+ Good location, near the subway, nice neighborhood, quiet. Several restaurants and markets nearby. The reception staff was friendly, accommodated our luggage until later in the evening. Free coffee and water at any time, in the lobby. When available, ok breakfast. Available terrace for smokers. - The shower was leaking on the floor (there was also a big stain on the ceiling for a flood on the upper floor), at breakfast there was no one attending the refills, you had to go into the kitchen and notify someone, then wait for the food to come out (this happened in both days)

I have lived in this hotel for 2 months in July and August 2021. I must admit I was a bit afraid of how I would cope with living in a hotel for such a long timeframe but it was simply amazing. The hotel is well located, in a nice neighbourhood, close to the metro station. It is very quiet because it is on a small road, and it has a very nice small garden which is very enable during summer time. My room was very nice and the staff did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable. As per my request they gave me a bedroom with a bath, which was much appreciated. Then they were so kind to put a nice table in my bedroom for more comfort. I strongly recommend this hotel for the friendly staff, the nice location and the good facilities. It is also very clean. Thank you guys for making my stay so nice!!!

What an amazing gem! The staff were excellent, the room just right, and generous breakfast, with free coffee, tea and filtered water. We were pleasantly surprised and very greatful we booked a week at this hotel. I can only highly recommend, and I will be back.

Fantastic hotel used as a base when we visited Paris. Hotel staff couldn't be more helpful and managed to check in our hotel super early which was amazing. Great rooms and a great breakfast to set us up for each day. Metro station only a short 5 min walk down a lovely street with nice shops. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Paris. Thankyou

Perfect for tourists, as it's close to public transit. The rooms are a bit small, but they have a cozy feel to them. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because i visited in July and it was quite hot, but the AC didn't work. I asked the front desk, and was told that they wouldn't turn on my AC. It wasn't so bad, I would definitely stay there again if I get to visit Paris once more.

Really annoying I booked 3 rooms well in advance and asked for them to be away from the elevator because of noise. Despite this one room was slap bang next to the elevator with zero sound proofing between where the bed was and the elevator shaft. So a constant rumble of it going up and down, doors opening, pings sounding and the bloody elevator saying etage constantly. If you make a request and they can’t follow something so simple that’s just really bad service in my view.

Comfy rooms and service for a short business stay. The hotel is close to the Paris convention centre, where I was attending an event so was quite convenient. It's close to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants for quick options. It's also quite close to Orly airport if flying in or out of there. There was a breakfast spread as well, and was sufficient.

Hotel nearest to my office. Simple but comfortable services offer to client. Great choice for convenient access to Metro and Tram.

This place really near the metro station (just 4 mins walk), the staf all are so helpfull, kind and friendly. The neighborhood also quite safe here. The room is clean and modern. Perfect, definetely will stay here again if i’m going back to paris :) merci beaucoup

booked this hotel via TUI and easy jet fir a 3 night stay in Paris. location is perfect to get into Paris with very quick access to local metro station. the hotel is well furnished with comfortable rooms. one hint and tip, don't pay for breakfast. tea and coffee is free and there are 2 local shops where you can get fresh pan ua raisan or chocolate for less than a euro.

I stayed for 3 nights with my adult son, who is a power wheelchair user. We found the hotel to be mostly accessible to us owing mainly to the very small room and bathroom, which was a wet room but didn't have a shower bench. There was level access to the hotel and a lift to the room. On the positive side, the room was clean and had free WiFi, staff were friendly, and the location was good for the nearby exhibition centre. The hotel does breakfast only, but there are plenty of shops nearby. On the negative side, the room was small for two people, and tiny for two people and a power wheelchair! The shower was fed directly from the water system, so ran very hot and very cold quite suddenly depending on what other rooms were doing.

When i got here, there was no soap in the washroom and on top of that there was no blanket and I'm talking about decembere. Very bad service

I stayed in the room closest to the entrance. The front desk man kindly notified me that it would be a little noisy. I was worried, but he was so kind to notify me and I believe he tried to keep quiet in the front desk throughout the night. In the morning, he offered me coffee and asked if it was too noisy. I slept through the night and didn’t wake up to any noise (and I am a light sleeper). This hotel has a very kind staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel is located at a great neighborhood, near the metro station and walking distance from Paris Expo. Smart decor, clean and Really nice buffet breakfast. Great value form money. 5 stars for the staff (Victor) and excellent communication for everything we needed and even more!

We stayed in Hôtel Izzy only for one night, but because the service was so friendly and courteous, I want to write a comment for it. It started with our question about a very, very early check-in (9am instead of 3pm!). This was no problem, so we could rest and take a shower in a very nice, quiet and clean room. Moreover, I liked it a lot that you can get a cappuccino for free all day long! The breakfast was for 10€ amazing with fresh fruits and juices, a pancake machine (!!!) and croissants. Next to the great service, nice room and cappuccino I have to say that the location was perfect (6 minutes to the next metro station, 1 minute to the next shop). All in all: Five of five stars for Hôtel Izzy by HappyCulture!

We had a really good experience here. Just for fun we asked to switch our room to the 5th floor and they even moved our baggage then it had a small view of Eiffel Tower :) you can get coffee/tea/milk/3 types of water as much as you want

Splendid job refurbishing: this will remain a gem amongst Paris' relaxed and affordable places to spent a few days in Paris, especially when you need vicinity of Paris Expo ... And easy access to public transportation. But above all: friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms (Paris standard are 'much smaller' in general) AND good coffee (free flowing at the lobby)

A very nice hotel, comfortable rooms. They speak French, English and Spanish. I booked first without breakfast, but then I booked breakfast, it was the best idea. It is close to the metro station. I recommend the hotel to future guests.

Definitely overrated. 2 to 3 stars max. I do not know what the standards are for 4 stars hotels in Paris but it is enough to walk a few meters to get a sense of what a real 4* hotel should look like. Fotos are not realistic at all. Room size is good for paris standards. Cleaning needs a huge improvement. Breakfast has a good variety but Buffet not constantly refurnished. You need to ask and in some cases not available when you arrive the last 30mn of bfast hours (like pain au chocolat which was not good and fruit salad). Croissants are very good. Cheese in big chunks not sliced. Moquette in the corridor to the elevator is just appalling. Bathroom ok but some tiles need replacement and shower needs to be well sealed to avoid water spreading out. In e few evenings there was no hot water. When asked the receptionist's answer was keep the water running for 10 minutes...a 4 stars hotel?!!In a 4 stars attention to details are important. Personel willing to help but not all were inviting smiley faces. Location is good cause 10mn walk away from public transportation and area is relatively quiet considering the salon de l'agriculture was running. Buy you can easily walk by and not realise there is a Hotel. Some light and fresh facade is a must for a 4 stars.
