    Arseniy is an incredible guy, finally, I found him in Israel, and his hookah!!! Thanks for the amazing services and his best hookah here, just believe me, you need to try his hookahs if you are in Israel!

    ARSENIY HOOKAH in Bat Yam is simply amazing. The best I've tried in Israel. Great flavors, perfect smoke, top-notch staff. This place sets the hookah bar high. A must-visit for any hookah lover.

    Well, if f you want to smoke nice hookah - this is here. In fact - there is no other place. Here you'll have a normal one made with proper tobacco and coal. And - yes - Mr.Arseniy is a nice guy himself. Be sure to sit at the terrace outside if you wanna smoke.
