In a word, "yum". I ordered the half turkey club which was served with cole slaw and sweet potato fries. The only sweet potato I have ever had interest in is pie, until now. I don't know if there is a special seasoning they use for the fries or what. All I know is that I love 'em, I love 'em; I want more of 'em. This little "happy" meal is adequately proportioned and adequately priced. While all of the staff were attentive and friendly, Samantha at the bar and Lori are the employees that stood out most. If you are looking for a new experience, take a closer look at Nourish inside the Westin Hotel on Washington Street in Indianapolis. You will not be disappointed. Bon Appetite!

Service? Started out very poorly, the door guy seemed lost and spoke little english, we decided to sit in the bar (it was lunch) and waited an extremely long time for lunch. Food? It was excellent, the burger was one of the best Ive ever had, it was lean but very tender. Salad wedge had generous portions of real blue cheese, and the calamari was cooked with a crisp crunchy outer layer while juicy inside. When it came time for the bill the manager said “don’t worry we got it” due to it taking so long, I never expect fast service when I go to a nicer restaurant in fact I prefer to wait longer so the fact they didn’t charge me was extremely classy.

Beautiful dining. I’m simple, i had the baked chicken breast, crab macaroni, and spinach. Fresh bread and lobster bisque was great as well. Ron the waiter was excellent. And to end a great birthday dinner. A slice of chocolate cake to share with good friends.

Food was good but very overpriced. My ribeye was ordered medium rare and came to the table medium well. For $44 for the steak alone such an error should not happen. Two others in my party had similar issues. Waitress was nice but the service was extremely slow. Took over 20 minutes just to get the check after it was requested and that does not count the time it took to process payment.

This is in the Wyndham hotel we stayed at. Pricey, but we expected that. We chose to split a tomato burrata salad, ribeye, and side of creamed spinach. The steak was overcooked (not what I expected at a steak house) and the meat itself was slightly mealy. The tomato salad was good but could have used some lettuce or more burrata to cut the acidity of all the vinegar. The creamed spinach was fantastic. It was pretty late and we were one of two tables there, but the service was so slow and unattentive. Overall, a fine option but just underwhelming.

Streaks were charred on the outside and bleeding on the inside, not much seasoning, and the sides were bland. I had to send the steak back and have it recooked. Considering the other steakhouses within close proximity I def expected more. However, the waitstaff, and the Hennessy side car cocktail were fantastic!

Food was delicious each time I ate there (3×) but the breakfast and dinner service was really slow (esp dinner), but our lunch server, Sidone, was really awesome and attentive! My fave server by far! And she gave us great food recommendations! For breakfast I ordered the French toast, lunch I had the Prime Burger (and added a fried egg) with steak fries and dinner I had the half honey glazed salmon with the beets salad. I would highly recommend all those dishes!

This is the new name of the previous Shula's restaurant at Westin Indianapolis. The decor is exactly what it was for the previous restaurant and does not remotely convey what one would expect for a contemporary restaurant. The service was lacking and we had to wait multiple times for the server to return to the table. It would have been expected if it were busy, but there were only two other tables that had customers at the time and each had their own server. There were only three of us, but rather than put us at a booth or 4 top, were were placed at two separate 2 tops, which made conversing and sharing the appetizers quite difficult. The food was nothing I'd ever want to order again. I had gotten a burger that was ordered medium rare, and it came rare to rare/blue and was a complete salt bomb. There was not enough water on the table to take away the burn caused by the overpowering salt content. The steak fries accompanying the burger were just the opposite in seasoning, but were the same in the fact they were quite undercooked. The egg that was added to the burger was also well overcooked. The other dishes ordered at the table were just as poor from what was described from the ones who ordered them.

When they came to take our order at our table of 6 I asked the server if he should write down our order? He stated he would be fine as he is a professional. When our order came I had the wrong salad, asked for a wedge and received a house salad. I told them no problem because I was really hungry. When my meal came I was not at the table and my steak was well done, I asked for Medium Rare. My friend sitting next to me, her steak was rare and she couldn't eat most of it. We ordered different steaks so we couldn't even trade. I sent my meal back and they brought me the correct one after the rest of my table had already eaten. I ended up eating the rare parts of my friends steak that she didn't want. We've been to Shulas in different cities and this visit was not enjoyable at all. I don't get to eat out often at fancy restaurants so, when I do I expect the service to be better. The food tasted good and the people were very nice. But, if you go here make sure your waiter writes down your order.

Would appear to be a nice atmosphere. Tried to eat at this establishment A couple of times during a recent stay. One time they said it was to late at night to order food which is understandable (although all those around us were eating). We were told to go back to our rooms and order room service? Second attempt was a breakfast, could not get seated. Waited and waited no luck. Establishment was almost empty but told no open tables for a few more minutes. Ended up leaving.

Our food was great and was as we ordered but the service was slow and lacking. We payed $150.00 for our meal and did not receive the service that we should have for that price. I had the Cowboy Ribeye and it was excellent and cooked perfect. My wife had the chicken and it was delicious as well. I had to use my cell phone light so that I could check to make sure the steak was cook properly because it was so dark. There were only five other groups and only one was bigger then our group of nine so there was no reason for the service was so slow. We have spent less and had the same quality of food and better service from other high end steak houses.
