Decent place yet got almost everything (cinema, mall, food stalls, clothing store, karaoke). Favorite place as a student. The cinema smaller than other places in jb yet still worth to have fun.

Good place to buy grocery in bulk, more variety and affordable. Most shops in Level 1 is closed or claw machine shops. Good places to buy malay clothings or kids clothing as the price is dirt cheap.

Went in with a lot of expectations but most of the shops are closed ! Mostly massage parlours and few mobile phone shops !

Won’t allow for my delivery to be left at the door like requested. Cost $10 delivery on top of my everyday Woolworths delivery fee. I had to go on an adventure to the post office to collect coconut juice. I’ve opened it today and the cans are not the size advertised and are dinted. Ridiculous. I will never buy from here again. Avoid at all costs.

The Retails shop here sell the cheapest and quality products in Johor bahru . I get my flavour beg here only Rm 25 compare to the other retails at other Shopping mall in Johor Bahru . Its have a cinema here call MBO ,and Claws machine here . U can get entertainment time here . But unfortunately , the pasaraya Giant here is permantly closed .

The parking need lighting... And a fresh light colour paint... Very unpleasant experience to park the car here... Like entering a cave.

Toilet need renovation. Broken and dirty. Parking lot need more improvement. Maybe improve the lighting.

When we came to the value mart , we met the worker who provides hand sanitizer, and unfortunately he wave his hand on us and badly saying go go go.. he shows unrespect welcome and was very rude to me... I dont recommend this shop because of this rude guy

Tukang timbang sayor n buah super RUDE. Which is uncle chinese. I took orange 4 that is 3 for rm8, but one is rm3.30. He took out one. While I’m willing to pay. Then mase I nk pergi. Dia cakap woi. Then tunjuk gune muncung mulut je. Yg lg satu tu. X ckp pon kene ltak balek ke ape. While mase dia timbang, after he selotape. Die biar je dekat tmpt selotape tu. Not even putuskan and I have to reach it for myself. Good job TF mart Umall. You have the WORST worker of the year 👏👏👏 if u dont do something about it. Then guess u never really care about ur customer experience 🤡

Good place for alot of stuffs. Has entertainment like movies which is quite cheap and good along with restaurants, grocery shops , electronics, DIY, salons , karaoke etc!

Things are mostly well priced. Some stuff you can find cheaper in other stores or shopee.

Surprisingly the mall does not look like a shopping center from the outside entrance but inside it has many stalls selling lots of items and even cinema halls for movies. It more like your local handgout catering to the locals in the vicinity and neighbourhood. Pleasant environment and cosy for shopping.

Most people go to Umall to buy things at TF, Mr. Diy, Ninso and Guardian. Umall should step up their game by having i.e Texas Chicken as fast food restaurant. Most of the shops here is massage place, phone shops, clothing shops and saloon which is repeated business. Lack of diversity like Aeon which provides more than here

All the toilets was rundown and smelly.. please do something about this.. not so many shop were open..

So many things on sale at affordable prices. The sellers are polite.
