What a great coffee gem. One of the best coffee places in Jerusalem, definitely in Rehavia. They also have a second spot right across the street from each other.

Amazing specialty coffee place in a great location. I tried two different kinds of filter coffee (V60) and liked them both

A gem for coffee lovers in Jerusalem. It’s hard to find specialty coffee places in Jerusalem and Sybaris is the right one. Great coffee!

They serve specialty coffee roasted on-site, the place has a young vibe to it, you could usually find college students working on their next project there. The restaurant has two shops facing each other, the one behind the bus stop is usually more quite and is where I like going, whilst the other side is usually more vibrant. I've tried three variations of black coffee and so far my favorite was their cold brew which had a mild chocolate flavour, I also picked up on some banana notes. Last note, I don't eat pastries but the ones in display did look delicious (the cafe' does not have a kosher certificate, so if that's a sensitivity consider yourself warned)

The variety of food and drinks is limited, but it feels like they picked every item they sell carefully. Everything at this coffee shop is just amazing - we got fantastic coffee, the perfect cookie and a fabulous pie. The sitting is limited and mostly on the street, so the coffee shop works best for take away or short stops.

Relaxed atmosphere. Small garden to sit beside small tables. No electric socket for laptops. It's a specialty coffee shop, they offer coffee and basic cookies.

A small café hidden behind a buss stop in Rahavia, where you can also find a diverse selection of coffee beans to take home. There coffee is always amazing, and the cinnamon roll that I had was one of the best that I had in my life! Not very suitable for sitting but 10/10

Watching the care given by the barista for my coffee selection and its preparation made me wonder if this might be my best cup of coffee, ever.

Good coffee and cold chocolate, and decent pastries. I had Colombian filter coffee that was processed using "thermal shock" and was brewed using a Hario V60 pourover dripper. The coffee was tasty, but not as interesting as this description may suggest. They also sell a nice variety of single origin coffee beans as well as blends. FYI, if you're parking in this area, make sure to check road signs, because there's no other indication that parking is for a fee. I ended up getting a parking ticket.

Ordered coffee twice here. Both times the steamed milk in my cappuccino was cold so my drink was lukewarm :/!!! Trendy spot but won’t be returning here. Pricey too.

Perfectly balanced cup of espresso. Very cozy place and nice vibe. A gem, really. You might miss it as it hides behind a bus station. Also, the croissants are in the top 10, imo, and eay better than most pf bakeries in Tel Aviv.

A gem for coffee lovers. Among my favorites. I have a lot of appreciation for places that specialize and do not attempt to offer a too-wide menu. Open relatively early in the morning (07:00) and closes early (19:00).

I like this place a lot. The coffee has a delicious and unique taste and the staff is kind and welcoming. I would recommand the Cold Brew or the Cortado (in the photi is the Cortado)
