This hotel is AMAZING! Great stay! Good grill and great staff with great personalities. I've been to many hotels, and this one right here is top tier. You have great vibes at this hotel. You won't be disappointed. The breakfast had many options, and there's a bar here and a fireplace. This place is definitely worth the money and the stay. Beds were very comfortable, and it was like living in a nice upscale studio apartment. The pool closes at 11pm, but they don't really shut it down until around midnight. Everyone greets you and make sure you're enjoying your stay, and you just need to let them know what you need, and they will take care of it. The best hotel in Indianapolis.

I love this chain. You have everything you need. The location for this 1 was great. Near great restaurants, grocery stores, Dunkin & Walmart. My room was very big. I think it was bigger than any others we've been at. However, our bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. We called immediately and was told the manager would be in tomorrow and would call us then. Weird. Luckily, it was just my husband and I, so it was ok. The next day, management called and offered points in exchange for staying there. By now, we had unpacked and didn't feel like being more inconvenienced by packing up to move to a different room. That's why I would've appreciated the move offer upon our original call, but we had to wait until the next day. I say this all to say...management was nice & thoughtful and willing to address and fix our issues BUT there has to be a better solution with timing instead of travelers having to wait until the next day for their problems to be resolved.

I'm staying here for a conference. Staff, friendly and always helpful. Rooms, very clean, lots of space, comfy beds. Check in, perfect, security in mind, and they don't say your room number out loud. A plus for a female traveler. Lots of parking. Over-all, this is a great hotel, did I mention clean? Very clean, I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Great access to I65 and I465. They do offer free hot breakfast. Nothing phenomenal, but decent for being included. There is a grocery store less than a block away, which is useful since you have a small kitchen in the rooms. Also within walking distance of several restaurants. The fitness center has the same treadmills and ellipticals as my local gym. A small selection of free weights are also included. It does have an indoor pool that looks nice, but I didn't use it. Really nice outdoor half court basketball too. On site paid laundry is also offered.

1st time staying at this Residence Inn, and will definitely stay again. Newer hotel with lots of room to relax in or out of your room. Good size pool, basketball court, and big courtyard areas are all great extras that make hanging out at the hotel easy to do.

Everything was great until I left an item in my room. There was no communication between morning shift/management and evening shift. No one could tell me if my item was found while cleaning. The front desk told me I had to wait until 10 AM the next day. Then she hung up on me. I found this a disturbing customer service problem.

The service was excellent! Veronica was very attentive as she made sure to take care of me and my family! The other staff is very professional as well. They have amenities to accommodate your whole family. Also, the hotel is right of the highway and surrounded by convenient stores so you don't have to travel far! I will definitely stay there again!!

Rachel has been absolutely wonderful during our stay here! She has Gina above and beyond in making sure we have everything we need and I feel like she genuinely cares and does everything she can to make sure we have a great stay. Cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough!

This hotel has such cozy rooms, and the most amazing facility. My husband and I loved the gym and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back again!

I'm never disappointed at any Marriott location. Comfy bed, clean room, professional staff, and trustworthy cleaning staff. This particular location has a free breakfast bar offering. Try the little quiches. They're really yummy. So are the breakfast sausages. This hotel offers an indoor pool and fitness center. But this was the first time I saw an outdoor basketball court for guests. Nice touch. The hotel is also right across the street from The Ale Emporium, literally one of the best wings and pizza joints in the country.

The hotel is great. The rooms are huge and very clean. The breakfast is fantastic. The staff is excellent. My only issue (not really the hotel's fault) is the construction going on next door. We were awakened at 6:30am by the (very loud) sounds of heavy construction equipment literally right outside our window. I wish we could have had a room on the opposite side of the building. Then it would have definitely been 5 stars across the board.

I stayed here for a good 3 months and my experience was so positive. Staff is friendly and housekeepers always respected my stuff. They never moved it around and cleaned around very well. I was always greeted with a smile, amenities are always kept in well condition. Pool was always clean and gym was always clean. Affordable laundry and breakfast was delicious. Thank you staff! I’ll always recommend this hotel stay :)

Stayed here over the Christmas freeze of 2022. Had 4 adults and 2 dogs in 2 rooms. The rooms are large and well appointed. The staff is very friendly. There is a free buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when visiting family on the south side of Indy.

Hotel is conveniently located off highway. Staff was friendly. Room was big, even by comparison to other Residence Inns I've stayed with. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again if passing through the area.

We LOVED our experience. My husband had a conference and we tagged along. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was not too cold and very clean. We will definitely be booking again if we come back to town.

Staff was very unprofessional, especially Assistant General Manager. Asked my family and I to leave after our house fire because I'm diabetic and forgot a sharps container.

Fabulous Staff and equally amazing property. This is one of the best Marriott properties I have ever been when I visited my brother. The staff led by the Manager Cassie were truly outstanding. I could witness the cleanliness, room size and the speed of service were all above par. The check out process for my brother visiting from abroad has some complexities by the way it was booked by the Travel Agency but Ariana at the front desk along with Cassie sorted it out without breaking a sweat and with a smile on their faces. I was really surprised by their fantastic knowledge of the hotel reservations and professionalism under stress. Way to go!

I was shocked by the amenities in our room, which included a full sized refrigerator, electric stove top, microwave, dishwasher, and counter with seating.

Little crazy with the traveling kids sports teams on the weekends. The staff was great and the assistant manager was one of the best in the business. Location was great and the room was nice.

The rooms are very spacious & quiet. Hot lasting water. Variety Breakfast. And the Maid name Ann, gets 4 stars for all her hard work.😇

My young son and I checked in really late from a long day on the road. Extremely tired we went straight to the room. Not sure how clean my room really was. Alarm clock was hiding under the bed. Dishes were in the dishwasher. Things just didn't seem put away properly. The pool needs to be cleaned. The water is clear but the base needs a good scrubbing and vacuum. The staff was HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ACTUALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to request a late checkout and am old lady working the night shift was asking me terribly ordinal questions when I asked. My reasons for wanting a late check out are of no concern to you, thank you. She then asked if I had a preference Program like their Bonboy. I don't but booked with my platinum card, which should have put me somewhere on the list for a priority. Guess not. After asking me all these questions, she then tells me she can't even help me and I'll have to wake up early to all the day shift (making a late check out and sleeping in pointless)!!!! I then get up early to all for a late check out. The front desk lady barely looks and tells me no. I said that seemed strange, but I. Could we get a late check out? She simply says "no" with an attitude. I log into both my Platinum Travel cards and memberships and it shows on each website they do have rooms. So I go ask again and she simply shrugs. Then we two to get breakfast. What a gross mess. Dried out bagels with burnt cheese. Dry hard waffles and watery soupy oatmeal. I bring some stuff to our room and realized after finishing I needed some juice. I go back and they've shut breakfast down early. I go to the front desk and ask Ms. Unhelpful if I could get some juice since they closed early, and again, she shrugs and tells me that if they've closed, there's absolutely nothing she could do. Even though they closed early. No customer service at all. I will be contacting my conci to let them know that this hotel treated a tired, run down single mama like dirt.

I’ve been staying here for months. All of the staff are amazing. They are all kind and helpful. I will say my “go-to” person is Ms. Jill at the front desk. She is by far the best! She is very approachable and super friendly. She makes me feel like this place is a home a way from home. I don’t know what I’d do with out her! The rooms are very nice and spacious. Honestly my one complaint would be the couch. Two things about this. First, they are made of like a faux leather material which makes it very cold and uncomfortable to touch and extra firm. The second issue is there is no back support. Maybe throw pillows would help but those aren’t an option. Basically the couch is very very uncomfortable… unless you don’t mind wearing pants and sitting on the edge of the cushion seat. Very sad because it would be nice to curl up or just sit on the couch and watch a movie or just relax. The continental breakfast is just ok. The majority of the food is prepackaged breakfast sandwiches that are warmed up. They do fresh food on occasion but the company has been slowly going away from that. Very disappointed but not a show stopper.

Check in very late @5:15 pm. Didn't find any activities work out, pool, etc. TV choices nit great. Low # of Sports shows!!! HBO was out, apparently would not come on. But: Comfort--Bed and furniture was good. Breakfast was good! The staff was nice!

Room was pretty big and decently clean. Saw some hairs in the bathroom and there was some pretty obvious wear and tear throughout the room. Just about everything you need in the kitchen. The water pressure was pretty weak in the bathroom, but great at the kitchen sink. The water got nice and hot everywhere. The A/C worked well. I could hear people walking above and next to my room, but not terribly. There was some weird clicking noise that woke me up throughout the first night. I thought about switching rooms, but just turned the fan on to run all night as white noise and that helped. TV responded slowly, but worked. Internet was super fast. A couple drawers were broken, but I didn't need them. Love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in the shower so I don't have to bring any. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was okay. Sometimes the hot stuff wasn't hot. They had sandwiches in sealed bags in the warmer and one was actually cold. I'm sure they're doing the best they can with limited resources. My mobile key didn't work, which was inconvenient because I hate carrying the room key that tends to get deactivated every time the wind blows.
