the restroom the bad smell almost made me throw up. I walked to the stall and I have never in my life seen a restaurant restroom so NASTY ,STINKY, NO TOILET PAPER, URINE ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN MY LIFE! Even the walls were so dirty. I walked out the restroom SO DISGUSTED I didn’t even want to sit down to eat. I immediately left. They need to close this location and start all over.

Cassidy was awesome! He was our server but he was actually hosting as well. Answered all of our questions. Made great suggestions for food and drinks. Food was fast and hot. And we got dessert 🍨 perfectly! I’m a restaurant manager and I would love for Cassidy to work for me!

The mozzarella cheese sticks are the best. Homemade and awesome. I had the cajun pasta, ( delicious) and my husband had a pick 2 menu item. Their ribs are delicious and so is their bbq sauce. He also had chicken strips. Not disappointed at all!

Service was good. She was polite and attentive and smiled alot. The atmosphere was ok. It was a little dead in there. Not many people, not many servers, I don't even remember hearing any music. Our appetizer, the trio platter, was so good. I've always loved their southwest egg rolls. My main course, the trio fajita, was just not good at all. Well the beans, guac, pico and cheese was good lol. But the steak was dry and overcooked. The chicken and shrimp had a good flavor but all of it including the veggies were a little charred to much for my liking. The rice seemed old it was tasteless and dry as well. I bumped my rating from 1 to 2 stars because of the service and my appetizer. This was my first time back there in years and I don't think I'll be visiting again.

Went and we both ordered soup a salad and a queso, didn’t get our chips until all the food was brought out. Husband had to wait 20+ minutes for his beer. When I finally got my coke it was diet. Husband had to ask server about his beer then he finally got it. We asked for our second bowl of soup was told it would be a 10 minute wait on soup we agreed and waited close to 20 minutes when we did get our second bowls his chili was ice cold. Wasn’t that busy when we went in.spent close to two hours on a bottomless soup and salad dinner.

The waitress was horrible. Took drink order but only bought back one. We stopped her to remind her three times and we still did not get them. She bought them out after we told another waitress. She bought half of the table food. Some of the food was missing items. So the little kids were looking at us we shared but why did they have to wait. Again we had to get another waitress who bought out our food. The other waitress had to assist because she could see she wasn't doing her job. Mind you this waitress was suppose to be leaving but was so helpful. Mad we didn't get her name we was trying to give her a bigger tip. You would think that would be the end nope. The to go box and containers. Wrong drink to go no tops for the containers. At this point we just got up and ask for ourselves. Been a waitress worked all shifts peek hours and this was just not acceptable. Training them as if they are the customer doing the same exact thing and maybe they will be better

The food was great! I love the choices on the menu. The service was very good and I will be back.

Chili's is a pretty good restaurant I don't go there that often. But it was pretty decent got a hamburger so I usually get anyways. Haven't been to that Chili's in a while it's over on the west side of Indianapolis so yeah

So I took my mom here for lunch a couple of days ago and we tipped more than $20 to a server that we barely even saw the whole time that we were there. The manager had to keep reminding her to come check on her table and the restaurant wasn’t full so I didn’t understand that. Also, it’s now two days later my card is being charged at Chili’s again and no one would have access to my card number besides the restaurant because that’s where I swiped I don’t understand why there’s a pending transaction on my account when I only ate there one day. Those transactions would come out together if they were made same day, but this is a new swipe as if I ate there two days in a row.

I had not been in a while but I was happy to see some new things on the menu. Now I'm excited to go back and try more items. I also live the $10 lunch combo. Chili was awesome.

Half of the order is incorrect or missing. But at least they didn't cancel the order this time. No refund from Door Dash, just a "We're sorry for your inconvenience. "

Food was great and server was amazing. The white female manager or supervisor with the short hair and glasses was so disgusting and rude to her employees. She was unprofessional talking about her personal issues with customers. One of her employees, which was our server, asked for help fixing a customers bill, and she was so rude and called him “crazy eyes” straight to his face. Told another employee that she should feel lucky because she was the only employee she hadn’t yelled at that night. She also proudly announced to the dining room that she already put in her 2 weeks. I can understand why they don’t have any servers or bartenders. Bar was also closed.

This chain picks on their customers and takes online orders for out of stock items without telling you. Can you imagine driving 20 min. Parking. Waiting. No one comes to say a word. Have to walk in.... only to hear... we let you order online... wasted your time. Sorry out of stock on that. Go someplace with common decency. Not here. Avoid all Chilli and partner resturaunts.

Ordered Chipotle Chicken Fresh Mex Bowl. Asked for cilantro on the side; it was in the bowl. Asked for extra Pico de Gallo; got very little. Asked for extra ranch dressing; got almost none. Asked and paid for extra Sliced Avocado; where is the extra??? There could not have been more than 1/2 of a chicken breast. For the price I should have gotten the entire breast. The order taker had it correct but the kitchen ignored everything! Totally unacceptable! Gave 2 stars because it had a good flavor. Otherwise it would have had no stars!

I left. The waitress could not even speak or take my order. I tried to be patient. I was hungry. I am at TGI Fridays. Such a great place to come too. Disappointed, Ambassador Dr. Angela J. Nealy, Ph.D.

Know places are struggling with staffing but you still have to show hospitality and give more effort. There were only 5 tables food was cold and couldn't get refill with out flagging a waitress that wasnt even ours. To get a togo container flagged another one down to get bill. We were paying cash 10 minutes to get change.

Hands down.... For the very first time ever I had the BEST SERVICE Ashton is amazing... polite knowledgeable, informative helpful and all around amazing young lady. I have not seen service like this in so long. Thank you Ashton for making my our experience so wonderful.

Food was great! Burger was massive and so delicious. I haven't been to Chili's in years and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.
