I really enjoyed three things about this hotel; 1) the staff was very friendly and the ones I interacted with spoke English, which was really nice being an American myself. 2) The breakfast was really nice and I enjoyed it almost every day. 3) the location of the hotel is really good. However, the room I stayed in (635) really needs to be updated. The WiFi is also very bad. Like really bad. Even in the lobby I couldn’t use my phone on WiFi. There seemed to be a lack of ventilation in the bathroom and shower areas. The bathroom wall looked like someone hasn’t cleaned it in a while, and the smell was really bad. I just kept that door closed and luckily I didn’t have to use it but a few times during my stay because I was only in my room to sleep and shower.

This is the most difficult rating in my life. All together - great. But…. Reception guys behave like kings of the world. No smile, no thanks, no hello. They wanted to charge us for a breakfast (very expensive) we didn’t have. We had to proof, that we didn’t have any, no apologize. Safety issue - no apologize - imagine kids touch the wire…Good connection to the city, nice lobby, could be warmer.

Horrible security measures: The reception checked two other guests into my room which was only booked for one, and she gave me a copy of the card key to go to the room myself to see if it’s occupied. I travelled to Paris for business. As I presented my passport and reservation email sent by the client to check in, the reception asked me if I was travelling with a companion, if this was my first night staying there, and if I had already checked in or left my luggage earlier that day. After phoning my client and double-checking the reservation email, I was sure that the room was booked under my name correctly and for one single person. The reception said another colleague already checked two people in that room already, but she gave me a card key to go to that room to check if it’s occupied. She did not bother to phone the room in advance. I went up to the room, knocked and got no answer, and opened the door with the key. It was clearly occupied with personal belongings everywhere in the room and two laptops lying on the table. I went back down and eventually got a new room. Two major issues here: 1. The morning receptionist checked two people into a room that was booked for one and didn’t check the personal IDs (at least not well enough). 2. They give out keys of rooms that are occupied to a third person so easily. I'll not recommend this place at all. The room was not particularly clean either. There was a black mark on the sheet, a piece of scourer left under the tap, and a broom and a bag of I don't know what left in the closet.

I stayed there for about 10 nights at an one bedroom apartment. A reception staff during the check-in was totally unkind, unpreofessional and, incompetent. Zero service for the top tier clientèle. Disappointing. The cleanness was to be improved and a cockroach was spotted in the living room. Be careful.

We were here for 5 nights on the 7th floor in the 2 bedrooms, a family of 5 us we had a great time. The apartment was spacious, attractive, with good ammenities. Location was not bad, we had the train about a 15-minute walk, various small restaurants 2 blocks away as well nearby banks and McDonalds. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, the staff was friendly and courteous. I appreciated the water station to fill up my water bottles and I would highly recommend and would come back here again.

We stayed in this hotel as a family of 4 in December 2023 for six nights. I am writing this review for the benefit of other potential guests, rather than the hotel as I see from previous reviews that there is clearly no notice paid to comments about the poor service that seems to be a theme here. If all you require from your accommodation is proximity to public transport and adequate rooms, you will get that here. The rooms could do with some TLC (flaking paint etc) but they are at least clean and tidy. If you would like to be given good service, you will likely not receive it here. I had a terrible experience with some of the reception staff, who I note have been mentioned in other reviews. I was so taken aback by the inhospitable attitude that it has taken me some time to compose this review. I will mention that on the early morning that we left we received the best service from the kind man at reception who retrieved my coat from the room that I had forgotten in the wardrobe, so it was not all bad, but the poor service certainly left its mark and tarnished our view of Paris, which is a shame as it was a once in a lifetime trip for our family, all the way from New Zealand.

The rating says it is a four star hotel, but I think it is more a two and maybe a three star hotel. Certainly not a four star hotel. There was, for example, no roomservice and het balcony of the room was dirty, which is even an understatement. The breakfast is also a bit limited. You got your usual things but certainly not more than that. You even have to cook your own egg. On a positive note, the rooms are relatively clean although a bit outdated. My advice is to look for a different four star hotel that are cheaper and are better. Only if you are looking for a big room, you should choice this hotel .

Apartment was clean and spacious. Had 2 toilets, and 2 bathrooms. (1 toilet + shower), another separate washroom and bathtub. Lots of cutlery available. The beds and the sofa bed was also comfortable with lot of cushions and warmers. The tram stop is just 2 mins away from apartment. Easily approachable by cab as well. Very much approachable to tourist attractions in the city like Eiffel Tower, Lourve Museum etc. Reception staff was helpful. Can easily accommodate 6 adults.

I did not rent from the hotel itself but from an owner directly on airbnb So i am just going to talk about the location and the price We visited in july and the price we paid for 3 nights was extremly acceptable and good Because the location is very convenient there is a mall and restaurants and cafes very close to the exhibition center and the metro and from i understand it is considered a high end area to stay I really liked it The only downside is the smell in the building. There is a bad smell coming from sewerage i think and a lot of humidity But we learned to ignore it because the deal was worth it

Our booking consisted of 6 people and I must say that the apartment was nice, comfortable beds and pillows, good supply of toiletries and towels. Good amounts of cutleries, dishwasher tablets, soap and dish cloth. Tram station T2 is right outside the hotel, supermarkets are there at 7 minutes walk, in between two metro stations. Happy stay and all good!

They have held my deposit (on top of the £300 I paid to book) for over a month! Still received nothing back. No reply from email, calls or social media. Just a constant circle of getting reffered to other calls centres or emails. will never be staying in an ALL, Aparthotel ever again.

Try to book a room. Really unfriendly staff at reservation desk. Not willing to co-operate. Never experienced this before.

Rooms are decently sized with all utensils, dish washer, fridge etc. and can accommodate a big family. Reception in the night was pathetic but the girl in the morning was nice. No free drinking water bottle. Breakfast had limited options only but was ok. Proximity to tram, metro and bus is worth mentioning

Reception staffs are behaving rudely(not all but mostly).Won't get proper response and answers are not proper, they won't take any responsibilities in answering. I have stayed in hotel for 13 nights, no air condition in first 7 days and it's very difficult to manage without AC in that weather condition for 7 days. Staffs are not answering properly and very rude in answering. Location is too good .

My experience at the hotel was terrible. Majorly because of the reception people who lack basic principles of how to deal with guests. Specially the guy with the goatee. He knows nothing about room availability, kindness and hospitality. He behaves like the king of the world. And is least helpful and might cause the hotel to lose the clientele. Secondly, the rooms are not clean. I had the apartment room which the stinky fridge. Room cleaning is worse. They clean the room every 7 days(with the service they are providing who is going to stay there for 7 days). Thirdly, they will not communicate laundry services clearly to you and keep on suggesting that you do it yourself(when in-fact they have have the service). Fourthly i left my bag there for the weekend. When i came-back the baggage room key was handed over to me without any supervision and they didn't even bother to collect the bag tag from me or made sure that i wasnt taking somebody else’s stuff. Very irresponsible.

First of all don’t expect any Servis from the team. The only thing you can get is check in and out. Our bathtub drain won’t work and we can’t get maintenance from hotel. We stay 6 days they do not clean the room no body ask for towel change, they even don’t bother with garbage. Anybody think to stay there I recommend think twice.

The staff is not friendly! I wanted to buy 3 coffees and I asked if I can add them on the room, even though one day earlier I did the same and everything was fine, suddenly, the next day it was not possible anymore, and the staff at the reception was not friendly at all, the guy was really irritated I even asked and not willing to help. Really dissapointed in their attitude

We rented apartment in it which was nice and clean with everything you may need. Particularly liked french deco... bookshelf in a toilet. All TV channels Netflix Disney Amazon prime and many more. Easy access to public transport. Restaurants around the corner.

They hold my deposit for over a month, this was about €1000. I paid €920 for my stay and I have to miss, for more than a month, €1000 on my creditcard. They don't respond on my mails. Besides that, room isn't that clean, it smells bad. View is a small dirty balcony, with everywhere scaffolding.

Pictures don’t tell the full story. Basic hotel, terrible breakfast. Rooms We’re decent sized.

Great hotel, very beautiful and clean rooms and reasonably priced. However we were a bit disappointed by the lack of a bar and the parking lot is extremely small for a large car (Ford Mondeo break), so small a Ford Transit got stuck when we were leaving.

The stay was ok, the building is renovated but not everywhere. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The balcony was very small and dirty, but ok for smoking. The garages are very small, suitable for small cars, we had a problem with parking a SUV car. Staff was friendly. We felt SAFE here!! Which we cannot say about every place in Paris at night.

Excellent hotel. Very kind, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Location a bit far from central Paris but there are very good transportation options. Around the hotel you can easily find nice and not too fancy places to eat or just get a beer or coffee. The room offers a very well equipped kitchen. Rooms are super quiet even though you are very close to a major highway.

Frontiers are very kind. They have cozy chairs at lobby which I loved. But the location of Hotel is not paris. So I have little problem when I use airport taxi. But hotel itself is comfortable for family traveler. And you can bring dogs.

Aparthostel itself is good, but it doesn't deserve for four stars. I stayed there for two months (February and March) - it's was quite cold as management decided to save on heating/air conditioning. Also, they decided to use the opportunity to make some renovation during pandemic so it was nosiy (hearing driller every day isn't nice). Studio was big enough, however toilet and bathroom separatly wasn't the best choice - both are so small it's difficult to use them even for slim person. Electric kettle and dishwasher were broken (they replaced them the same day, but still).

Hotel employee ran into my room without nocking or informing first. And it happens twice during my 4 day staying. The first time happened within 10min of check-in, and I make complaints, so the hotel knows I don’t want anyone in my room. And the second time happen on the fourth day. It’s an apartment hotel so they do not pick up trash or clean the room in between. So I can not accept hotel employees can entering the room whenever they want. Hotel manger think it’s reasonable for both enter as I didn’t put the sign of “do not disturb” sign on the door. I can’t not even find the “do not disturb” sign until they mention (it’s putted far from the room door). I hope they can make serious policy change on this.

Needs some minor updates and fixes but overall nice apartment. Beds were very comfortable, the apartment had all the dishes and kitchen things we needed. Would stay again bathrooms were small.
