Amazing class. I was a bit apprehensive as my Hebrew is not good however the teacher, Gilgi made the class bilingual. Great atmosphere and felt right at home! Thank you.

Great place, dedicated teachers with alots of knowledge in Yoga, give you the feeling you are a special one. There some free activities you can come and get inspiration and wonderful energy. There are alots of courses like Yoga cookings, Ayurveda, meditation and practice Asanas and Pranayama. Come there every week

Beautiful Ashram in a middle of a city. A place that provides various courses like yoga (different levels), meditation, cocking class, kitan classes, Indian philosophy and different workshops that helps with self-realization and understanding. I have been going there for two years, during which i feel like i succeed to improve both my mental and physical conditions.

Sivananda is so much more than mere physical practice, it's a complete spiritual path! I am thankful for it

I Felt in love with the place! You can feel real spirit of Yoga from the first second you entere the studio. I took probably most of the cources (which are plenty), and I can't describe in words the positive influence it made on my life, and my Yoga practice. Highly recommended !
