Great food and service, especially in this location! Sometimes you may need to wait for more than hour to get a table but during the week you can always be seated right away. The portion of their plates is great and the prices make sense. The drinks are good but not as strong.

The food here is really delicious no doubt and the portions are massive. A meal here is around 1700 calories and eating it would probably cause a coma. Came for my mom's birthday and had a great time. We usually stop here for special occasions if I'm in town.

The fried squid is really delicious, I really recommend it. The fish and chip's fish was crispy and soft. However, the french fries that came with were not crispy and had no taste. There was a lot of cheese in the pasta and it went well with the right sauce. The mango smoothie I drank instead of the cocktail was refreshing and delicious without being too sweet! Also, workers are kind, friendly, and good service!

Fast friendly and super polite. In the heart of Karen kountry, this staff is accommodating and accomplished at seating, servicing and satisfying quickly. Huge capacity and massive portions make this a value driven chain. All our cheesecakes (first) were delicious and we bragged and shared our entrées. Thank ti the high tops at the bar we were seated served and satiated in under and hour.

Got to come here a few nights ago for late night dinner! We had burgers 🍔 , salads 🥗 pizza 🍕 and pasta 🍝 and they were pretty good! The place is frozen cold so if you like a cold place to eat this is for you 😆 Cheers 🥂

Mr. Chris P Served our dinner tonight. He had a nice smile on his face all the time and he was pretty kind and patient with us, cause the menu had so many great options and we couldn't decide what to choose. He gave us good recommendations and we enjoyed our food. And he was constantly checking if we need anything.

The wait during meal times can be excruciatingly long, but the food is generally good. As the main casual sit-down of this mall, it's hard not to give it a bad score. Of course, the bread is where it's at. Whether you're getting rye or sourdough, be sure you don't fill yourself up too quickly with it, as the main food can be heavy, too.

Very nice location, relaxed vibe, atmosphere is well designed. Surprised that they are this fancy. Haven't tried the food yet so I'll give that a 3/5

Got a small lunch to celebrate our 10th year anniversary of being together. The stuffed mushrooms are amazing and my wife's favorite. The fried cheese sticks were my personal favorite. The cheese was almost like butter in the mouth. Very tasty. The cheesecake was also very amazing. Even my wife liked it and she isn't usually big on desserts. It's a lemon raspberry cheesecake. Not overly sweet and the raspberry sauce is a little sour too, which we both liked. Great experience. Definitely recommend coming here :)

Oh where do I start? Cheesecake Factory is one of the best places in hole USA. Always grateful but always a long wait to get in. Apparently they do not do waiting lists and cannot take names on the phone. Which is kind of stupid because they're going to see your name either way. But food was amazing cake selection is always top notch. Would go again and again and again where we're in the states.

Been a long time since I've eaten at one of these restaurants and the food and drinks may bring me back sooner than later. Had a great meal and our server was nice. My only negatives are the long waits and there was hella people so it's loud.

On a good day, Cheesecake factory is basic, but I was even more disappointed this time. The nachos were a disappointment, as you can tell from the sad presentation. The waffles were flavorless, and the chicken was bland. The chilaquiles with carnitas were ok. However, the carnitas' meat was weak and bland, and they didn't ask how I wanted my egg, so they scrambled it into the pile of chilaquiles. As for the lack luster service, they didn't give us complimentary bread or even ask if we wanted it, never refilled our drinks, and forgot the bacon and fruit for the breakfast plate. I did like their homeade tortilla chips. Altogether, we ordered chicken and waffles, strawberry waffles, bacon eggs toast fruit plate, nachos, and chilaquiles with carnitas.

Definitely a great place to go for food. Except that it may take some time before you could get seated. When I placed my order, they gave me the cheeseburger with bacon in it, that was not what I wanted, but it was 10/10.

We waited about 40 minutes for a table on a Saturday afternoon. We started with the macaroni and cheese balls, they were delicious. The veggie burger was rather dry and fell apart and crumbled as I tried to eat it. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan pizza style, it looked delicious. For dessert we tried the lemon meringue cheesecake, which was amazing. Our server was great.

It's a cheesecake factory, it's already well established as a chain restaurant and during this point in time I had a nice time on a weekday evening. Food was good, came out well plated and I had left too full to even order a cheesecake. Honestly, I don't easy here often but if some one I knew said they wanted to eat here with me, I'd say yes. Just be ready to spend more than $20 when eating here for sure.

Historically I have always enjoyed my visits to the Cheesecake Factory (CCF). They have good food, good service and also a great ambience. I visited the Irvine Spectrum Center location over the Labor day weekend and I am sad to say that the service quality has gone down. Starting from the bread they serve in the beginning to the final dessert we ordered, we had to remind and ask for things multiple times. The bread they got in the beginning, was cold (this was after telling us that we had to wait for the bread to come out of the oven), they did not serve olive oil and balsamic vinegar (only gave butter), not enough cutlery and dishes on the table, food came after about 30 minutes of wait and one of the orders came incorrect, etc. The list is endless. I am not sure if it was just the wrong day that we visited or if the overall quality has gone down. Definitely disappointed.

It’s my favorite place, always we had good experience at quality food. Our waiters was nice and friendly but she was slow. I recommend mushroom steaks with mashed potato.

Went here today and Riah our server was amazing! Really excellent service. We ordered the poke nachos appetizer. It had so many flavors and was my favorite. For our main course I had a flatbread and he had white chicken chili with a cheese stuffed burger patty. I thought the flatbread was good, but nothing special. My husband loved the cheese stuffed patty and also enjoyed the chilli. For my birthday dessert I had the lemon meringue cheesecake. Amazing mix of flavors, and definitely didn't feel like I was missing out on one of the flavors I didn't choose. All in all I would come again at lunch.

Meat loaf steak dianne Buffalo blast calamari are my go to outstanding don’t too much care for their cheesecake though

I had one of the worst dining experiences of my life at this Cheesecake Factory location. I ordered a New York steak which took 40 minutes to come out, and when it did, it was cold and well done instead of medium rare. My brother's pasta dish also took an hour to arrive. The service was slow and unaccommodating, and the food was not up to the standards I expect from a restaurant of this caliber. I would not recommend this location and suggest to look for another option.

The family and I decided to dine in at the Cheesecake Factory at the Irvine Spectrum. We arrived during the lunch hour so it was super crowded, the wait ended up being an hour wait after being told it would be 20mins (hence the 4 star rating). After being seated, we checked out the menu and noticed a few of their popular items were removed from the menu (which was a bummer) but that didn't stop the show. I ordered the impossible burger with seasoned crispy fries and let me tell you it was juicy and delicious!! It wasn't overcooked at all, it was perfect. Now, the fries were super salty (oh my goodness) can we say, check your blood pressure afterwards salty!! But hey if you love it like this, these fries won't let you down lol. I also got to sample everything everyone else got so I'll be able to let you guys know what's up. Shrimp Scampi w/ Red Sauce, I was a bit skeptical the red sauce had me thrown off a bit but it was really delicious surprisingly. The Shrimp were huge and succulent and not overcooked (which I appreciate) because I truly didn't want to sample baby scampi with the baby shrimp that was once medium shrimp. Overall it was very good and filling, no complaints at all. Next up, The Miso Glazed Salmon w/ Mashed Potatoes. This dish doesn't come with mashed potatoes it originally comes with rice but it was subbed out w/ mashed potatoes and that decision was the best (in my opinion) it took it to the next level. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the salmon was a 6 ounces but it truly looked bigger. This was the lunch portion and it was a hefty plate so if your super hungry opt out for the dinner portion which comes with a 9 ounce (bon appetit, knock you off your feet). The potatoes were very good and they were not completely mashed, they left some larger pieces of potato in as well which wasn't bad. It wasn't golf ball size pieces, maybe like nickel and quarter size, if that makes sense. Everything was very good and customer service was great. Our waiter did a very good job with staying up with refills and check ins without being overwhelming. Nonetheless, our experience today was good, everyone enjoyed their food and I enjoyed the samples. Lastly, don't forget to tip your waiter/waitress :) Thumbs up Cheesecake Factory!

We made reservations through Yelp. It worked out great considering it was swamped for Father’s Day. There was 7 of us and they sat us in a round booth. It was great because we could all see and hear each other and have nice conversations all together. Much better than a long table where you can’t all stay connected. Food was fantastic. Service was great. Overall it was a great time and new memories were made!

Cheesecake is surprisingly one of the few chains that I come back to eat at. A couple of dishes that are solid: - angel hair pasta with shrimp - chipotle chicken pasta - fried zucchini Not bad: - factory nachos - Turkey club sandwich (good but wished it was a little hotter - bun was toasted but not hot. Bacon was cooked but not hot) - Thai salad - kids sliders

The food was pretty hit or miss. The salad and mushrooms were fairly bland and the chicken samosas were over seasoned. I’ve tried this place a few times and it’s just overpriced for the portion size and the quality. There’s nothing I would strongly recommend food wise that I’ve tried but they did have seating available immediately while other restaurants in the spectrum had 30-45 minute wait times (now I know why). We split a salad and 2 appetizers, didn’t get any drinks or dessert, and it was about $25 per person. Wasn’t worth it. The server was friendly and kept our water glasses full and checked in on us frequently which is the only reason I gave 3 stars.

I and my friends had lunch on Sunday afternoon, the restaurant was super busy. We had 45mins wait time to get seat but it was all worth the wait. Food was delicious 😋.

My stake was well done, not medium well but it was still pretty good & there was no asparagus on the side either. It was late so I understand they probably ran out but if your paying $85 + tips you at least expect to get what you order. The staff was really friendly and attentive.

I sat down for my monthly treat-myself dinner with my adopted family. Well I'm never EATING HERE AGAIN. Yeah you heard me. It was a beautiful establishment.... on the outside, however the criminalized and decrepit interior brought anger to my soul. The waiter was nice and quiet with our order. However his odor was not. Food was delicious, quite a sight. Finished the plates without a fright. Overall I loved it!!
