So many clinics/urgent care could learn from the efficiency and friendliness of this facility! They have consistently been available for my family in a crunch. And I feel welcomed from the moment we walk through the door until we leave. The nurses and Dr have such a good bedside and friendly manner!

Since I’ve been taking my baby here I’ve been very satisfied. Also to be able to do video time with his doctor when my baby isn’t feeling well makes me very happy that they really care and still make it possible for your child to be seen and checked on. She was able to look at him and also look at his belly to see how he’s breathing and was able to tell me that he looks just fine. She’s told me what to do and also gave me the option to bring him in if I would like. I’m so happy I found them!

I have 4 kids under 12 and have been to a lot of doctors over the years. This office was by FAR the fastest and most kid friendly! They even have tiny recliners in front of a TV playing kids movies. All of the staff was extremely helpful and caring. Nadia helped both over the phone and in person. She was simply delightful. My daughter was there after injuring her leg and Nadia put such a big smile on her face! I’m changing all of my kids’ to this facility!!! 10 stars from me!!!

My wife and I just brought in an 18 month old little girl. We are volunteer guardians. The little gal is sick so we brought her for a cash pay visit. But the doctor, who had absolutely nothing else going on, refused to see her. Something about it being their policy to not take cash payment from Medicaid patients. Again, we are guardians trying to get her care and we are paying out of OUR pocket. I asked the front desk ladies - who were very nice - to speak with the doctor. But I guess he/she did not want to explain themselves, preferring to channel messages via the staff. Instead, we were offered a televisit through their drive through. How do you check ears that way? The place's motto is "where kids come first". Well, they failed our little girl tonight when there wasn't another person in the waiting room. Guess the doctor had better things to do.

We LOVE all employees there! Starting from front desk to all the nurses and MAs they are amazing friendly and my kids love them! They really care and listen to my every concerns . Dr my daughter had today was very friendly nice understanding and polite he explained how we can help my daughter. 100% recommend them!!

Always received wonderful care when taking my sons in! Their hours are very accommodating for working parents and their walk in wait times are almost close to none. So happy to have a place like this available to not have to take the kids to an ER when our primary pediatrician is unavailable.

Stopped in as a walk-in on a Saturday morning. My child was complaining of an earache. They checked us in and we were meeting with Dr Menendez in less than 15 minutes after arriving. Dr Menendez confirmed an ear infection, sent the Rx to our pharmacy and we were out in a little over 30 minutes. The clinic is clean and inviting for children. My child enjoyed looking at the aquarium, sitting on the animals but especially enjoyed the theatre seating area and the unicorn themed waiting room. On our way out, she asked if we could come back to this clinic the next time she's not feeling well.

My family is so grateful to have found this place. You feel welcomed from the very start, no rudeness at the front desk whatsoever (which unfortunately you come to expect from many urgent care places). Paperwork is minimal and to the point. The nurses and doctors are so caring, they asked us to follow up and make sure to let them know how my son was doing the days following his visit. They answered about 100 questions I had without any bother. This place is a prime example for any pediatric office to follow! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I brought my son here after having to wait at a hospital emergency room for over 3 hours. I walked in with my son and he was taken in right away! The staff was so great and the medical assistant was so patient with our son. I loved how she took the time to make him feel at ease and answered his questions. It’s my second time here and this will become my go to clinic for urgent care needs! Thank you Pediatrics On Demand!

This was our first visit with Pediatrics On Demand. I chose them over a closer, regular urgent care due to past reviews and it strictly geared towards children. The wait to be brought back was minimal and from the time we were in the room to leaving after seeing the Dr was maybe 20 minutes. So quick and so efficient. Everyone was so nice and great with our daughter. We did have one issue with the pharmacy being out of the prescription that was sent over, I called the office back and a new script was sent over within minutes. They called back after an hour of us being seen to give us test results that we were waiting on. We will be back if we ever need care during after hours from our pediatrician. Thank you for a great first visit!

This was my second time in this urgent care. First time was great, they had the reception open & we’re actually taking care of patients. This past time I went (Jan. 2022) they were doing drive though video call only. They let my daughter in the reception to check her vitals & took her a Covid test. The doctor said he wouldn’t be able to prescribe anything until the test results came back. I took her Sunday, & they called me Sunday but I unfortunately missed their call. I called back right away &for DAYS & they would NOT return my call. It is now Thursday & No call back!! HORRIBLE!! I had to take her somewhere else because they were clearly not going to call me back. Will not be going back!!!

We have been here twice now. The doctors have been very caring and thorough. Both times we had no wait and the doctors took the time to speak with us, answer questions, and address concerns. The nurses and other staff have also been wonderful. I’m so glad we found this office.

Exceptional environment. We are second time parents and while my son sees a different doctor at another facility this one is at par with our standards. Though every place has its flaws and the one that stuck out to us is seeing a different doctor each visit. Building relationships is important to my family. While passing along the same information is very informative it can also get tedious. Having that doctor that you see on a regular basis who knows your story and doesn’t need anything reexplained helps out a lot in our opinion. Other than that facility is very child care friendly. Staff are very helpful, professional and nice. Would definitely recommend this place if you live in the area.

Not all of the doctors and staff there are rude however the ones I had the pleasure of interacting with today were very rude and made it seem like I should not have brought my child in for care. If I feel that there is something wrong with my child I am going to bring them in and it is the Doctors job to assess my child. But instead the doctor and nurses were very dismissive and told us that a cough is nothing to worry about until it has been 4 weeks. Which is absolutely ridiculous especially for my child who isn’t even 2 yet.

Today was my girl first time, she loves the place. And people work there are so kind.

HORRIBLE experience. The doctor wanted my 3 year old daughter to take her shirt off in a creepy manner when there was no need to. I brought her in for pink eye just to confirm that she doesn't have it because she didn't show any symptoms. The doctor tried to push me to get the medication. When I told him I already had medication from her primary care physician he started asking about what brand it was and that I should start her on the medication he wanted to prescribe. It felt like he just wanted to sell whatever drug he was trying to push. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER bring my children here again. Took my daughter to her primary physician right after and they said she didn't have pink eye.

Since the minis clinic was created across the street and merged together, it’s unorganized. I have been there three times since then. Yesterday they mistakenly called us different names twice, sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy although I wrote it three times (they did fix it eventually). My son almost got swabbed a second time by accident. Children are running around everywhere and flipping the seats. All the staff is kind and the doctor is caring but still unorganized. Please organize yourselves, I really like this place.

My first time here everyone was so friendly Dr. Is amazing. My Daughter's pediatric office totally missed yet another diagnosis. Found a new office and loved our first experience there thank you to the staff. Front desk young lady is so welcoming and sweet. Thank you for your services Pediatric on Demand.

Absolutely love this place. I have taken my little one twice now as an emergency. The attention you get from the moment you walk in the door is top notch. I am thankful for the staff and Drs here, both times I’ve gone they have been such a help!

If you can just wait until the morning to see your doctor I say wait . If it is an emergency then go to the ER. This is the only urgent care place in the area that doesn’t do simple liquid stitches. How do I know they are simple? Cause I am a nurse and have done them on these types of wounds before. I don’t have the products or stomach to do it on my own child though. My child was politely turned away because they would not do any minor wound care. It worked out though because the ER gave us great care under two hours and it was not as dirty as Pediatrics on Demand. Crazy.

This place is truly, truly exceptional and outstanding every time. The doctors and staff are always thorough, efficient and courteous. I've been taking my 5-year-old since she was 1 or 2 and I leave more impressed every time. Their vision for a kid-focused (and subsequently, parent-focused) care experience is genius. The drive-up is convenient. Scheduling is always smooth by phone and online. The office is adorable. One night, I called at 9 p.m. urgently seeking a drive-up covid test. They told me if I got there by 9:30 p.m., I'd get results that night and it happened. Great place!

I have been to pediatrics on demand a few times for urgent care services and they've done an amazing job. The office is very kid-friendly and inviting. Staff and nurses work diligently and efficiently and doctors are knowledgeable with good bedside manner.

Our daughter is sick with a fever. We were able to get in right away and the doctor and nurses were very friendly helpful. They tested for many possible things and we didn’t have to push for those tests. Thank you!

Clean practice with a friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors. Check-in was easy and wait times were decent. Only complaint is that it seemed that the MA’s didn’t really want to work. The doctor wanted to update my child’s medical record and when I let the MA’s know, they all looked at each other to see who was going to do it and it took a while for it to get done. The MA that did get it done was doing it for the first time and still learning and was really nice about the wait. I’m happy to return to the practice.

Dr. A is AWESOME! She is very compassionate and cares for my children as if they were her own. Had to visit 3 times in a week due to two sick kids. Very professional and caring employees. Kids loved the movies in the lobby and tv’s in each room. I will be returning for future pediatric needs. Thanks

Exceptional service! I admit this was not my first choice to take my sick son but our usual urgent care facility was closed. I’m pleasantly surprised by the service we received from every single person we encountered! The place is so clean and staff was super kind and friendly! It made my son less scared and willing to be checked. We were in and out with minimal waiting. The Dr. and nurses were kind and patient. I’m so happy we stumbled across pediatrics on demand! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation more bearable.

The experience here was AMAZING! On a Saturday at 6 PM i expected to wait at least 45 mins for my child to be seen, but the whole visit was under an hour. From start to finish the entire process was GREAT. Will definitely always recommend. TIP- Verify your insurance prior to going to make sure you don't waste your own time.

Couldn’t be happier with this emergency visit. Came in an hour before closing and the staff was as pleasant as if we were there during the day. The entire waiting area is catered to making littles feel comfortable and inviting which is a breath of fresh air from our normal pediatrician office. The pediatrician that took care of our son was outstanding. She was very personable and understanding. She didn’t rush the visit at all and listened to us and our son intently. We couldn’t be more happy after leaving. Even our son fighting through his fever was looking more spirited and wouldn’t stop talking about the doctor and staff. I made sure my wife got on the phone today to switch his PCP to this location and doctor. Keep up the great work and thank you!
