Mainly went for the food and drink and wasn't disappointed. If you're looking for a nice inexpensive meal and a friendly atmosphere, then a Monday night might be your answer at the Rovers.

If you're after a great choice of real ales in Douglas and like a quirky, fun atmosphere this ticks all the boxes. Save yourself the bother of the quayside pubs and walk the 2 mins here instead. Absolute belter of a place.

Rovers is a brilliant place for a drink or many drinks, great selection of drinks alcoholic, non etc. The pub also serves excellent food on site which is very tasty and delicious, the pub is very warm because there is a good size log fire, it has toilets also, the people are very friendly and the company very good, overall a bit of a hidden gem the rovers return and the location its in is very good close to others pubs night clubs etc. Jamie.

This is the best pub in all of the realms! They have heavenly ales. I went on the Jukebox and now I have no money, but it was hands down the best one I've ever used! They also have a secret lair that looks like it used to be a Finnish sauna from the 80's, it's perfect evading the island's wronguns. I will be back.

If you want a proper boozer with no intrusive music or tv then this is the place to go. Friendly staff and customers and a nice warm open fire.

Great staff and a decent selection of ale. Can be noisy but there are a few side rooms if you want quiet. You could still relax and enjoy a decent pint. No food other than crisps nuts etc. It was my favourite pub in Douglas and I had had tried a few!!

This is a great pub for decent priced drinks and a friendly welcome. It's not fancy, amd attracts a more "alternative" crowd. The staff are great, the atmosphere is good and the prices are amazing!

A great pub, full of character and quaintness. The beers are all Busheys brewed and are excellent and the food is brilliant with huge portions at brilliant prices. The pub caters for all ages from the lunchtime office workers to a room full of friendly Metal/Punk fans in the music room with live bands

Great pub, our favourite in Douglas. Good choice of ales and lagers. Best prices!!! Always busy but the staff are amazing and you won't be waiting long. Plenty of seating inside or stand on the street.

One of Douglas's best pubs... Even if it's a but a shadow of the late great, & much lamented, Bushy's.

Classic isle of man welcome evertime you go. Best place to try only manx lager Norseman made by Bushies. Slightly out of way but if you are looking for a great relaxed fun night then this is your place .

Great pub, which I had not revisited for many years. Great range of local, handpulled ales available plus a good selection of Baked potato or Burger meals for lunch.

👍👍 I loved the restaurant. The fajitas were delicious. It was a very friendly atmosphere, and this is also a sports bar with big TV screens to watch the games, etc. A bot serves food here. High tech, too.

👍👍 Pub is nicely decorated in a lovely location, opposite the quay. Service was really friendly and I was only popping in for a pint initially but as a lone female, I felt very comfortable here so decided to stay for food too. Pie, mash, seasonal veg and gravy were delicious. Couldn't fault it. Would r...

👍👍 Some of the best pub grub about. You don't have to break to bank to enjoy some quality alfresco dining here. Lovely food, friendly staff and a nice calm atmosphere. Plus if the weather isn't great the indoor dining area light and spacious. If you're near govy and your peckish this is the place to go...
